The donuts are so soft it’s like a piece of heaven in your mouth and I have come to this location at different times of the day the afternoon and very early mornings and no matter the time of day you will absolutely not find a softer fresher donut anywhere else and then I come in today and see the other creme filled donuts as well! I can’t wait to get home and try these donuts absolutely not gonna find a fresher softer donut anywhere else they should get 10 stars not 5. You gotta try their donuts absolutely amazing!!

There's a lot on the menu. This restaurant is not located in my city, so I'm not sure if I'd seek it out. Thanks for a good initial visit!

I can't eat the donuts, which are good. I come to pick up whole bean coffee, can't beat it! Don't drink the burnt stuff from Seattle, fight the urge to just be a sheeple, if not DD then at least do Peet's. You'll like yourself so much better for fighting the urge and standing alone.

I have been coming here 1-2 times a week for about 3 months. There’s a 50% chance the workers will mess up your order lol which I don’t really care because they fix the issue every time and don’t charge…. But the mess ups are definitely a little excessive… I usually see younger kids there when it happens. And also when this one kid messed up my order he got dirty looks from his co workers which is LAME and immature… I’ve been there so many times and it’s always a different person messing up. People need to look in the mirror sometimes. Orders will always be messed up if there’s no support from the people working around you. Need better management.

I would normally give Dunkin' 5 stars as the food and drinks are great. This morning it took me 20 minutes to get my food and coffee. I had time if not I would have gone next door to McDonald's. It appears 1 or 2 people are working at this time slot. If I were management, I would have at least 4 people working in the mornings. Yes you are going to spend another $20-30 per hour but you will makes $100's more. I am sure you are losing a lot of business because of the long wait. Hope you read this post and take steps to be more efficient.

I have been drinking the iced decaf coffee from here for over a year and never had any problems, new owners came and the decaf coffee for the iced drink is awful it doesn't even taste like coffee. Now when I want good decaf coffee I have to go elsewhere. Need to get this fixed

Dunkin' donuts is dunkin' donuts so I don't have any complaints or ravs about food or service. I was disappointed by the bathroom situation It's a real turn off to see a pool of urine pee on floor where my feet are going to be as I sit down to use the bathroom. I don't understand how or why people have such a hard time pissing INTO the giant bowl. Whether sitting or standing it really shouldn't be that difficult. How it ends up all over the toilet seat and floor is a mystery. The gentle word of advice for my fellow humans who have to pull it out in order to use the bathroom If you cannot get it in the hole then just sit down it's okay it doesn't make you any less of a man and it's much better than having you stand there and pissing all over the seat in floor. And if you do piss on the seat or on the floor please wipe it up it's so disgusting. And when I think about the employees who come into use the bathroom and wash their hands standing in that pool of piss and then walking all over the kitchen that I just purchased donuts from it's really disgusting and makes me not want to return. And for women who also have for some God forsake reason not been able to pee in the actual toilet but also end up pissing on the seat please clean up after yourselves It's so gross when you leave it there. And for the staff who work at these places you know periodically more than just once a day please go into the bathroom make sure there's toilet paper toilet seat covers that the sink is not totally disgusting like this one kind of was and make sure that there's not piss on the floor and all over the seat. It also looks like somebody had a major poo explosion inside the bowl and it didn't quite get flushed down well enough and was kind of sticking to the inside of the bowl which is also really disgusting.

The donuts are usually yummy and good! However I don’t think the service is the best. I think that some employees should be retrained for better customer service. I used to work in the food services before, so I can totally understand that when you’re overwhelmed and exhausted it can be difficult, but I think that with a little improvement on customer service and hospitality the environment would be much more welcoming :)

Giving it a three star because I love the manager and I am an every day customer... BUT, The morning crew is entirely too slow. It seems like whenever the manager isn't working the drive through it inches. Every time there's only been like two people in front of me and it's been like a 15+ minute wait and I use the mobile app... Although I use the mobile app and come within 10 minutes of ordering my order is NEVER ready. It just seems like the morning crew does not know how to multi task... Even when there's more than one.

The food is actually pretty tasty and you can’t beat the prices compared to other chains for breakfast.

I've never tried Dunkin Donuts until this place opened. I went when they first opened and service was slow. My second visit they didn't even have some of the donuts on the menu and I was left to scramble on what to choose. My third visit and last unfortunately wasn't great the line took forever in the drive thru and they forgot some donuts that I ordered so I had to return but ended up just leaving because they were so backed up.

