The place is very nice, the service is very good, but the food leaves much to be desired. Some ingredients aren't fresh; they're canned. I ordered a bacon omelet with mushrooms and avocado.

We decided to try the food here and we weren't disappointed. We tried the house grill and it's incredibly generous, enough for up to three people—very good. We also tried the Irish coffee and it was delicious; it'll definitely be one of my favorite places to visit when I come to Zacatlán. The coffee is a generous size, and they have a wide selection for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. 👍🏼

Agradable lugar un poco caro comparado con otras cafeterías de la zona tomamos solo dos cafés grandes y fueron 200 pesos, 15 pesos + si cambias de leche entera a deslactosada

Todo bien con el café... Pero de plano no hay que pedir smoothie de mango porque es un jarabe medio raro el qué usan para prepararlo y se separa del agua conforme el hielo se derrite, tampoco hay que llegar a la hora del cambio de turno pues es cuando lavan el local y sales oliendo a fabuloso. A favor tienen la ubicación justo en el parque.

Tiene poco personal motivo por el cual atienden lento, pedi picante en mi platillo y no me hicieron caso, el precio de un "café de olla" $71 la taza, pero no es de olla solo tiene canela.

The food was good, just keep in mind they don't accept separate checks and the service can be a little slow when it's busy. Other than that, it was fine.

El lugar es tranquilo en una buena ubicación Las porciones son relativamente buenas. La preparación de las crepas dejan mucho que desear las fresas sabían amargas. No cuenta con estacionamiento. Maneja los mismos precios que un café aceptable pero este si deja que desear. El servicio bueno hay WiFi.

Uno de los platillo que pedimos (Spagueti a la boloñesa) traía proteína extra (Un insecto pequeño). Algunos platillos estuvieron bien otro les falto sabor. El lugar esta bien, las empleadas muy amables y serviciales.

El peor de los lugares que pude visitar, se tardaron más de una hora en servirme , atendiendo 2 mesas que llegaron después de mi , la calidad de los alimentos es pésima además que el precio no es justo por lo que ofrecen , me cobraron 300 pesos por 4 cafés fríos y sin refil . A la mera hora andaban comprando los ingredientes, los baños asquerosos . No lo recomiendo para nada !!

Everything was wrong from the moment you walked in. If their employees are going to be angry on a holiday, they shouldn't even open. It starts with the waitress. You politely ask her how you want your food to be served so it doesn't get cold and you don't have everything piled up on the table, and her only response is, "NO, EVERYTHING COMES IN ONE ORDER." You try to explain, and she rudely repeats the same thing. The chilaquiles arrive first, and besides being cold, they're tasteless and salty. The worst part is the chicken, which looks like plastic—it seems like they had leftovers from last weekend. The large coffee arrives first, and it's just watered down. It seems like it's the same amount of coffee as a small one, but with more water. The only good thing is the bread, and that's probably because they don't even bake it there.

It's not that they're slow to serve you, it's that they deliberately ignore you, or in the words of a waiter who found the situation incredibly amusing, "they forget." However, what prompted me to write this review is that they served me in a used cup. I realized this because the hypocrites didn't even bother to wipe the lipstick off the cup with a napkin. It was my habit of inspecting the tableware before eating that saved me from the disgust I would have felt drinking a beverage prepared with such poor hygiene.

Terrible service. They were only about 60% full, and it took them half an hour to bring out some enchiladas. My girlfriend didn't even get what she ordered; they told her that if she wanted something else, it would be another half hour because they were out of what she ordered. We asked for options for something quick, and they said no, that there were too many people waiting. Incredible incompetence for a restaurant that charges 80 pesos for a small cup of coffee.

I took my family there for breakfast and the food made us sick. The quality of their food is terrible; it was bland and tasteless, and very expensive for what they offer. The chocolate and strawberry milkshakes were tasteless. We asked them to fix them, but they just tasted like syrup; they weren't good at all. We ordered a club sandwich that arrived cold. They never brought us the chai we ordered and tried to charge us for it. The place is awful. Terrible service. Date I went: November 29, 2025

We had bad luck; they took forever to take our order. Then, when they brought our drinks, they took even longer and didn't give us everything we ordered. Then, when it came time to pay, they took even longer, and I had to go in and pay myself because they were nowhere to be seen. A terrible experience.
