We stopped in for lunch while our young daughter was asleep in the backseat. The chopped cheese, turkey rueben, and Mac and Cheese were all delicious and fairly priced. When they saw us eating in our car they came out and brought us paper plates. Great food and great service. We will definitely be back.

Great place to grab some to-go sandwiches. They offer breakfast and lunch. I had the "black and blue", roast beef and Bleu cheese, which was surprisingly extra delicious. My partner got a regular roast beef sandwich and my kid had a grilled cheese with ham, which was extra cheesy. Great job! Will return. The place is a bit small and there is nowhere to stay and eat is my only critique.

I ordered the breakfast bomber and hands down the best sandwich/burger I've ever had. Amazing friendly staff and the food is amazing. Do yourself a favor and go eat here. Wish I was in town for more than two days. Gonna eat lunch here as well

I'm from out of town and happened to come across this amazing spot! I ordered a pepperoni melt, which was to die for! Returned again and got a turkey triple decker and macaroni and cheese, which is FIRE!!! The staff was very welcoming and helpful! Highly recommend! A+++

Bleu Collar Sammie's has been on my radar for quite sometime! Finally today I was able to have the opportunity to give them a try and let’s just say I’m glad I did and I’m sad I waited so long! The Chopped Cheese is hands down the best I’ve ever had and I’m more often than not disappointed with Mac and cheese from anywhere so I was skeptical but it was deliciously gooey, cheesey and very tasty! And for $4 it can’t be beat! All in all a very well spent $20 lunch and I can’t wait to go back!

Great local sandwich shop! Bleu collar sammies have always served generous portioned subs and deli sandwiches, I always stop in here for my sandwich needs. On my latest visit, I ordered the breakfast bomber and it’s my new favorite sandwich! Smash burger, bacon, fried egg, caramelized onions, 1000 island, in a grilled cheese, is hefty enough to carry you through your entire day. It’s neatly wrapped and cut so there’s no mess and splits perfectly!

Every time I order from here I am not disappointed!! not only is it may be the only sandwich-dedicated place in Saugerties, it’s probably the best sandwich place that I know! Creative and great food, friendly staff, and good prices. Definitely a go to place when looking for lunch or some food on the go.

I got a loaded up Baconeggandcheese with salt, pepper and hot sauce from Bleu Collar Sammies. Everyone was so friendly as soon as I walked in, they were having fun behind the counter, creating a good vibe while they stayed busy pumping out orders quickly and efficiently. No food left out, everything put back correctly as they worked, every sandwich they made while I waited looked delicious. The result was this fat, delicious sandwich that didn’t even make it out of the parking lot!

Perfect business!! Delicious food, super nice staff, & reasonable prices. The breakfast burrito & MacNcheese are my go-tos but everything single thing I’ve tried has been great :) LOVE you guys.

I feel like you wouldn't know this place was here if you happened to be driving by, in fact I passed it without realizing even though I was using Google maps. Great little spot for takeout subs and sandwiches. I had the cheese steak and it was great! If I were local, I'd definitely be a repeat customer!

High quality ingredients with some of the best sandwich bread around. Their Italian mix is amazing and could be the best Italian sub I've ever had. All of their sandwiches are solid and they have creative specials that change every few weeks to keep things interesting. One of the best sandwich places I've ever been to, including the ones in NYC.

Had the black n blew. Was delicious. Lots of meat and cheese in this sandwich. No place to sit and eat. There was two round tables outside. But is was cold and windy today and an floor mat on one of them. Would absolutely eat there again

Huge delicious sandwiches with great flavor. Don't forget the napkins, you'll need them. Mac and cheese is homemade and very creamy. Have never had a bad experience or anything to even comment on. Our go to when traveling through Saugerties.

We’ve been trying to get to Bleu Collar for a while — finally did, and they exceeded expectations! We got the chicken cutlet and cuban, both excellent — special thanks to the team for packaging things up for easy reheating. We can’t wait to go back!

My friends and I happened to miss our exit and on a whim I found Bleu Collar Sammies for lunch rather than turning all the way around to Kingston, and I couldn’t be happier. This place is small and unassuming from the outside, but across the board we were pleasantly surprised. The guys working there were incredibly nice, when my fiancée went in to purchase a sparkling water after eating her sandwich they just gave it to her without needing to pay. I grabbed a Cuban sandwich with the mac and cheese side, my friend got a chopped cheese and my fiancée got a turkey sandwich and each of them were pretty incredible. For the price we were blown away by the size and quality of everything. Shoutout to their mac and cheese for how creamy and well-seasoned it was. If you happen to be passing through the area I’d highly recommend stopping by, these guys deserve all the support they can get.

Was my first time there i had a turkey Ruben it was delicious 😋😋😋 My son and daughter in law go often and love it. Im not sure where they get their bread but it like homebaked and they slice it to order. Today i was treated to a BLT, it was delicious 😋😋😋. Plenty of crispy bacon ,on their white bread (which they slice to order) i tried to add photo but i was not able to figure out how to add it ,trust me it was delicious and made fresh!!

So is wanted to try the burger special they had posted on Facebook I wanted to try. I ordered three lunches to go. Burger special, black and blue and a chicken caprese sandwich. I was impressed with my burger as it was well seasoned and cooked correctly my only gripe is I don’t like the Sam’s club buns instead of a quality hard roll. I also had half of the chicken caprese for dinner as the wife couldn’t finish it and again it was a good sandwich that could have been better with a quality roll. I thought the pricing was fair. I would go back and try other items with the exception of a cold cut sandwich as I don’t think they have Boars Head meats as I didn’t see a decal or sign in the window.

Went in for a chicken cutlet sub.the sign says 12 dollars they charged me 15 dollars. They don't tell you they don't deep fry they griddle it. I canceled my order . The counter person had a rude shirt on so rude I can't post it on her and she was eating at the counter never washing her hands before working again.
