Excellent time here. Not sure why the reviews are so low but good, service and atmosphere was really nice. Our server Carlos Buenrostro was excellent! Highly recommend getting him as a waiter. Very patient, friendly and knowledgeable about the food.

great Place but the food has a lot of room for improvement

The food here is a little underwhelming, when considering the price, amazing service and also the beautiful interior design. We had hoped for more taste when ordering tacos and enchiladas. However, the complimentary bread was really good and we also saw that many people brunch here. So my guess is that it‘s a good place for breakfast/brunch with pastries and baked goods.

The service was excellent with the exception of the head waiter Cesar Medina! He was demeaning to the staff, arrogant, and overall humiliating in front of the guests. It made me want to get up and leave on how uncomfortable he made us feel!

It’s a nice place. Great atmosphere. The service is beyond great. Main dishes were not as good as some other places in the area, nor the city. Recommended for instagramers and the experience.

I am a huge fan of Alme Group restaurants, so much so that the name itself usually guarantees quality. However, Cristina is the clear outlier. It doesn't quite meet the high standards expected of a fine-dining establishment. It feels like the group is aware of this, given how aggressively they cross-promote it at their other locations. Until the menu introduces a truly standout dish that warrants a return visit, I find the experience to be overrated. I expect the same level of excellence here as their other spots, but for now, it falls short

Crowded, expensive and overrated! Even with a reservation they make you wait, you can’t talk peacefully as the waiters are asking you every 3 min if you want something else, they’re rushing you all the time. The wine list is really limited, specially by the glass. The food is not tasty but well presented. The pizzas are small, desserts overly sweet, empanadas are ok. Menus are showing prices before taxes, something you notice when the bill comes in, so is more expensive than you think. The restrooms are broken and the toilet paper is very poor quality. Audience very sketchy, tables very close to each other. Decoration is ok although the mini sphere is broken, lots of leds need replacement.

The ambiance is beautiful, great design and nice for photos for instagram but that’s about it. Service was okay, pretty slow and they brought 3 dishes out for my guests and waited another 15 minutes for mine to arrive. My group was finished by the time I was eating. Food was absolutely horrible. Worst meal I’ve had in Mexico this far, and I’ve been here for 4 months. I’ve been sick all day. For the price, I expected way better. I wouldn’t recommend Cristina for more than a cocktail so you can capture some nice photos. Do not eat here.

Long story short… it is another restaurant in Guadalajara for being seen. The place itself is a masterpiece, really beautiful design. But way too many tables, so the restaurant feels crowded. The waiters are incompetent and the food is absolutely nothing special, just overpriced.

Very bad, we called and had a reservation. Showed up and they tell us they have nothing? And then proceeded to tell us we had to get on the waitlist? Don't recommend this place, bad service and a huge lack of responsibility- way to ruin our dinner night