Decided to give their drinks a second chance but sure enough, I barely got any drink from it. It was all crushed ice. I ordered the Iced Matcha this time. Usually their coffee is fine but c'mon crushed ice?! Disappointed customer.

Opens constantly without donuts. If your Baker can't get donuts to you before you open it's time to look for a new one. Tried 5 different spaced out fridays 10 or more mins after you open and you dont have any. Then you try and sell me left overs from the day before. Now how you do business. It was smart to open at 4 in a commuting town but you have to have product to sell.

Never have any of the specialty donuts they advertise and extremely slow. They completely forgot my coffee after giving me my food - watched three people who ordered after me get their drinks before my black coffee.

Restaurant was over crowded inside and drive through was as well. None of the mobile orders were pre-done. The counter person did not seem to have any sense of urgency and had no interest in presenting a positive imagine for the shop.

I got a medium iced Frappuccino, 50 donut holes and a dozen donuts. The drink was alright, lots of larger pieces of ice hadn’t been blended up, but over all it was good. Donuts were old. They were all slightly stale tasting like they’d been sitting out for a long time. They also did not have a good selection of donuts to choose from, there was 5 different donuts, and only 4 chocolate donut holes and lots of blueberry ones, nothing else.

Firstly pls train your employees to know about your app ,the lady today in the drive thru had no clue what to scan and why it was even necessary.I didn't wanted explain and waste my time cos they were others waiting in the line. Secondly pls for god's sake check the food quality the hash browns were scary to even look at . I don't think I ever had bad experience with Dunkin's hash browns ever, but this place ruined it.

I came inside for the infamous coffee. I love coffee. I have heard that there is a cult following for Dunkin' Donought's coffee. I wanted to experience what all the fuss was about. I don't know what all the fuss is about. I ordered a large cup and it had a burnt after-taste. It was more like coffee flavored water. I was bummed. I wanted to like it. They also ask you how much cream and sugar you want in it. They don't have a little station where you can do it yourself which I prefer. It's a nice customer service option I guess, but not everyone wants that. Also, they didn't have a selection of different kinds of creamers/milk options or sweaters which was disappointing. Service was friendly. Unfortunately, I don't eat donoughts anymore-I'm sure that they are very tastey. So I won't be coming back. The place was clean and had a fun color scheme and atmosphere. Cool business drive-through concept. Just not for me.

This is a run down place . Broken chairs, cracked tables , just plain bad. Poor variety of donuts. Coffee tasted so bad. My kiddo ordered the cake batter latte and it came without sprinkles. I would avoid this place and go to the donut place across the street which is way better.

Usually this my go to for fast donuts and sandwiches and even coffee to start my day. Employees are fast and friendly. Today, i guess the owner of this Tracy location decided he will bring his family (two young daughters and wife/mom) and start helping out. Unfortunately for me, he was my cashier and for some reason he was very slow at using the register than his employees that i normally order with. I had to wait for him to take his personal family orders and then mine. For mine, he was lost to where the plain bagel sandwich option was on the computer. Had to wait for one of his employee to come help out. Then he didn't add my free promo drink which i reminded him prior. So my usual 6mins became almost 15mins end to end to get what i needed. I was really unhappy with this experience today. If the owner not ready to take on the register, he should have helped out somewhere else. Was late dropping off my kids at camp. So annoying.

Lead/manager/supervisor (i assume this because she was the only one in a blue top) was in the middle of fulfilling the order for the person before me, when she paused what she was doing to inform the attendant (black top, same as everyone else in the store), who left me standing at the cash register to fulfill an online order, that she should never leave a customer standing at the til to fulfill an online order. There were 5 customers waiting to place orders. Black top ignores her and keeps doing what she was doing. After completing the order she was already working on, manager comes to me and takes my order. The customers, we all witnessed this obvious disregard of a direct order (which I thought was actually respectful and meant to teach/train the black top), and the tense environment it created. Funny enough, the owner(s) were there and seemed completely oblivious to the fact that there was a line building up and no one tending to it. My advice to Ms. Blue top, assert yourself sis. If it means stopping everything to have a quick chat with Ms. Black top in the back, do that. Leadership skills are acquired and developed. Otherwise, you won't gain the skill set you'll need to move on to bigger and better leadership roles. Other than that, their cup of ice and sour cream donut (took 10 mins to get this order) were hittin', as usual. 😋

I'm giving this 2 stars instead of 1 because the customer service was nice. But the donuts and drinks they make are horrible. I love donuts but I don't know what's up with these ones. My glazed donut literally tasted like it had been out for days. I threw it away after taking just a couple bites. If you want a good donut, just go across the parking lot to the small donut shop because they make amazing donuts and AMAZING smoothies.

