This is the go-to bar for Steelers games. Anybody that comes to Chicago as a Steelers fan should visit this bar. The food is plentiful, presented well, and tastes amazing. The staff are friendly and helpful. I appreciate that they are always available no matter who it is. Their half-time raffle is soon much fun to partake in even if you don't win. I love that there is so much space and plenty of t.v.s. I suggest getting there early as there is street parking only. Also, reserve a table to ensure you have a space to sit at.

Watched the F1 Grand Prix here. They had a whole room dedicated to the event and servers just for this event. It was awesome!

Came in to watch Ohio State vs Michigan game...even though it was a tough loss the food, staff, and environment were tons of fun. I will definitely be back. Stop by...you won't be disappointed! Koryn and Karissa are AMAZING behind the bar...never a dull moment and everyone enjoyed them and their drink recommendations!

This place is DOPE! Affordable as ever and worth every penny if not. The service was awesome every time I've been there! This guy named Anthony was STUNNING. He never missed a beat and made the place feel even more welcoming! Truly an amazing time!

Bigger than it looks from the outside and is broken up nicely, so it's not a cramped feel. Nice big bar with all the variety you could ask for, top shelf included. Love the music they played a good mix of current and past hits and they do have Touch Tunes. Good bucket deals, 6 domestic for 25$ not too bad and the menu is fire. We had the pizza that is among the best I've ever had, and the biggest damn soft pretzel I ever seen that was fantastic! Two 👍👍's way up!

The highlight of my evening at McGee’s was evan barger’s patience. You see, I am allergic to legumes. At first, evan didn’t know what a legume was. He allowed me to explain in grate detail what a legume was. Most people don’t let me explain my allergy but evan At first evan didn’t know what lwas did and now I don’t wanna go anywhere else to eat my burger and watch my fooootball I love it here plz give chef a evan a promotion and tell him hi from the legume guy. All is well god bless

Fully depends on what you're looking for! If you're looking for a nice, quiet, low key evening out in Lincoln Park this probably isn't the place for you. If you're looking for a place to socialize, watch sports, eat good food, and drink for cheap I'd say this place is awesome. The staff is friendly and attentive, the specials are great. Every Friday and Saturday night they have $20 all you can drink wristbands from 8-12, food buffet, most draft beers, well drinks, AND $5 BOMB SHOTS (you heard me right). I see a lot of reviews on here for gross bathrooms.. I was there LAST week and they just renovated them. All together if you're a snobby brat you may wanna stick in River North.. but if you're looking to party and have a blast def hit up McGee's.

Probably the best smash burger in the city. At $6 you can't go wrong! There are a variety of beers on tap and the staff is super friendly. Atmosphere is reminiscent of an Irish Pub. It's certainly no dive though. Place is very clean.

Great atmosphere, decent selection of drinks. Although a little on the higher priced side. Besides that, I love coming here, especially when a game is playing. You might want to consider taking public transportation. Limited outside street paid parking.

Typical neighborhood sports bar. Cocktails were mediocre. Great outside seating. Nothing special. Didn’t find drinks to be cheap but also not expensive. Somewhere in the middle. Good I saw being delivered to other tables was very mediocre. Most things looked previously frozen not made in house. Def would not come here for the food.

The food here is SO poor. I got a Margherita pizza and I got the abomination attached here. Unbelievable stuff I wouldn’t wish it upon my worst enemy

Absolutely disgusting pub. Floors were so sticky and gross. No amount of cleaning could ever hide to horrific smell of beer pee

Security is extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. This gentleman was drunk outside taunting me and making remarks about my disability, He insisted on pulling out his phone to record a video of me and snap photos of me consistently, his colleague had to tell him to go inside because he was so drunk and continuously taunting me.

The blonde short bartender with the neck tattoos accused my friends and I of being underage when we were let in showing our ids and clearly are not underage????? She was also so overly the top rude to everyone she served… get better bartenders that respect guests from out of town. Do better…

Food is bad: chicken wings tasted bad & smelled acidic. Servers are weird & untrained. Place always smells like urine when we walk in the door. My husband said the men’s bathroom floor was covered in urine and nobody cared.

Don’t go here unless you’re underaged. Upon entering, I was told I wasn’t allowed back there (having never been, and having to beg for an explanation as to why) for presenting a valid US passport card. I explained that that is what I use to identify myself everywhere, including airports, and was told I needed a “real ID”. Ironically, the entire bar is crawling with people under the age of 21 possessing fake ID’s. I don’t mind the owners having a specific policy, but there is a better way for a bouncer to explain it rather than implying my very real ID isn’t acceptable and that I’ve caused trouble in the past, despite never stepping foot inside prior to this experience. If two extra seconds were taken, he would’ve seen that a passport card contains all of the same information that a driver’s license would. In summary, if you’re over 21 (and especially from out of state), take your business elsewhere.
