Fast, efficient, and very friendly service. Excellent taro boba smoothies, and delicious popcorn chicken and gyoza! The food portions are generous and not too pricey! I also like that they don't skimp on the quality of the paper napkins. The napkins are amazingly silky, pretty and durable! I hope they never change this, or anything else that makes this place so great!!

Yummy bobo drinks, Japanese ramen and assorted plates are delicious. Recommended!!!

We had a great experience today! Friendly staff and absolutely amazing drinks. iTea has the best boba in my opinion - perfect texture and sweetness level - and they really know how to brew tea.

We always love i-Tea. But tonight my daughter was devastated to spill her full tea all over the table. The staff kindly cleaned it up and also gave her a new one. It was a super busy Friday night and they went above and beyond.

I love the frosty litchi. I get it every time I am back in the Bay. The service is quick and no nonsense. The food items are great too, I especially love the squid balls which are seasoned perfectly every time.

After a fun round of mini golf, we arrived just before closing time, and the staff welcomed us without hesitation. Despite the late hour, they treated us warmly, making us feel completely at ease. The team was fantastic, and the boba was equally impressive.

Long lines during happy hour(8- close?), pretty stand boba milk tea. Doesn't make sense why some comes with the larger cup and some smaller. In my opinion, just get the signature or 3G and substitute your topping choices. Also doesn't have Taiwanese Tempura like the one in Fremont; it's so good!

The girl taking my order over the phone today was so rude. I understand orders over $50 required Credit card, but I was driving and couldn't provide the info. I told her I'll stop by the store in 15'. She replied if no CC, food will not be processed until I pay. Fine! I pulled over and read info for her. She spoke at me with the angry tone: EXPIRATION DATE, SECURITY CODE AT THE BACK OF THE CARD... Once it went through, she hanged up right away, even didn't tell me when the food is ready! SO RUDE... Unfortunately, I did not have a chance to ask for her name, she needs TRAINING again how to talk to customer. I have been their customer for many years, this is the first time I see this situation!!! So Disappointed! 👎

I got a fresh taro milk tea as I'm a big fan of taro. I was disappointed with how few bits of taro it came with. On the other hand, I ordered egg puff and popcorn chicken and it tasted amazing. I prefer the food over the drinks. But I appreciate the use of paper lids. If they sold reusable metal boba straws I'd buy them.

I always have loved this iTea location, love their drinks and food. Been a customer since 2018 and never had any problems with the food up until today.. I ordered a popcorn chicken and took my first bite and realized the chicken tasted off. Like it was expired chicken? I took another bite of another piece and it was also the same spoiled taste. I ended up throwing all of it away because it didn’t taste right. I hope the next time I order this it won’t be old (or something) chicken..

I genuinely don't understand how this location "doesn't do the super lime in a tall cup" when I have purchased it in a tall cup here before. Especially when it says you can through the app. I'm willing to pay the extra 50 cents, that wasn't the issue. She just refused when I asked why and didn't want to even look on the tablet they have. If I'm in the wrong ok but it makes me not want to go to this location if the rules are different every time and I am treated like I'm being a difficult customer.

This place is is at far to busy and it's because of the service. The people working are more focused on to their friends on the windows or the customers who are their friends. They aren't concentrating on their work which makes them work slower. I hope you can solve this problem immediately.

Ordered crispy chicken but they used white meat. I thought i was chewing the White House.

Service and bubble waffles were good, but the tea I had (oolong milk tea, literally one of the basics) had almost no tea flavour and tasted like watered down milk. Do yourself a favor and head down to the Yifang at South shore.

1st time I had the #B7 jasmine green milk tea, 30% sugar, less ice, no Boba. It was perfect. 2nd time I returned (2 weeks later) I ordered the same exact drink. It was totally watered down. It lacked any jasmine green tea flavor. It tasted of milk & water. There was a very slight taste of jasmine green tea. It was disappointing. Threw it in the trash. Waste of $. What happened?

Bad customer service and attitude. Unfortunately, we will never come here again.

When I was buying boba, one of the Employee was being very rude and threw the money and also keep looking at me and Finally keep acting like I’m poor i just forgot my Credit card.

Omg I never thought I will give any place 1 star! But the customer service really disappoints me this time. If I prefer to order a drink in Chinese, I expect to be understood since all the signages have Chinese written on them. If you do not understand the language, you should understand my finger pointing at the menu in front of you! And if you really really don't understand, just have someone who does come over and take my order! I'm a regular at this place and I never had any problem before. The drinks are decent at a higher price point and I do expect a on point service at the very least.... But not this time! I simply wanna order my drink and leave happily, is it really that difficult?! Paying $5 for a drink with a long wait and bad customer service experience?... I should start considering alternatives near by I guess.

What a waste of time. I ordered the Japanese egg tofu, there was no line of people before or after I ordered, yet my order was still not ready after 20 minutes!! I did inquire about my order after 10 minutes and was told that there was an issue with the sauce so they had to do another batch. But after another 10 minutes when I asked if the order was almost ready, the young women, who went to check again, started scolding whoever was behind the curtain because apparently they never started cooking my order. What a waste of time during my lunch break. At least the front staff was efficient with issuing a refund as I wasn't going to wait any longer for my simple little order. iTea has some great drinks but I won't returing to that location again. There are plenty of other locations with a much more efficient and competent cooking staff.

Rude mangers. Was asked to wait outside when the people in front of me waiting for their turn didn't. Also the previous drinks were sweet and the customer rep didn't asked how sweet I wanted. I only went here because my wife likes their mango sago. Never going back here. Regardless of the coronavirus, you still can provide good customer service. Please save your money and go to teaway instead. Support teaway instead of this whack franchise. At least with the Castro valley one, customer service is better and way more efficient with their practice of cleanliness.

I had a horrible experience with the customer service provided to me today (6/7 at 2:30pm). It was just me, my mom and my sister buying drinks at the Alameda shop location, located at park street. Horrible! We gave our order in and wanted to ask for some napkins. None of the workers heard us so my mother decided to just grab a few out of her convenience. The worker saw and slapped her hand and said "you should've called me until I notice your existence". Totally disrespectful to her elders. I can't believe such service was made at a local store. The workers started arguing with my mother and before we left, swore at us and put up their middle finger to us as we took our leave. I am indeed shocked at this experienc. I hope workers there were given much reflect in their behaviors and their professionalism. Definitely not worth coming here. Food & drinks were super expensive for just a mid-day snack. In total, I spent about $30+ for just 3 drinks & 1 snack. I could definitely get a better quality food & drink some place else with BETTER SERVICE THAT KNOWS HOW TO RESPECT THEIR ELDERS!

Poor service. Called in to order and the order taker was so much in a hurry to get off the phone that got one of our orders wrong! Didn't give an order number for pick up while everyone else waiting had an order number. They serve the drinks in a paper cup which you can't see what you're drinking and if the purchased order is correct. Other iTea stores use plastic cups which I believe is perfectly fine. Never going back to this location.

The guy relayed the message to I think the owner of the store because I see her there every single time, and she gave a loud, 'What!?' with a huge attitude on her face. Everyone else was really nice. It was just really disappointing her unprofessionalism and rudeness in the way she had handled that situation, and it wasn't even all that serious smfh. There are so many boba spots, I don't think I'll be returning anytime soon.
