The most fantastic restaurant in San Francisco. Fabulous food, superb wine, amazing cocktails. We talk about their Chicken Milanese on a daily basis. Insanely good Bees Knees. The neighborhood is lovely, the staff is friendly and accommodating. If I could give 10 stars I would. A great date is to have dinner at Garibaldi's and to go to the movie theater around the corner. LOVE Garibaldi's.

So amazing. The best chicken Milanese on planet earth. You can easily have dinner here for $40 per person. The total cost hinges on your decision. To app or not to app? Your date will be thrilled if you order the papas fritas, but I can’t say the same about your wallet or your waistline.

A great neighborhood restaurant- I highly recommend it! The Chicken Milanese is the BEST and comes with arugula salad on the same plate with mashed potatoes. Huge portion size. The cocktails are also great. try the perfect perfect manhattan. The dark chocolate desert was the perfect finish to an amazing meal. I am always torn between trying something new or sticking to an old favorite. This is so scrumptious the decision is easy....... I'll repeat on a frequent basis.

Randomly chose this place to have dinner with friends and couldn’t have been happier after. Great little spot with awesome vibes. The host Anthony was top notch. We ordered family style, had the deviled eggs, beets, G salad, cod and bolognese. Only issue was that our server heard Milanese so the chicken came out. The bolognese ended up being comped due to the miscommunication but all the dishes were excellent. Will for sure be back.

What a wonderful place for really good comfort food. Consistent, high quality, creative and very competent. Having come here over many years I've always had a great experience. This time I had a three bean salad to start. Beautiful quality beans of varied sizes and deliciously dressed. The portion was large and I couldn't stop munching at it. With a glass of white wine it was divine. Then I had the halibut, perfectly prepared. It was tender, moist and cooked just right. The salsa with it, all around the sides, was delicious and a highlight of the meal including the cubes of bacon. The entire dish was tasty and provided lots of satisfaction. On a weekday evening at 9pm the place was packed. The Belle Monde comes out in force. The decor is sophisticated and intimate. I will say that it does get noisy. This is a charming neighborhood gem and always worth a visit.

Came weekend night and the place is packed. The decor is decent and moody. We ordered pork chops and Chicken Milanese. Both tasted great and portions were good. We don’t care the roasted carrots appetizer too much. It was overcooked and too much honey given the vegetable itself is sweet already.

I had noticed how there were a lot of regulars at this restaurant and a lot of them enjoyed their food. I work in the industry and I like supporting my fellow industry people, especially if it's close by to me, however, I was very disappointed with my experience. We didn't have attentive service. We noticed how the servers were just standing around. I understand, we came right when they opened, but they just stood around and took a while to get us started and to check up on us. I felt like they probably judged me and my sister a little by telling we weren't rich, but it was a special day for us. We were celebrating a special occasion so I probably would've spent more. The food was just okay. My sister got their risotto and apparently it was super oily, especially at the bottom, that it didn't sit well with her. I got their breaded chicken with mashed potatoes. Their sauce saved the dish. I was excited to try their lemon cake for dessert but the cake itself lacked lemon flavor. The lemon curd is what saved it. I only ate half. I didn't really want to mention anything about the cake because I probably won't order it again so I didn't see the need to say anything and they were getting really busy. I didn't want to keep them. I had ordered a 2nd drink, it was a margarita and I think their might have been some confusion between me and the server. I asked if they could make the margarita a little more sour, as in less sweet but they had come over with one that had egg whites, I told the server I could drink that since it was already made and they said it's okay we'll remake it but it took them almost 20 minutes to make me a new one. I got it like 2 minutes before my dessert. I had heard so many good things about this restaurant, even some of my customers had praised it and recommended I go and check it out. I might come back and give it a second chance. I like giving restaurants a 2nd chance. Maybe it was what we ordered, who knows.? For me and my sister, it was a bit underwhelming. Would I recommend it? I wouldn't say no but I wouldn't say yes. For a place like Garibaldis with their prices I'd expect a little more.

This place was very disappointing. Went for the first time and it was... underwhelming and overpriced. Had the meatballs - sauce is too bland, risotto croquets - this was the most delicious item i had, and pan seared halibut -- the fish was too dry and didn't really have much flavor, lastly, the petite dark chocolate budino - it was okay, the consistency was a little grainy, but the whipped cream was delicious. The service was good, sadly they were understaffed and was difficult to get the server's attention. I won't be returning, its definitely too expensive for the quality.
