Rodeo Goat Addison Reviews
4/9/25 EDIT: Listen, I have eaten here 4 consecutive days and it gets better every time!! That BYO turkey burger with mayo, American cheese, and grilled onions with a side of blackberry compote for dipping has blessed my entire soul! No exaggeration!! I would give 10 ⭐️s if I could. ❤️ I ordered a turkey burger and fries via Door Dash. LISTEN!!!! If you love a good turkey burger, order it from this place. It was perfectly seasoned, moist, and cooked to perfection. The fries were crispy and delicious.
Probably the best burger spot in Dallas I've been to so far! The atmosphere is super retro styled and clean. The service was excellent! Our waiter gave us a drink sample and great recommendations. Service was fast as well. The menu is super great with some classic and some really unique options to choose from! The burger quality was great! No skimping in the toppings. The prices were also way better than other similar type places! Highly recommend! A great go-to burger spot!
Came here for the Radio G.O.A.T burger to support KERA. It lived up to the hype! The grilled peppers in the burger added a great twang to the burger and every bite has a crunch of battered onion pieces. Fries were in big portion too. Also, i quite like how they served pickles on the side and that shows a alot of consideration for those who hates them. I just love being able to put them on the next bite
Jaelin (I might not be spelling her name right) made an awesome salted caramel pretzel shake for me tonight. She put some tasty crumblies on top. And, as always, Dillon is the bestest at the bar. So glad they are in my neighborhood!!! The burgers are always consistently so dang good. The fries with no surprise as a side is our favorite, and the Texas caviar is not to be overlooked. Nice cold beer selection on tap. It is our go-to place!!!!
First timer review: So very impressed with all aspects of this location. I hear it’s brand new, and it looks it. Very well put together. Aesthetics are nice. Awesome patio seating, which will come in clutch during the warmer months. Food & drink was absolutely delish. No complaints whatsoever. Burgers are thick and juicy. Flavor profiles are exquisitely put together. Cocktails were made to order, tasted fresh and decently strong. Service was also amazing. Will definitely return! And will definitely recommend to others!
This restaurant is fun and different. Their food is fresh and they don’t even own a microwave. Their burgers are good and they offer a gluten-free bun that’s soft and delicious. They have a lot of fun things to see as you walk around the restaurant. If you like burgers, you will enjoy trying the different ones they have. I just wish they would carry actual goat meat.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently had an amazing dining experience at Rodeo Goat in Addison! The atmosphere was lively and welcoming. Our waiter, Tyler, provided exceptional service—he was attentive, friendly, and full of great recommendations. We started with the Avocado Caesar Salad appetizer, which was fresh and bursting with flavor. The highlight, however, were the cheese fries—crispy, cheesy, and indulgent; they were the perfect way to kick off our meal! For our main courses, we ordered the Bodacious, Joe Chow, and Country Club burgers, and each one was a masterpiece! The Bodacious was incredibly juicy with a fantastic blend of toppings, while the Joe Chow had a savory kick that kept us coming back for more. The Country Club was a perfect balance of flavors and textures—each burger was cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious! Tyler’s wonderful service added to the overall experience, making it truly memorable. If you're in Addison, definitely stop by Rodeo Goat and make sure to try the cheese fries and those incredible burgers. And don’t forget to ask for Tyler; you won’t regret it!
Isaiah’s service 10/10, he made our meal very enjoyable and the burgers were great
We eat here at least three times a week. Have tried most of the foods on the menu and have been very pleased. The service is great and the staff is very friendly.
The burgers are top notch. You can tell the meat is not frozen, which I love. If you go, you have to try the Sugar Burger! The best burger ever… not too sweet, it’s just right and the peach was amazing! I would recommend they cut it in thinner slices for the burger. The shakes were a nice treat to end dinner.
😁 me and my best friend went and it was great! Our waitress was nice the food was great and I love the mixture of music they played!
We came in with a group of people and wound up having an issue with the order not going through properly. Part of our party had their food while the other part waiting for quite a while. When this was brought to the manager’s (Tim) attention, he did everything he could to fix it. He was so kind and patient. It had become very busy, and he handled the whole thing really well. The food was delicious.
Isaiah was extremely helpful. The food is always amazing. We keep coming back for more!
My wife and I come here at least once a week. The burgers are amazing and their hand punched fries are perfect. The staff is aways incredibly friendly and the place is super clean. Outside dinning is fun when the weather is beautiful. It’s always a great experience.
