First time visiting from Texas, and it was good. I got their timbits banana bread and the Boston.. the Boston was okay, but the bits ugh they were freaking delicious savory I loved them! My son got the Oreo iced coffee he said was okay, and my husband got the blueberry muffin, he liked it. Other than that no issues, the atmosphere was quiet and there was some water on the floor, it was a bit dirty and the restroom smelled like they haven’t been cleaned, but the food and service were 5star!
The banana chocolate chip donut is delicious. One of the best donuts I have had. The staff is very friendly and professional.
The staff here is phenomenal thank you Ms with short hair, cash register host and gentlemen with hand tattoos. We had a uber issue and they treated us with kindness 😔 I hate asking for support but it was an uber issue. MERRY CHRISTMAS TIM HORTON'S EE LOVE YOU and the ice coffee was excellent 👍
I stop here whenever I’m in town and without fail the staff is the nicest I have ever encountered at coffee shop. I wish there was a Tim’s near me. Mike served me this morning and was awesome!
I ordered a bagel with sausage, egg and cheese and a hot chocolate. It was well prepared. service was respectful, knowledgeable and quick serviced. I will be using this restaurant again.
Friendly, quick staff. Kathy running the register was so nice for an early Sunday morning. Clean and neat restaurant. Glad I stopped and definitely will again!
Amazing place, Meghan customer service was excellent. The Location is very clean. You see everyone working as a team. The atmosphere feels welcoming every time. Highly recommend anyone that wants a great breakfast and a moment to relax while you enjoy your coffee. Oh the donuts are delicious
Came across this place through Google maps, happened to be in the area, and I’m glad I stopped in. The coffee was perfectly blended and the sandwich flavorful. Ordered a caramel macchiato and the croissant, egg, and cheese; both delicious! It was all reasonably priced. The only thing I did not like was the set up inside. The tables were too close to each other for my taste. it’s a small space, and it feels crowded when there’s more than two people ordering at the counter, which is three steps away from the tables.
The reason for a three star instead of five is two days in a row I got a cold coffee that was supposed to be hot. I asked can you heat it up they said no sir. Why do you have a coffee shop that has no way to have hot coffee. We can brew a fresh pot. Who wants to wait an additional five minutes on a short break from work.
If you go in person everyone there is wonderful. However if you ORDER your food through a delivery service, it will always come messed up. Either the drink is supposed to be hot/iced or they miss a straw, the bread type or meat type to the breakfast sandwich is wrong. They get it right in person everytime, there is just something about mobile orders.
The moment we walked in, we were told that they hoped we didn't want coffee, because the machine that does cappuccinos and lattes wasn't working. The selection of donuts that they carry was underwhelming, and there were more empty spaces than filled ones. The two donuts we ordered were thrown into a bag, without tissue wrapping them individually, so one of the donuts had most of its chocolate stuck to the inside of the bag. The donuts and timbits tasted good, but I was extremely disappointed in how the donuts were packaged. I was encouraged to download the app, since with the app, timbits are 10 for $1 on Tuesdays, but the app didn't work. I was so looking forward to visiting here, but the experience was extremely underwhelming.
lol. listen, we were there at 11:30 pm we waited so long ended up getting our order at 5:50 am (obvi, long line. new workers. nbd) croissant was burnt. mocha latte was gritty and not great. hot chocolate was a similar deal, but better than the latte at least. Timbits were the best item we got lmao. just doesn’t leave a great first impression the guys that handed out the menu and the girls directing traffic were all super sweet though! didn’t interact with the window workers much, but I’m sure they’re cool too.
Is it too much to ask for a fully cooked bacon? I welcomed the thought of something different, but I'm disappointed. Three times, my orders were not correct. Four times now. Never going back. Too many times, I've gotten bad food here.
The food is absolutely vile. Couldn't even keep it down. A specialty coffee tastes like something you make at home. Service is good but do NOT waste your money here. 10.49 for a coffee, hashbrown, and biscuit just for it to end up puked on the side of the road. Not to mention their pathetic excuse for a donut. The food is bland and powdery and somehow wet and dry at the same time.
I go to Tim Hortons every morning before work to grab coffee, this morning they had a line in their drive thru 3 or 4 cars, so I went inside. I stood for awhile I saw they were a tad busy so I patient. Nobody acknowledged me, said hey give me a few minutes nothing. I can't be late for work so I asked if it would be better for them if I went to the drive thru. Nothing, tye brunette girl with the pony tail put her hand over her ear so I walked out. They have terrible customer service (Ive worked in the restaurant industry for 25 yesrs, you need to acknowledge your customers. Columbus has so many better options for fresh coffee and fresh donuts.
Please that afternoon manager lady who is her name( short hair older lady) I don’t know. MR Tim Horton! !! you need to fire her as soon as possible. She’s terrible . I m tried tell you omg this lady soooooo rude and no kind. I promise you whenever she’s gone your business way better income . Believe me . If you not listen that’s your fault.
Up until today, it was five star every thing. The service was absolutely incredible. However, today, I ordered the same thing I always have orange pekoe tea with cream and sugar, tea bag out, when I saw the tea bag today at 2pm on 11/19 I asked the younger gentleman to take the tea bag out, he rolled his eyes but went in to do it, and a person name Kim started arguing with me about its “only gonna be cream and sugar.” She apparently doesn’t know anything about hot tea. A few “dunks” and it would be a lightly seeped tea. She also had a hard time with understanding “cream and sugar” and asked what kind of milk do I want. I said cream and sugar like I usually order and she irritably replied “I guess I will just use cream and sugar.” Well, that’s all I asked. On previous occasions the staff was beyond five star but still my expectations were to just have knowledge of what lightly steeped tea is and to know what cream is. I was very surprised with how hostile it became. Please train your staff Tim Hortons. Prior to today there was amazing staff who knew their menu and basic food knowledge AND customer service. I don’t think I want to go there again and get yelled at.
Worst experience I've ever had at a drive through. A fraudulent charge was made on my debit card by a staff member, causing me to cancel and replace my debit card. Which was a nightmare! I filed a complaint with their corporate office and have yet to hear from them! Sad!! I will never go back to them for service.
This place does not even deserve a star.I go in the lady.Kim argues with me about what your sign says on the And then keeps arguing with me.Then, when you ask her about the product, she doesn't know anything about what she's doing there.In my opinion, I wouldn't waste the money at this place at all.My experience is big fat zero and then don't even have everything that they're offering until you oh, we are.We're half out of it.But you can still pay full price for the drink.I think not and the only reason why I put one star is because I had to. And if this is how businesses ran Mr. Horton, you need to re-evaluate your employees.
The assistant manager was SO RUDE AND DISGUSTING. I opened my bag of donuts after pulling off from the drive through, and a literal ROACH crawled out. I went back inside to inform the assistant manager about what I experienced, and he just shrugged and walked away and started assisting the next customer. NEVER coming back here again!!!!
