It tastes normal, the chicken is small, it was barely enough for 2 people, they don't give tortillas and they only give you half a grilled cheese :(

First, they hadn't updated the information about the Avenida Américas restaurant, which has since closed. Second, the chicken wasn't piping hot, more like lukewarm, and the sauces weren't good; the tomato sauce was a bit overcooked.

The product is tasty and fairly priced BUT theu arw VERY VERY slow yo serve. I had to wait around an hour to get the chicken!!

The staff was very friendly and attentive. The food was good, but the downside was that they gave us some very old food that even had a bad smell. I wouldn't go back as a precaution against infection.

Since there's a line for the chicken delivery, and a girl arrived and paid for it without waiting in line, they delivered it immediately. I think it's unfair since those of us in line had been waiting for over 40 minutes. I hope Ms. Marin reads my comment. They told me to call this number to order it by phone, but they never answer!

Very bad. They're not paying attention to the details. They take forever; a pizza would be faster. Also, the two employees and one employee don't wear masks or headgear. It's as if someone came for a free chicken. They treat you with rude attitude, and it's expensive for such poor service.

The service is good, but the quality has changed. Before, the chicken had more flavor, and they served more cheese, salad, etc. Now, they serve very few side dishes, and it's very expensive for what it is.
