Cozy spot at the very start of Clement Street. Small restaurant, but their service is fast and the food is delicious! Super recommend the Luc Lac Shank Beef! Super tasty, tender and an amazing flavor!

Neighborhood gem or hole in the wall Vietnamese / Chinese fusion restaurant. Service is always on point ! Food is always delicious! Portions are huge! Price is reasonable! My favorites are garlic noodles, chicken lollipops, and clay pot. However , everything is pretty solid.

Le Soleil is a great local, casual yet upscale, Vietnamese restaurant. The food is delicious and the service is also splendid. I had the traditional pho which was a huge portion and so yummy. Classic inner Richmond spot.

Went here after seeing on Instagram. Incredible dinner, we got the curry crab with rice and lak luk beef, highly recommend both were so delicious. The crab is pricey but worth it and big enough to share. Would happily return again!

Loved the papaya salad - although it could be more spicy. Also curry crab with garlic bread

What a great restaurant gem in the Richmond. I was invited to a dinner and didn't have to worry about food or drink as it was all pre planned. It's intimate but not cramped. The venue is very well maintained and clean. From the bathroom to the dishes. I got to try many dishes and they were all good but my favorites were the rice shrimp cracker with raw beef carpaccio, curry crab, papaya salad and fried chicken lollipop. I've had many Asian dishes and they added personalized unique twists of their own. Again everything tasted yummy and we got to try a new seafood chowder with Dungy crab and shrimp. Dinner also had local wine, champagne, lobster, noodles, Hainan chicken, roasted quail, veggies and a hot dessert with mochi that was delicious. Service was amazing. Annie was social and doing an incredible job hosting every party. A true superstar of a restauranteur. The chef even came out for cheers and pleasantries. What more could you want? We were a group of 10 but a date, solo or smaller group would also be perfect to come here.

Came by on a Friday for lunch since I heard this is when they have their Hainan chicken available on the menu. The restaurant was thankfully not too crowded when we went so it was quick to get a table and service was great! The Hainan chicken was plenty flavorful and the sauce that they provide gives it an additional layer of flavor that pairs nicely with the rice and pickled vegetables. By far my favorite Hainan chicken spot as of yet! Definitely want to come back and try more items next time.

The lotus salad is so refreshing and flavorful. Chicken lollipops is crispy outside and tender inside. Everything is detail oriented, including the changing plates, citrus fused water. Strongly recommended!

I stopped in for lunch today and had imperial rolls, basil chicken, and garlic bread. The imperial rolls were delicious and very well made so that the dough wrap bites off easily around the substantial filling. The basil chicken was different than anything I’ve had before and was really, really tasty. The staff were very friendly and the service was great. Excited to try more menu options soon!

Had dinner there for restaurant week. The chicken lollipop was impressive with most of the meat pulled off the bone and fried to a light crisp and it came with a creamy savory sauce. Papaya salad w shrimp was flavorful from pops of fresh herbs. The fish cake was good. I was disappointed when I saw that the sea bass arrived as battered fried chunks of fish - this wasn't mentioned in the description. Besides that, the dish was overall just ok. The sauce was 2 dimensional - tasted like a sweetened light soy sauce. I wouldn't get it again, especially not with that price tag. I tried the matcha tiramisu for dessert. Obviously not your traditional tiramisu because of the matcha, but it also seemed like they used a light sponge cake instead of lady fingers? I would've called it a matcha cake instead of tiramisu. It was good.

My group ordered several dishes to share among ourselves. The crispy noodle and chicken lollipops were the dishes my group liked best. We ate around 6pm and reserved our table on a Saturday. If we ate any later, we would have to wait since the restaurant filled up quite quickly.

Interesting creative asian fusions, although I would debate it is more Chinese than Vietnamese. It tastes very healthy - not oily, not too sweet or salty. Absolutely love the cuisine and would for sure visiting again!

First time trying this spot for some Asian food and it was pretty good. Service was very slow (about 40 mins wait for our food) and we got quite hungry and annoyed during our visit. The spring rolls were delicious and the dipping sauce was very tasty. My beef stew was very salty and it was odd when my waitress asked if I needed rice with it… it wasn’t clear on the menu or when ordering if rice was included. However, based on how salty the dish was, I would’ve thought they would just give rice as a default. I couldn’t finish the beef stew because it got even saltier as I kept eating near the bottom of the bowl and didn’t bother to take the leftover home.

We were craving Burmese food, but the waits were too long, happened across this place, NO wait, delicious food and great service. The short ribs in coconut curry, lamb in macadamia, and the garlic noodles made for a great meal!! Cheers!!

- Service: waited quite few mins at the door before seated without anyone telling us how long to expect to wait. While only ~4 tables were being served, feel not very efficient. Never came to help fill water through the whole time. - atmosphere: Idk why the floor is soooo sticky. -Food: feels ordinary. Crispy calamari is very oily after few bites; hai san spinach was good; chicken pho was disappointing, tastes too much sesame oil. Beef rib curry was okay but also a bit oily, better to pair with rice.

Asian fusion food, crispy shrimp, served hot, but not as good as expected. Flavors were good, but overall preparation was not distinctive.