They didn't have two of the donuts I requested. So I ordered two different kinds and they were delicious. Service was extremely slow when I placed my order in the drive thru. When I pulled up to the window they didn't even have the order. The cashier told me she didn't even put the order in because she forgot and apologized. I'll have to think twice about going back to this Dunkin donuts.

This is the 3rd time to visit this storestore at different times of the day. They don't ever have the variety of donuts that they advertise. My choice was between 3 donuts ☹️ The workers are rude and don't act like they like their job.

Terrible experience. My bavarian creme donut was cold mushy and disgusting. Go to donuts and yogurt across the place. It is infinitely better and its not even close.

My sister just called me in tears because the employee there treated her so terribly! She accidentally miscommunicated her order and tried to tell the employee that but they seemed so bothered to take out their airpods to interact with her and they were rude that she ended up in tears. I know that these employees could be dealing with their own issues but we all need to treat each other with respect because we never know what someone else is dealing with.

Crowded with travelers from all over the world.  To bad the "vendors" have no patience for them!  They're rude and short tempered.  Welcome to America. They should be happy there are people buying thier products. I'm in line, which stretches 100 plus (do we really eat that much doughnuts?) and the lady behind the counter yells "next at 6 people!?" Well, who the hell are you talking to!? Then there's these two foreign passenger's who don't understand what these idiots are yelling and telling them. Even the average travel is a little confused. You customarily pay for what you order but here, there are two lines; one where you get your order and then you proceed to another long line, which isn't at the business for your order! I was even a little confused along with other travelers. I ended up assisting the two and got them on their way. I understand that your business is busy, especially at the airport but being rude and nasty towards others is unacceptable. Unfortunately my coffee and doughnut experience left me with a bad taste in my mouth.

The employees have changed and so has the service! Not in a good way! I don't leave negative reviews usually but I couldn't believe how Dunkin has changed. I was a daily customer sometimes twice a day, and I ended up moving, I came back to Tracy cal few days last week and every time it was not such a good experience, when I tried to reach out by email I got no response I'm. So. Disappointed. And . CANNOT. Believe. How much the service has changed! I have a card where u buy 6 large coffees u get the seventh free, well they made my order, and I gave the card to them at the window, they said it expired I was thrown off because I had only received exemplary service from the past at Dunkin! It was 1 day expired and I asked if they could honor it because I bought the 6 LARGE @almost 6$ a peice, she said NO, and didn't even offer me the drink (that I had earned) even though they had already made it. It's little things like I waited one day in the drive thru with only two cars in front of me for twenty min. Another time same week I went through drive thru placed my order and it was Soo wrong my frozen coffee was bitter and horrible! Another few times it was a ridiculously long time in the drive thru.

Use to be my fav coffee but last 2 times were not good. Got caramel iced coffee, had no taste of caramel. Few months back had an issue sent an email to corprate got response after a month. Associates were also rude.

They never give you what you order, I once ordered delivery as they were opening and I was told that they had nothing ready and my order had to be cancelled. The cashier didn't smile, don't greet, didn't talk. Was staring into space. When I asked if anyone could help me, she looked at me and rudely said "well that's why I said hi". I asked for a manager (who was sitting in the dining area), and the manager just looked over our direction,and the cashier started to argue saying it wasn't her fault that I wasn't ordering fast enough,and the cashier threw her hands in the air and walked away. I couldn't believe my eyes. I felt like I was in the middle of a highschool "mean girl" episode. I will NEVER EVER again go back to this branch again.

Should not take 20 minutes to get thru dunkin donuts, especially with no line. I counted 8 people working including a manager sitting with an employee and another talking with friends. Other people were doing prep work which left one person each for drive Thu and inside. Ordered tea and they made a cappuccino. Manager said and did nothing. Only DD for 30 miles so what are you gonna do?

I recently visited the Dunkin Donuts in Tracy, CA No problem with the food but when I went to use the restroom it was locked. I hate that!!! Because I asked if I needed a key... It was handed to me by the same person who made my sandwich... this plastic piece of garbage with the key hanging on it. Really!! How many dirty hands have handled that key!!!! Secondly... I see that the trash can was covered in plastic with the words written down... we don’t do trash.