Great food and great service. We had a family lunch for 10 and Isaiah had no problem keeping us satisfied.
Brigid was our bartender and was absolutely amazing! Good drinks, good vibes and good sliders.
12/19/25: I ordered the Brad Sham and my wife ordered the Ranch house burger. Both were served fast. Both were perfectly cooked and we're quite juicy -delicious. Fantastic! We also enjoyed the Sweet potato Fries and ranch dressing .The restaurant was Bright and clean. The server and manager were attentive and quick to respond to our requests. An excellent experience! Earlier this year: Wanting to try out the new restaurant in town, we were excited to visit. We were greeted by the coolest neighbors from the past -the Burchette brothers! Wow, they both have grown! Well, we ordered the Ranchhouse burger and sweet potato fries. All was served fast with a smile. Best of all, it was so delicious! Btw, the ranch dressing is out of this world!!!! Needless to say , we had a great experience and can't wait to come back! Thank you to the Rodeo Goat team!
I had the Chaca Oaxaco Burger and the Chili Cheese Fries Surprise. It was 29.20 plus I gave a tip of 3.80. For all that food that was a decent price. Tyler and another waitress greeted me and were very friendly. Positive vibes here. The food was 4/5 a little on the heavier greasier side but love the customer service. The whole meal might have been 3,000 calories but worth it this is a solid cheat meal. Definitely drink a kombucha and jog 5 miles the next day after eating here.
Someone introduced me to this place a little over a few months ago. I initially wasn't interested because the name threw me off a bit. "Rodeo Goat?" Really? Let's just say that that young lady is now one of my favorite people because OH MY!!! I've been fortunate enough to travel the world. Multiple countries on nearly every continent. This place has some of the best burgers I've ever tasted!!! Menu has PLENTY of selections, and each is customizable. There's something for everyone! Meat eaters, vegans, etc..Burgers? Delicious! Sides? Delicious! Drinks? Delicious! If you go, get a Moontang and thank me later! Atmosphere has an "old diner" feel. I personally like it! The staff has always nothing short of amazing! Friendly, helpful, and full of personality! Rodeo Goat has become one of my personal favorites to dine at when I'm out and about. If you have the opportunity to stop by, don't pass them up!! They'll take good care of you!!!
Have to change the rating. Our waitress rolled her eyes at me. Never a good start. The meat was overcooked. But the garlic mayo was terrific. Still, the waitress lost a customer. I won't go back.
Fun and extremely tasty. Very knowledgeable servers that are truthful about what they enjoy and recommend.
We had the pleasure of being served by the one and only Sierra — and let me tell you, she was FANTASTIC! This was our first time here, and she made us feel like regulars. She walked us through the menu like a pro, answered all our curious questions, and kept checking in to make sure we were living our best burger life. I had the Sugar Burger — deconstructed (because I like to build my own masterpiece). And get this... I used the blackberry compote in my iced tea. Yep, I went full foodie, and it was delish. He had the Country Club burger, and let me tell you — both were juicy, flavorful, and totally yummy for our tummy! Only one thing missing: a strawberry milkshake! Come on now, let’s make that happen — pretty please? We’ll definitely be back — and Sierra, you better be ready for us again!
I've been to this Rodeo Goat many times and the food is always amazing! Food always comes out fast and the servers are so great! Dylan and Zoe always make sure we have everything we need and are super attentive! Highly recommend this location!
Rodeo Goat hits you with the smell of fresh grilled beef when you walk in the door. It's setting you up for fresh flavors and a fun atmosphere. Just inside the door we found a string hook game. For 3 middle aged men this was just too enticing to play a kids game right in front of us. But that had to wait until we ate. I chose the Cowboy Cobb salad with steak. It was amazing! There was so much avocado I thought I ordered the Avocado salad. Which my associate did. My third friend ordered a basic burger with bacon. He was very happy along with the rest of us. The steak in my salad was so tender I was cutting it with my fork. Our server had a bright smile and was there when we needed her. As we were leaving the hook game had to be tried out. After a few tosses the bets were on for who was buying when we returned. 10 tries, lowest number of tries wins. Number ten was it and Janero is buying. 😀
Every single time my girlfriend and I eat here, we are blown away by the tastiness of the burgers and quality overall of both the food, and service. I Cannot say enough good things about this restaurant. Highly recommend.
