I literally go to this dunkin every day for my coffee most of the time I call they will have it ready for me. I love the staff and the donuts are always fresh and such a good selection plus they NEVER run out of oat milk like other places.

Before we used to call this place "degenerate donuts" because it was filled with lousy staff that never did their job right but honestly in the last two months they've really improved! I think the owner got rid of most of the problem staff. Keep it up! 😊

Never know what Dunkin’ Donuts I’ll walk into when I travel so it was nice to have a hot vanilla ~ Choc Latte with an extra shot of espresso which doesn’t even compare to those fast stop gas station coffee automatic machines. Was such a tasty coffee Latte before I got to a family function. Excellent service & polite as can be.

Quick correct service. My drink requests are made correctly the first time. Store is properly staffed. As I give the order to cashier someone else is listening and starts preparing. I love that by the time I've paid, my beverage is usually ready!

This is my favorite Dunkin donuts. They get my coffee right, service is quick and accurate. The workers are always friendly and helpful. I bring my developmental guys in with me at times and the workers understand and are so friendly and patient with them, which makes my guys feel happy and then I feel happy. I love it there. The workers desserve a raise.

Used the Dunkin App. Just a coffee and a donut. It wasn't busy and I had to wait for my coffee and ask for the donut I ordered.

Went in with my son. And a friend to pick up donuts for them. Had to use the restroom. , however, employee was in there forever! And she clogged up the toilet... kind of nasty

In all the years this place has been here they have never once improve the property or the lot. The rest of bridge was beautified except for this place.

I usually don't have an issue with this Dunkin' Donuts. Today, I went to go get a caramel iced latte. The lady clearly rushed in making it and barely put any syrup in it. I asked her if there was caramel, she said yes in a snotty tone and walked away immediately. Clearly there wasn't. My coffee was very pale. I want to get my money's worth out of it. Luckily, the guy who helped me at the register came over to talk to me and was extremely nice. He put more syrup in my coffee. My point is, she was extremely rude and rushed. These workers need to take their time so people get their money's worth from their coffees. Coffee is not cheap. Please remember that.

Only decent items are the regular coffee, ice coffee and tea. Most other drinks are nothing but sugary syrups. The doughnuts are nothing to brag about. To add to there degrading business the French crullers that used to be nice and soft are hard like stale bread. I was told by an employee that they come frozen now. How much lower quality can you possibly have and still keep raising prices. I don't get how people eat here.

Have not made a large macchiato with an extra shot of expresso correctly in over 10 attempts. Overall really fast

At Dunkin donuts, they make donuts once a day in Ridge NY but they felt like last week's, they were hard and stale and when I called to complain, he said that's the way it is.

Guy at register has an attitude problem. If he doesnt like his Job he should go work somewhere else.

The couple in front ordered 3 regular coffees, very simple orders and waited since before I even showed up, and then my one iced coffee I waited 15 minutes for was terribly made.

Every single time I order my coffee here it's wrong. I order a large iced cappuccino with caramel... what they make tastes like a large glass of milk with caramel and three drops of coffee. Nasty.

2nd time in the same week that I've visited this dunkin. Ordered the same ice coffee made the same way and both times has tasted terrible where a couple sips has given me stomach pains. Not sure if the skim milk is sour or the coffee is just bad but will not visit this dunkin anymore. Go to coram location and always made my drink perfect and never had an issue. Also had to wait 15 minutes for my coffee to be made today because customers brought in their online orders multiple times because they either tasted bad or were wrong. Management needs to step up and correct this issue.

I was in military uniform and knew that the store offer discounts to military personnel. The clerk wasn't sure, but the manager came out and said no way. Funny this, a SCPD officer was behind who got FREE COFFEE!!!!! Needless to say, I was insulted, not because of not getting discount but: 1. How she said it 2. an other government personnel gets FREE coffee, but I don't get a discount. SCREW this location and owner!!!!! I rather go to the 7-11 which is ONLY 4 stores east of here and they are more friendlier.

Manager and workers are very very RUDE!! They never ever get my order correct, something is always missing and they are not able to figure it out. I never reccomend this place. Drive to another Dunkin or Panera if you want to enjoy your food instead of being annoyed!!!

So tired of this place. Not only do we get ripped off for $7 coffee but this place always cuts corners when making drinks. Wont put espresso shots. Its funny bc you send it back then all of a sudden its made correctly. So ridiculous just make it right the first time.

This place was so disappointing and disgusting the employees were rude and unhelpful... they messed up every thing i ordered, literally everything was wrong and the coffee was practically just milk and cream with no flavor of coffee. And the young man who helped me in the store was the most unintelligent person ive ever met i asked him to remake the coffee and comes back with the exact same coffee. He should really consider a new job(try a 7/11) ... This place has the Worst food/coffee ive ever had this service was on par with a low level nyc gas station.

This location needs retraining. Asks for a simple modification, instead of cheddar I wanted white cheddar but was ignored. The change was clearly printed on receipt but unfortunately, the manager who was there this morning "was not paying attention" For one she messed that up, then burns my order...guess it's my fault for not checking my food before leaving

The Manager is rude, dismissive, doesn't pay attention when people speak, looks disheveled and seemed annoyed at the customers presence as the line grew and she had to come out from the back to actually work. The only apology I received was from the other staff after they got my order (a simple iced coffee) wrong. I will literally never go to that location of DD ever again unless changes are made starting with the rude manager.