It was my 2nd time going to this Dunkin’ Donuts in Tracy my first experience going inside wasn’t that great! Me and my friend ordered are drinks. While we were waiting for are drinks I had to use the restroom really bad!! Someone was in the restroom so I waited and we got are drinks . while I was waiting , I still had to use the restroom. I already seen the person come out , I was watching the restroom cause that’s how much I had to go. I asked once again and I also let them know I seen the person come out they just pretend to look for the keys and totally ignored me and started doing something else while I’m waiting for there response some other guy I believed that worked there he had a white shirt so I didn’t know if he worked there or not but he had some keys to the bathroom and he found the keys inside the bathroom. I finally went to the restroom and we left Dunkin’ Donuts my friend before getting inside the car tried her drink and she HAD to take it back. We took her drink back and she just wanted it to get replaced but the guy charged her for a whole different drink like she got charged twice for a different drink that she wanted to get replaced just replaced because she wasn’t satisfied with her drink it was really really sweet honestly I tried it myself and I couldn’t even take it! Wat kind of place is this when ur customer isn’t satisfied you should do your best for them to have a good experience. The workers were hella bitter no smiles I didn’t feel no good vibes in this place . I CANT ever go back!! I came all the way from Stockton if I would of known this was gonna happen I would of just went to Starbucks across the street like usual . BAD EXPERIENCE EVER I WILL NEVER BE BACK HERE AGAIN !

The dirtiest store in the united states They charged me 42 dollar for 9 dollar product and its has been more than 2 months i am just coming here and they are not giving me my money back eve i have shown them my transaction If you go to this store always go and check that the money spent buy you are same deducted from your account

My kids and I used to go this place for our Saturday breakfast. It used be good place for breakfast. But now hash browns looks so scary. They are over cooked or u can say burned. Rest of food is over cooked too most of times. Customer service is worst.

I give it a 1 for customer service-very good. Doughnuts, on the other hand were horrible. They were a bit stale and I did not like the taste. No glazed doughnuts-all out. I can't understand how a doughnut store could be out of glazed doughnuts at 10am and it is open until quite late. Do yourself a favor and go to Donut and Yoghurt, which is just accross the parking lot. So much better and less expensive.

Been in line for over 10 min only two cars ahead of me when we were ready to order they had us waiting an additional 10 min just for donut holes they are understaffed. Manager do something about it! Will not be retuning !!! 30 min in line is not ok it’s a joke!

First time here today an the last time !! Cashier lady was super rude after I waited 30 min in the line I told her super friendly that I didn’t order the coffe they gave me an she said well I can’t do anything about it you touched it , I said that’s fine I completely understand can I just order a different one I’ll pay for it she said no I have to re wait in the line ! After waiting 30 min customer service skills suck !!! Never again will be taking my business else where !!!

Placed an online order and they were closed…..

Found two hairs at the bottom of my drink. I called to let them know and to ask for some kind of compensation. I was told that the general manager would be reaching out to me about 2 weeks ago. This Dunkin doesn’t care about cleanliness or honoring their word

I love Dunkin’ Donuts but the one in Tracy is always out of the original donuts. I have gone in different hours of the day and they don’t have them I asked if there making more and tells me ohh yeah they will be ready in 45 minutes, they don’t answering the phone and you have to ask them if there making more donuts instead of telling you we are in the process of making more, it’s like they don’t want to sell them. I won’t be coming any more I come all the way from Stockton for this, it ain’t worth it anymore. Bad reviews not good employees!!

The owner needs to hire more people and be more organized with his shifts. I’m sure he is being stingy or doesn’t want to waste money. I have gone to this store several times and see people driving off because the service is either bad or slow. I walked in today at 1:30 and there was a girl alone and the drive through line was wrapped around the building. She was frustrated and was doing everything her self.

I've been there 3 times, and every time, there are no to limited donuts, and the ones they have are stale. Why not close at 12 if you don't have donuts to serve or give a heads up and tell the customer donuts are old, buyer beware. I wish tracy had a Krispy kreme.. or another choice for donuts.