Holy cow! This place was great. Be ready to wait if it's busy, but it's worth it. We split the bodacious burger so that we could go for cheese fries (no surprise) and goat balls. Note that you can place a half order on those cheese fries. It was too much for the two of us, and so we will have to try the goat balls next time. And the service was great too. Looking forward to coming back! Pics next time.
Our Rip Wheeler burger was great. The meat was juicy and cooked to absolute perfection, fries were good and margarita just right.
Came in with my husband and my son this previous Sunday night (we usually go to Jake's across the street if we're craving burgers) but came to Rodeo and I'm so glad we did. We had a fantastic server I don't remember her name but she had beautiful curly hair. we gave her full control of what to order and she did not disappoint! This is now our go to spot for burgers.
We love this restaurant. The server was great. He really knew the menu well. Also, the burger, onion rings and ranch water are superb. Thanks for the great service, Isaiah.
Forgot to take pictures because the food was cleared in like 5 minutes😂. Our server was CC, she was amazing. Gave us great recommendations and was very attentive. Will definitely be back!
Rodeo Goat is always great. Love the rotating “burger fight” two burgers - and if I don’t love those choices there are several winning standard burgers, of course. Biggest secret: The milkshakes are huge for the price. If you have kids, they can definitely split one!
1st time there(from New Orleans) and I will be going back! When you walked up, they acknowledged you! They knew it was my 1st time before I could say anything 🤣! Great Customer Service
A (church) friend recommended Rodeo Goat and I'm actually glad we visited the Addison branch specifically. Our sever was very attentive as well as friendly providing recommendations, since today was my initial visit.
So glad Rodeo Goat opened this location and it doesn’t disappoint. Great food options for burgers and always made to perfection. Service is on point - not too little but not invasive. Refills on drinks dropped by consistently. We tried the Smores goat balls for dessert to celebrate an occasion and loved them! We’ve been here 5 or 6 times since it’s opened and really enjoy it. Only comment is that the side room can get a little cold sometimes.
Great place, I’ve eaten here twice. They have great dishes. I do wish they had a better selection for appetizers. The have a good selection of beers, some from microbreweries here in Texas. The pricing is fair, not too expensive.
Amazing! Both unique AND traditional hamburgers selection. Goat chips, sweet potato fries were great sides.
My burger was juicy and tasty. Isaiah was our server and was extremely professional and on top of everything.
I normally would be apprehensive to eat burgers that are cooked over medium. If they make up for it in crust moisture and flavor then I'm cool. Great option for when you want a higher end burger experience. I think I got the Royal with cheese like any other fan of Quinton Tarantino and extra patty. The fries are a worthy investment but the little dessert brie balls was a disappointment.
Truffle Shuffle burger is a savory delight from the heavens. Always choose whatever is "head to head" at the top of the menu... you will never be disappointed!
Excellent hamburgers. Great service. First time at this location. Will definitely be going back.
The seating was no waiting and the service was friendly. I had the Sugar burger with Goat chips, absolutely tasty. They were seasoned and warm when served. This was a easy, comfortable lunch setting with general conversations around but nothing intrusive. The price was an acceptable value for the meal and service, and I would go again. I've told my friends that we have to visit again.
This place has it all!!! The food was amazing. I had the Ranch burger and the onion marmalade was outstanding. I find myself craving that burger. Also their queso, top notch! Go try it, you will not be disappointed!
This was my second visit to Rodeo Goat and just like the first time, the food, service, and atmosphere was top-notch. This time I enjoyed the Truffle Shuffle burger, onion rings, and a deliciously cold Guava cider. Was with a large party and never had to wait or ask for anything. Our server was Isaiah and he kept drinks filled, checked in regularly, and made sure we had everything we needed.
When I want a good burger, guaranteed, I go to Rodeo Goat. This place changed my perception of what’s possible with burgers. I always customize my burger, and always go with the Tabasco mayo and add an egg. Can’t go wrong. Can’t wait to go back.
Just had dinner, great experience, smash patty was great on the Royal. My server Isaiah was very attentive, quick and friendly. We’ll be back.
Lure Ball Bites - Today’s Catch: This burger spot feels like a Pokemon Gym that changes its lineup every month, with a fun head-to-head burger battle that keeps things fresh. The quality hits like a fully evolved starter, easily one of the best burgers I’ve had, and the cheese fries are pure comfort food XP. The walls are lined with photos from their history, which feels like flipping through old Pokemon cards. If you love a great burger and a place worthy of regular party rotation, this one’s an automatic keep.
