Couldn't do a basic order I asked for BBQ sauce on a chicken and onion pizza, I called them about the sauce and the guy had clearly puffed on something. He said I asked for no cheese. :/ Also when I called they were very disrespectful. I used to love this location!

tried to call because they got an order wrong, and they never answered then called as if trying to order they hung up on me. If you need to have pizza hut choose a different location. customer service here sucks

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at Pizza Hut. Got to the store when order should’ve been ready. Was told they needed 7 more minutes to make my pasta. 27 minutes later, I left with my pizza, cheese sticks and pasta. The only that that was warm when I got home was the pasta. Everything else was cold. Not a good experience.

Hello, I bought a pizza from here and I told them that I don't want sausage and half of it is veggie, but the pizza I got had sausage inside and only 3 pieces of the pizza were veggie and the pizza bread was very hard. I just wasted my money. I will never buy pizza from here again. When I told them, they just said no, we made it ourselves and there is no sausage inside, and we put meat inside. Their customer service is very bad

Not enjoying the service. It is the a pick up order. I don't see a reason to pay tips. I can't even do a custom tip with a $1.00 for $8.00 personal pizza. The online system wouldn't accept the CC charge until I select 18% tips. This is infuriating.

Ordered one New York pizza , 1lg pepperoni,sausage and half pineapple and the other half mushrooms all pizza was cold. Also ordered boneless bbq wings that were so hard we couldn’t eat and mild wings on the bone they were a little hard but we could eat then. I called got a young girl who had an attitude from the start. Mind you I was not going to ask for anything I just wanted to tell them it’s all. I asked for the manager and she hung up on my. Called back talked to the manager he was a lot better. Still make me feel like I was in the wrong. Just think they should of said more then well what Do you want me to do about it. 10% discount or what is what I got. Been going there for only 3 years and I no it won’t matter too then but we will not go back.

You charge a delivery fee and a service fee for operating in California, and then you ask for an additional tip for the driver. I ordered Pizza Hut for my son and his friends but I will most likely never order from you again. Your food is ridiculously overpriced for what you offer and all the extra charges are a joke.

I ordered pizza and boneless chicken hot wings on November 12. When I got it, all of it was cold. I called them they gave me credit. I called and placed the same order the next day. Again when I got the food it was all cold plus the hot boneless chicken wings were hard and no sauce. This is crazy. I already emailed you but have not got any response. I understand it was only 23.44 but when you are on a fixed income it matters..

Just awful. Went in with extremely low expectations, which were not even close to being met. Pizza was flavorless and undercooked. Loud employees. Makes Dominos seem like the best pizza you’ve ever had in comparison. Threw most of it away which is pretty damning testimony since I have a house full of teenagers. Just go to the Chevron next door, the food is better there. I see phcares is sending an automated email to everyone who left a bad review. I very much doubt Pizza Hut cares...

Absolute worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever had the displeasure of ordering from. I never write reviews, but I couldn’t help but let people know what an awful Pizza Hut this is. Pizza and all other food here is subpar at best, but it is NEVER delivered on time and I’m not even exaggerating. It’s almost always at the very least a 1 hour wait. Every time we call to see what’s going on they rarely answer. Once was on hold with them for about an hour and the pizza took probably 2 hours and 30 minutes to get here. They gave us a coupon for a free pizza after that incident but it expired that month so I never got to use it. They have just awful costumer service. Would most certainly not recommend this Pizza Hut at all; just awful. I’m happy to see they have a lot of 1 star reviews
