The birria is acceptable, but the service leaves much to be desired. When you ask for something, they bring it to you, but with a kind of half-hearted attitude, and the cost of a soft drink is excessive: a 355 ml soft drink costs 20 Mexican pesos.

Honestly, the service and quality have gone down. A few days ago, we went with every intention of enjoying a good plate of birria, but I was very disappointed. In my opinion, they can do much better. My memories of that birria from years ago... now they're just memories. I don't think I'll be back anytime soon. Again, I think they can improve the flavor.

The service is good, the waitress attentive and friendly. But the portions served are nothing like they used to be. The large plate is smaller than the medium, and the small plate is even better. I'll think about it again before going.

It used to be one of the best in all of Aguascalientes, but the quality has gone down. The price has gone up a lot, they stopped making tortillas by hand, the service is bad, and the meat has no flavor anymore. It's a shame; I grew up eating there, but now it's just a memory of what it used to be.

Don't buy it. My aunt got a problem and told the waitress and she still charged her for the plate of birria. I don't think I'll ever go there again. It looks really dirty inside.

The birria has no flavor, neither does the sauce they serve it with, and I don't have COVID-19 or anything like that, so they don't say it's because of that. Of course, it's not because of that. The meat lacks salt... It's very bland in itself.