Burgers are everywhere, every place can do a burger but... The difference is in the attention to detail. Little things like: super crunchy, crispy onions. Juicy, well seasoned burger pattie Griller jalapeño peppers Crispy bacon Not to mention the fries which are seasoned, fluffy inside and crispy on the outside. I had a bodacious burger, fries, tried the brisket beef chilli and a salted caramel pretzel shake. These guys are serious, they don't mess around when it comes to burger options, quality of food and a relaxed atmosphere that doesn't take itself too seriously (Goats everywhere) Will be coming back next time I'm in Dallas, 100% worthy of the 5 stars.
Went to Rodeo Goat on Tuesday night and had a great time! The atmosphere was casual and lively, and the staff were super friendly. The burgers were creative and delicious — definitely lived up to the hype. I especially enjoyed the fresh ingredients and unique flavor combinations. Will definitely come back again!
This was my first time visiting, and I will definitely be back! I had the Nanny Goat burger, and it was amazing! My daughter had the Joe Chow and she loved it. The sweet potato fries and ranch dressing were also so so delicious.
The food was so good! The burger is NEXT LEVEL! The atmosphere is great! Isaiah went above and beyond to make sure I got the right burger and he did recommend a very tasty burger! I highly recommend it! Than you so much everyone 🙏🇺🇸🐄
I decided to grab a quick meal with hubby at Rodeo Goat before picking up the kids. The food was absolutely delicious – every bite was a treat! However, the service was a bit slow, and the food took longer to arrive than expected. The restaurant itself has a great vibe, with cool decor and a lively atmosphere. I'm planning to come back when I can relax and enjoy my meal without being rushed.
Swung by because kiddos wanted a burger. A lot of seating inside and patio seating. Very casual atmosphere and service was great! Firebird was a hit at the table. Royale with cheese was amazing. The kids sliders were good as well but my favorite was the sweet potato fries. Love love !! Overall, a great burger spot.
First time eating here. It was super YUMMY 😋 We got the grilled cheese meal for the kiddo, The Empire (Star Wars themed burger/sandwich) and the BBQ Burger minus the sauce and a few things added. We also got chips and queso as an app. If you need more chips, there are options for more. Just ask. The atmosphere was loud when we came in, kids were playing at the ring game, but we were able to sit in a back area and it helped. It had a feeling of a brewery setting and a restaurant feel. No issues here. We had a wonderful time, our server was super amazing and very nice, really engaged with us at the table. The food had the best amount of flavor and it was messy in the best way. If its not messy, it isn't good right?!
The people were nice. The atmosphere was great. They had a variety of beers which was awesome. However, the food is overpriced. I got the Nashville hot Chicken Sandwich for $13. And it was totally dry.None of the sandwiches comes with chips or fries. But we still had a good time if I go back. I will only drink and get an appetizer. The jalapeno tater tots were really good.
Great burger place with a lot of options. Limited sides and other dishes. Very friendly staff and drafts are good.

All around fabulous experience
Rodeo Goat NEVER disappoints! Santana really brought the heat and the good vibes. From the moment we walked in, the energy was fun, vibrant, and welcoming exactly what you want when you’re ready to unwind and enjoy great food. The staff was on point: friendly, fast, and genuinely excited to make sure we had a great experience. And the FOOD? Out of this world. Every burger is packed with flavor, cooked perfectly, and loaded with creativity. The fries, the shareables, the sauces ALL phenomenal. You can tell they put real heart into the menu and the atmosphere. Clean restaurant, great vibes, amazing service, and food that hits every single time. Rodeo Goat continues to raise the bar and they’ve earned a solid 5 stars across the board from us! We’ll definitely be back again and again. 🔥🍔🤠
Chaca Oaxaca on a gluten free bun with a beef patty is my favorite thing to eat here. I really enjoyed sitting at the bar. Brigid was a great bartender who made great drinks and made great conversation with us. She was super knowledgeable about dietary restrictions on the menu for my gluten intolerance. They were quick with our drinks and I’ll definitely be coming back.

Finally, we tried after our friends in Dallas have made it their new "go to" burger place. We live in Tyler, Texas, but are in Dallas a few times a month. I really liked the curb appeal when we arrived. Entering and looking at the decor and the layout was spot on with a kinda Hill Country vibe. I should have known after googling who created and owned ... Shannon Wynn. I worked for Shannon many, many years ago, and it seems every restaurant we go to is one of his. You did well, Shannon ... now why dont you drop a Rodeo Goat in the Tyler, Texas market ?
