Make a reservation because they are always super busy. *The live entertainment on weekend nights is MUCH TOO LOUD. Avoid seating in the room with the band/musician.

This was my first experience here and I was impressed across the board. Pulling into the busy lot on a Saturday with a nice exterior I could tell there was a great chance for a great meal and the food and service then exceeded my favorable first impression. We ordered one of the best arancini apps I've had anywhere and this is a favorite to try at Italian joints for us. It was cooked perfectly with the rice being soft but not mush and amazing flavor especially the red sauce it came served on. Next was entrees - ordered lobster ravioli which unfortunately they were out of. Our server recommended a seafood pasta instead which I went with. My wife had the veal parm. Both were excellent. Very flavorful and well seasoned. Meat was tender not chewy. Also the salad/ soup course was very satisfying. Upgraded to Da's salad which was a good choice. Nice homemade food all around. From the bread basket and very high quality olive oil all the way to dessert. Our server was super attentive and great with the timing of the meal. Made the experience that much better. Many restaurants fail in the service dept these days so I already know we will be back soon. Thanks.

We had reservation and came here to celebrate my daughter’s 21 birthday. It’s our first time here, a lot of our friends had recommend this place, we love Italian food so we decided to give it a try, we normally just go to our favorite restaurant. We love everything about it, the foods were all so delicious, our server was so amazing and patient, such a great atmosphere with well decorated that gives you the good vibes. I heard and saw their banquet is so nice especially for a special occasion. We love and enjoy it so much and definitely will be back soon. 😊

100/100 – A Phenomenal Experience at Da Francesco's I recently hosted a small but meaningful celebration for my daughter’s graduation as an MD, and I could not have asked for a more perfect place than Da Francesco's Originally, I had booked another restaurant with a patio, but just a week before the event, I found out there were no warmers or coverings as promised. I was on a tight timeline after already sending out the invitations, so I began calling around frantically. Then came Da Francesco's from the very first call, I was touched by the warmth and professionalism of the woman handling reservations. She was incredibly helpful, calm, and completely on top of everything. Her energy and attentiveness immediately made me feel at ease. When I visited the restaurant to taste the food and check out the space, I was blown away. The place was bustling over 500 people waiting to be seated and yet the atmosphere was full of love, joy, and vibrant energy. I met the owner, Dominic, who greeted me with the warmest smile. His wife, Kim, is an absolute doll gracious, kind, and ensures that customer service is nothing short of phenomenal. The food? Absolutely divine. I tried the seafood platter, seafood salad, house salad, pasta, filet mignon, and chicken marsala all were to die for. I also ordered two servings of the Italian rice balls and oh my God… they were insanely good crispy on the outside, flavorful and comforting on the inside. Every bite was unforgettable. On the day of the event, Shirley, the restaurant manager, went above and beyond to make sure everything was exactly as promised actually, even better. She was in constant communication with the owner and was completely up to date with every menu change I made. Her attention to detail made everything run smoothly. The service team was just as impressive. Nick at the bar, Nicola our waitress, and every single server greeted us with a smile and treated us like family. They were attentive, cheerful, and completely on top of their jobs. It was unreal hospitality at its finest. My guests couldn’t stop talking about the beautiful banquet space, the warm ambiance, and the incredible food. Da Francesco's is more than a restaurant it’s a heartfelt, five-star experience. If I could give it 100 out of 100, I would do it in a heartbeat. It’s worth every penny. Thank you to Dominic, Kim, Shirley, and the entire staff for making my daughter’s special day unforgettable. Decided to come here for my 21st birthday after always hearing great things about the place. Ordered the steak siciliano and a mad Apple mule for my drink and both were easily a 10/10. Great breading on the steak perfectly cooked to medium rare. Service was very good and ambiance was nice. Great date night spot!!

Wow, what a wonderful place! I heard such rave reviews about this restaurant so I figured I'd try it for my birthday. The scenery is absolutely breathtaking, one of the most beautiful restaurants I have ever seen. Our server Matt was friendly, attentive, and on top of everything. The scoobie crab claws and bread basket were a good start and my lobster ravioli was so delicious I ate the entire thing. For dessert they gave me a little candle with this cute artwork! Thank you Da Francesco's!

Da’s…while I love to visit your beautiful restaurant with amazing staff, I must tell you that your mix drink pricing is ridiculously high. $12.00 for a rum-n-Coke😬 Sadly in a very small glass. I frequent Rochester and the average mix drink is $8 to $10 in a nice size rocks glass which is comparable to twice the size as yours. Please price your mix drinks at a reasonable amount.

Although our food was very good, the wait for a table way past your reservation time needs to be worked on. The girls at the front hostess table also need a class on friendliness. They don’t smile & are not friendly. Not sure if that’s the norm, but the few times we’ve been there, it’s the same. I get it’s crazy crowded and you’re dealing with impatient customers, but it’s their job to stay friendly to make your experience nicer. It’s probably why we don’t come as often. The positive was our server was super!

Came on 12/23. I understand the Holidays are a busy time for places, but this was the worst experience ive had at da’s. I usually never complain, but just WOW. First, my reservation was at 6:45, but I didn’t get sat until 7:30. I can understand being sat 10 minutes after the reservation….but almost an hour??? uncalled for. Clearly taking on too many reservations. if you say u can only have ur reservation for 1.5 hours, don’t tell ur customers “well so & so table had been here for 2.5 hours so they should be leaving soon. secondly, Michaele (Not sure on spelling) was absolutely terrible and the worst service ive ever had here. Took almost 30 minutes to order. took a long time for her to bring drinks and pop refills. When our food arrived, we asked for another round of drinks, we were finished with our meal and she came back to set the bill down, we never got our next round of drinks and the bill was set down rudely with no “thank u” “happy holidays” or “can i get you anything else”. It was the worst birthday dinner ive had and I come here every year for my birthday. Michaele had a RBF every time we saw her walking around, but the second she came up to the table, she flipped a switch. We can still see ur facial expressions, even if you arent at the table serving customers. $214 for 5 people…such a waste

Won’t be back anytime soon to spend money here. It’s not “so good” to wait as long as we’ve waited. Been here at least 5 times with confirmed reservations this year. At least 3 out of the last 5 times, we’ve waited between 30 and 60 minutes for a table because they overbook the venue and don’t enforce inconsiderate people at tables that casually sit around long after they’ve paid their bills and finished their meals, drinks etc. - plenty of other local Italian places that are just as good, if not better, without the theme park wait times.
