Good time to be had by all, day or night Thursday, Saturday, & Sunday nights have that friendly bartender who’s easy on the eyes and hella funny. I highly recommend you check it out

As always the staff is wonderful it's a great opportunity to meet friends and local people it's our own little island watering stop and you never know what laughter will bring to your happy spot ! 🍺🍻🥂🥃🍸🍾
It's a cool spot to hang out for a couple of drinks after working hard all day at the office, thanks so much
stopped in one night while visiting family in Alameda. Cool local hangout with a pool table. Friendly service. Pretty easy going joint.
Great spot to rest your bones, quaint and friendly. Staff likes to have fun with you, but not at your expense. Play nice and you buck can go a little further than other places.
If your looking for a small, local, "hole in the wall" bar Wally's is your place. May not be fancy, or the cleanest, but the bartenders and regulars are the nicest people you will meet. Great conversations are had at Wally's, and you can bring your dog!!!
On my way home I go there to have a drink & a game of pool. I can always get in at least one game plus it's never to crowded.
Great little neighborhood “dive” bar. Full bar (good prices), Pool table, jukebox, & not much else - but what else do you want?
Cute little dive. Great bartenders (Pati and Aaron are the bomb!), has a pool table and juke. Fun regs and atmosphere.
This my people place First time here it was cool Thanks
Apart from having the cheapest drinks in town, the regulars here treat you like a family. Tuesdays to Thursdays are my favorite Days! They have a pool table and everyone can play, skill levels don’t matter. People here are friendly and the bartenders are nice!
This is a dive bar in the very best way, a wonderful neighborhood place with an ever changing bunch of characters. As a first time visitor I was welcomed from the start. Wally's made my time in Alameda much more enjoyable. Bartenders Aaron, Deidre and Kim are great.
Great local bar with friendly folks who know how to pick the tunes on the jukebox. Someone played "Golden Lady" by Stevie Wonder from way back in the day. It went very well with a draft Alameda Pale Ale served up by Dierdra. Thanks!! I'll be back.
As the namesake implies, it's just your average blue collar type 'corner' bar, and that's part of the charm. Not trendy, not bougie, great modern jukebox with priority streaming of your favorite songs, for a slight fee of course. Would you have ever imagined that one day your childhood jukebox experiences that forged statements like "ugh, who put this one on? they probably already left and now we have to listen to this cr@p before our song" and to further shape our complaint into creative criticisms to "one day manifest our desired wishes for the day we could override and be played next"... Well friends that day had come! Ok, it's been around a while now but I don't go out very often so it's new news to me and you know what Gary Gnew said? " No gnews, is good gnews, this is Gary Gnew, goodnight". The peeps are mellow, the drafts are cold, they have a decent billiard table with a sign up board (formerly this was a couple quarters shoved under the lip on the table) and it's only $1.00 a game and there isn't some hot shot hogging the table making themselves feel good by running the table against people just trying to have a good time.
Good times with good people. They have an open pool table on Wednesday night. I haven't played in a long time, so it was a great time out for me. I was able to play with an old friends and new characters.
Good cheap drinks but not light on the pour! Awesome local bar!