My first time coming here i got there when they opened at 6am. The worker peeked her head out at 6:05 noticing i was in the drive thru. I got tired of waiting, so I moved up to the window where I could see her in there on her phone walking around in circles while a line started to back up at the drive-through. At 6:25 i got tired of waiting and left. Don’t say that your store is open if they aren't serving. 10/27

HORRIBLE customer service ! I know it’s mainly order on the app or on kiosk, but I wanted a chocolate glazed dounut that was not showing up on the kiosk to order, but they had plenty of in the racks. I asked the cashier (I regret not getting her name!) if she could ring me up for a chocolate glazed doughnut, and right in front of my face, rolled her eyes and walked away. I still gave her the benefit of the doubt and thought she was probably busy and will come back, but she did not. After standing there for 5 minutes I went across the street to donuts and yogurt (better donuts and friendly staff) NEVER going back to Dunkin, on top of that, really dirty.

I came here a couple weeks ago and the owner/manager was yelling at the poor girl working the counter in front of customers. The young lady was very sweet but I can tell management or ownership doesnt treat their employees nicely.

Pathetic , Terrible and Horrible ! Please check your order before you leave the place . They cheat the customers by taking money for the order but dont give the Customers all the items placed in the order. Arrogant , worst and lack of Courtesy to apologize and admit their fault .

Worst service ever. They have a walk in, however they put a sign to order from the POS ordering system for customers. It’s very confusing to use and employees will not help. Never coming back here to another Dunkin’s again. Great first experience in your fine establishment. Run by a bunch of 12 year olds by the looks of it

So I get my hot coffee twice a day extra hot. Rude drive thru young lady with glasses said “oh we can’t do that” and closes window on me. How rude was that? And also tells another young lady to bring my hot kinda and cold coffee. Doesn’t make sense other employees do it for me but just her with rude and attitude did that . No way to treat a paying customer like that especially other employees take care me when I ask for extra hot. Owner please contact me asap I filed a complaint with corp also

Many times they don't have donuts ready in the mornings. Their lines are slower than any other dunkin I have been to before. Their sandwiches are thrown together and look like garbage on the customer side like burnt bread and cold eggs. Mobile orders are canceled and not made in less than 20 minutes on average. Staff seem confused about their positions and what they are supposed to be doing. Lucky for this dunkin, they have no other competition within commuting distance.

Disappointed. When they first open this location, we got all excited and drove all the way from Pleasanton just to gets donuts here. The donut was good, so does the coffee. But recently my experience wasn't that good. It seems like the workers hates there job. Very little limited selection of donuts and the rack doesn't seems full. But the total bummer for me was the coffee. I really remember how i use to like their coffee and I'm a black coffee drinker. Not to long ago when we were there, the coffee taste like acidic or something. It just not good. It seems like its a cheap coffee. No bueno!

Used to come here all the time for the beyond sausage breakfast and the match iced latte but lately it just plain sucks now. They skimp u on the drink and they changed the bread and sausage because it was totally different the multiple times I've gotten it before plus the beyond sausage was bigger before. Don't plan on going there for a good while no more

I always go to this place but lately this South Indian dude I had him for the drive thru and he was just super rude and had attitude, I kinda brushed it off didn’t care but then again one morning im grabbing my coffee before work and it’s him again and he’s a manager there his name is ANGIE and for you to be a manager and have that attitude is not it and he didn’t even get my coffee right, I don’t even wanna go there no more because of him but the other Indian guy with turban is so nice and sweet tho I always tip him!!

Terrible work ethic and customer service are abismal. Went there today, Fri 01/03/25, about 12pm, understandably it is noon, but it was not busy, yes, steady, not busy. The 2 associates at the front were joking around, bagging drive-thru together, completely ignoring counter patrons. The woman with the red shirt and gem piercing on her left cheekbone was rude and laughed as she would pass and ignore counter, though she did mumble at one point "someone will be there in a moment." Finally 15 min later, a young man with wavy hair, no hair tie or hairnet, said he'd "be right with you" and got to us in a total 23 min later. I only waited because my daughter had already placed a separate order at their kiosk. Terrible way to treat your patrons. This was the 1st and definitely the last time patroning this establishment. Even after the wait, my daughters kiosk order came out after my and 2 other orders when she had been waiting before all of us. We had to ask about her order, and the kid said, "Oh, ok. I'll see". If the maple bacon sandwiches would not have been cold, I'm sure they would have been decent sandwich. Too bad this is a crappy place with terrible service. To top off the day, I wasn't given a receipt for a $30 order.