Went for dinner today. Ordered cheese fries and a blue cheese burger. Cheese fries portion was huge and they were good. Burger was pitifully small but had a good flavor. Service was average at best. Prices are average. Probably won’t return.
The food was good! I tried the Chaca Oaxaca and the cheese fries—honestly, even the half order is enough for two people. My burger was good as well, though I’m not really a fan of chorizo or pico in it. The frozen margarita was also really good. The only thing I was expecting was a more dim, relaxed atmosphere. Other than that, the service was great—our server was funny, professional, and attentive. Pricing is reasonable overall.
Great burgers and fries. We had the Hot Bastard and the Hatch Me If You Can burgers - both were delicious. Burgers do not come with fries so order yours separately. We had a work dinner here for a group of 21 people and it was fun. Everyone enjoyed the food and spacious bar top seating. Our server was lovely and attentive.
We had Austin as our server, and he did an excellent job waiting our table. He was very attentive and friendly. As for the burgers, we had mixed reviews. Two three stars, a four star and a five star. I was one of the three stars, mostly because the burger fell apart. This is a basic requirement, that the burger stays together. While the brioche bun was flavorful, it just wasn’t strong enough to hold the burger together. Some places toast their buns, and this helps give the bun some internal integrity. Toasting may have helped here. My kids enjoyed the queso and chips and said that the hand cut fries very were good. They were still talking about how delicious the queso was the next day. But Burger-Amageddon did it for me. My kids might like to come back, but I won’t be with them.
First time trying this chain. I wasn't aware they only serve burgers. The customer service was great from everyone I met. Like the potato fries I had the hot chicken sandwich not bad . Next time I will do a burger.
The food is fresh and tasty, and very reasonably priced. Service can be a little slow but is friendly. Above average for a burger chain!

Very clean restaurant. Good food. Helpful and friendly staff. Nice small outdoor seating for warm days. Burgers and fries were good. Large size portions. So I recommend sharing. Only small issue, my burger had a touch too much ketchup on it. Reasonable priced. Next time I will try the shakes.

Took 20 minutes to get a beer on a quiet Sunday while the bartender talked to another customer for majority of that time, food came out liuke warm 50
Food was amazing, had the crown jewel. Super tasty. Wait staff lacks… charm. Some seem grumpy and some seem indifferent, while some of the bartenders came off as though they had a mean girl attitude. Would definitely come again for the food. The cooks did a great job.
I with my group of seniors, recently dined at this restaurant and was very disappointed with the service. Our waiter (Mark P) was unusually rude from the moment we sat down. He seemed irritated when we asked simple questions about the menu and made us feel rushed and unwelcome throughout the meal. His attitude took away from what could have been an enjoyable dining experience. The food was good, but the service left a lot to be desired. I hope management addresses this issue, because respectful and friendly service is just as important as good food. I would consider returning only if the customer service improves.
Okay y’all here we go. The food was amazing. But watch out! If you place a to go order and then pay with a gift card they will automatically apply the max tip until the gift card is 100% used (or close to it). Our pick up Togo order was $42 and they charged $50. Didn’t even give me the chance to apply my own tip. Just automatically applied a $8 tip without my consent. Weird right? I asked about it to the cashier and the lady said, “I don’t touch it”. Nothing to get my money back or trying to dig into what happened. Just an attitude of it is what it is. It’s annoying, unprofessional, and stealing. Next time let’s make sure the customer puts their own tip not the employee automatically applying it.
Rodeo Goat – Addison 🐐🔥 The food? Absolute chaos in the best way. We went head-to-head with their Battle of the Burgers: Big Tex (beef patty + chicken-fried mashed potatoes, chorizo gravy, onion ring, bacon 🤯) vs. The Sundance Kid (honey-chipotle bacon, fried mozzarella, strawberry chutney, frisée 👌). Hubs swore Tex was king of the rodeo, but I couldn’t crown just one—both slapped in their own way. Fries? Hot, crispy, potato-perfection 🙌🥔✨. Now the downside: our party of 10 got sat quick (rare win!), then sat 35 minutes with no drinks, no waitress, nothing. Birthday convo kept us distracted until hangry words had to be tossed. When the manager finally appeared, he shoved a waitress into the fire instead of owning the drop. She was phenomenal—automatic gratuity covered her, but if management had stepped up and shown some accountability, I’d have gladly tipped extra. So here’s the deal: burgers = worth every bite, fries = therapy, vibes = wild fun. But management? Do better. Don’t make your servers take the heat for your slip.
