Sweet Chinito's Cafe Alameda Reviews
Super glad this place survived the pandemic. The staff are friendly, the shop has a classic feel that’s missing in most places, and the food! - you’ll never leave hungry. Even the regular sandwich size is well portioned. Bbq beef is my go-to. Love the smoothies as well. My favorite is the strawberry banana.
Great little shop with an abundance of selections. From Coffee and sandwiches to Soups and Ice Cream. Friendly service

Great little shop with an abundance of selections. From Coffee and sandwiches to Soups and Ice Cream. Friendly service
Friendly service, many sandwich and drink options, ice cream, and $1.50 chips. I enjoyed my croissant sandwich and fresh watermelon juice. Low key with tables for dining in.
Local coffee/sandwich shop. Consistent food quality. Attentive staff.
They have the best BLT sandwich ever, and so big you can have half for lunch and half for dinner. For a reasonable price by SF standards
I've been coming here 2 times a week for years and this is by far my favorite sandwich shop in SF. The staff is amazing and the community of people who come to the shop are all great and supportive. I always get the Pastrami Sandwich on Dutch Crunch and swiss cheese. Can't go wrong.
I have been getting sandwiches here since the day they opened. At first I was convinced they wouldn't survive in this neighborhood but 15 years later they are delivering the same quality food and service. I love the breakfast croissants! And the sandwiches are always spot on! ❤️
The sandwiches are really good and filling. Good amount for the price you are paying. Their smoothies and shakes are also really good, have tried about half and have liked all of them. Their other drinks are also fresh and very good. Definitely enjoy this place and always enjoy trying new drinks.
Delicious deli sandwiches, that are masterfully assembled with fresh bread and ingredients!
I ordered the pastrami and bacon large sandwich and was not disappointed. The Dutch crunch was delicious and they cut it into quarters, which made it easier to eat. They made it fast and it stayed warm for a while. Definitely recommend them for the fact they accept EBT. Not many places in the mission take EBT for sandwiches and other food purchases, so it's kind of a big deal. I'll be returning soon...
No frills breakfast sandwich shop with fresh juice and sweets. Breakfast bagels are my favorite here; something about the way they make their eggs and bacon. Absolutely phenomenal! Kindest staff as well.
Warm friendly staff with simple yet highly customizable breakfast and lunch offerings. The Dutch crunch bread is amazing, or just ask for a plate instead of a sandwich if you want to skip the carbs. The juice is also delicious!
Healthy affordable food, smoothies, ice cream, sandwiches, so many choices! This place is awesome!
Milkshakes are a 10/10 100% recommend and it’s also a dollar cheaper then regular milkshakes

This place has a wide variety of things to eat! Sandwiches, ice cream, smoothies, freeze, hot links and so on! Small but nice, clean and very friendly staff! They also accept EBT!

Our Sandwich chef was super sweet in welcoming us - made my day happier. She was the best part. I had the regular Dutchcrunch chicken sandwich and it was decent! Thanks!
I was turned off a little bit upon seeing the large sandwich price at 18$, but it turned out to be a good deal. I got the Danish crunch bread, and the large sandwich easily was four sandwiches when you get it cut up. Paired it with salads and soups at home and it easily made four meals. Would recommend.
Strong performance by an egoless little neighborhood cafe. Sandwich prices, like the decor, is from decades past: $6.50 each. Amazing quality and value for your buck, fresh ingredients and a nice assortment of bread and fillings. Their pastrami on a soft French roll was delish, and my mom wife's veggie sandwich in Dutch Crunch was also "yummy" by her account. They also sell donuts, pastries, smoothies, and all types of other snackies. Definitely check it out, they open very early and close fairly early too. Sep 2015.
Great place for a sandwich, at a very reasonable price. The sandwiches are huge and made quickly. They have different food options but the sandwiches are their flagship menu item. The seating area is small, and limited, so this makes it more of a take out spot. Their is only street parking and it's at a very busy intersection (mission & cesar chavez). If you work in the area and are looking for a quick lunch i definitely recommend it.

Not a single thing in this cafe is actually made in-house. Everything they sell was bought at another store and is being resold here. My muffin was stale, and I know that I’ve bought the same muffins before at Costco. Good coffee though