A date brought me here for an early dinner on a Saturday. We were able to get a booth immediately. I liked the ambiance and our server was phenomenal. The menu is impressive with all types of topping combinations for the burgers. Made it a little difficult to choose because they all sounded great. I had the Sugar Burger. I wasn't wasn't asked how I wanted it prepared nor was I impressed with the burger meat (kinda just crumbled with each bite). The toppings were good, but I wasn't wowed and wouldn't order this (or the sweet potato fries) again.
Ordered takeout for a meeting at the office. I enjoy eating at Rodeo Goat and think the food is incredible, but we definitely didn’t get proper service and food today. Multiple items messed up in the order, for instance I built my burger and had bacon but received a burger with no bacon which I paid for. Also the portions for fries for takeout are about half the size of what I’d expect to receive in the restaurant but for the same price. I love Rodeo Goat but I don’t think I’d order it for a work lunch again, not the most dependable today.
Next time let’s make sure the customer puts their own tip not the employee automatically applying it.

usually the service here is pretty good, but yesterday it was horrible so i had to write this review. the server came to our table and took our order, asked for our drinks and never brought them. we were sitting there waiting for our burgers for damn near an hour without water in front of us. we were literally about to just get up and go to mcdonalds... very disappointed, i have came here when its way busier and never experienced service like this.
What's all the hype about this place? Is it the area? We thought the burgers were greasy and small and had a weird aftertaste. I think for $15 a burger the patty should be bigger than the buns. Fries were soso. The salad was decent.
For a sit down burger place... I would say the food is below expectations, I had a battle burger ( Truffle shuffle burger) and the Billie f Gibson. The patties they use aren't good at all, absolutely no flavor, the toppings had little to no flavor either, added a ton of salt, even to the in salted fries, and i would go with my favorite fast food chain over this, save money and get some flavor, but i want emphasize the beef patties used... bland bland bland, just sponge like texture. The service was mid
The experience was unacceptable in every respect. The hamburger was served with the meat raw, the lemonade was excessively diluted, and the waiting time to receive the food was approximately one hour. During our stay, there was active presence of cockroaches moving along the walls of the establishment. The situation escalated to the point where a waiter attempted to kill them using a menu, while customers were still eating. Additionally, one of the cockroaches ended up getting inside my pants. The events described demonstrate serious failures in hygiene, food handling, and sanitary control, as well as a completely inappropriate response by the staff to a critical situation. An extremely negative experience. Not recommended under any circumstances
Five visits to this location with the same order and four times they've gotten it wrong! It's so blatantly pitiful, it's almost comical how hard it is for them to get my seemingly simple order done correctly. On my most recent visit, I told the server "out of my last four visits, only one server has been able to get my order done correctly" . She said "well then I will be the second one to get it right!" But she was mistaken...they didn't get it wrong just once, this time they managed to do it wrong TWICE!! Here's my super complex order verbatim how I've asked for it every time.... "I would like three hamburger patties on a plate and I want one slice of cheese and two pieces of crispy bacon on each patty and ABSOLUTELY nothing else. No bun, no sides and no anything. When you bring the plate out, there should only be pattys, cheese and bacon on it." Seems simple enough, right? So they come out with my order the first time and tell me "here's your burger bowl." And there sits TWO patties on a bed of lettuce with one slice of cheese and one piece of bacon. Not what I ordered. 🙄 So they take it back and come back later with three pattys (again, in a bowl) with one slice of cheese and one slice of bacon on the top patty..... STILL not what I ordered. About the time my friends are done with their meals, my simple order finally comes out correctly. So even though they know this is the fourth visit where they've failed, there was no offer of an adjustment on the bill or complementary dessert, etc.... just a "sorry about that". I'll probably go there again because my wife likes their burgers, so I took a photo of the correct order and will show it to the server next time for a visual reference, which is a ridiculous thing to have to do, but I'd be willing to bet money they will STILL get it wrong! 🤷♂️
Stayed at the check in counter for 5 minutes and was ignored by 3 employees, who were also at the counter. They made eye contact and was aware I was there, but refused to acknowledge or serve me. The group in front of me, and the customer that came after me was greeted and seated. Finally had to flag someone at the bar get my food. Why do they only acknowledge certain customers and ignore the rest? If this is the culture at this location, it is very disappointing. Preferential treatment for a certain group while ignoring others is wrong.
