Kensi Thai Albans Reviews
Got a super tasty pad thai from here! Staff was also nice & it’s great to have a southeast Asian restaurant in the neighborhood.
Friendly staff, fresh ingredients, great flavor! I tried the chive pancake and was pleasantly surprised! Also got the Pad See Ew and Pad Thai (both with chicken) very very good! Definitely recommend if you’re craving Thai food

Food is always fresh and good! The kitchen looks very clean and the workers are very nice!
Amazing place. You should definitely try their specials. Love the atmosphere and the interior.
Love this place a lot. My go to place everytime. Love the people there and food. Definitely should visit.
The chef and cashier were so friendly and kind; they made an exception for me although their kitchen was closed! The food here is also bomb! God bless Kensi Thai in Jesus Name!
The pineapple chicken is fantastic. Crispy out sides and juicy insides. I even had it as left over the next day and they was crunchy not soggy. Love it
where do I begin this place is so good 😭😭 the first time I went I got glass noodles and the fried chive pancakes. the pancakes? never had anything like them loved it they were fluffy and crunchy. I enjoyed my meal here so much that I placed a catering order. Kensi went above and beyond helping me get a menu together and staying in my budget. everything was amazing but everyone especially liked the curry puffs. wishing I lived uptown to eat here more often
If you're looking for a lunch that packs a flavorful punch, this Thai spot is a must-try! Their Thai chicken fried rice is perfectly seasoned and cooked, making it a satisfying and tasty base for the meal. But the real stars are the wings and rolls that come with the lunch special—crispy, delicious, and totally addictive. It's an unbeatable combo that hits all the right notes. Plus, it's quick and affordable, making it perfect for a midday treat. Trust me, your taste buds will thank you! Special thanks to sweet woman who takes orders, always welcoming everyone with great smile and wonderful customer service.
I ordered on uber eats, my first time trying this place and I could not have had a better experience. I wanted them to make my food EXTREMELY spicy and they delivered beautifully! The red curry and drunken noodles were delicious and the spice level was exactly what I was looking for. The portion size is good, food is packed well and the Thai iced tea is great. This is now going to be my new go-to thai place in the neighborhood. Can not recommend enough!

First time ordering from here & I did it through ubereats I got the pad won see noodles w/mixed seafood. Also got the steamed chicken & shrimp dumplins . It wasn't too bland its just I've has better but I would definitely buy from them again
Solid!! I recommend going in person instead of ordering. Super fast service. Thai tea a bit sweet though, would get less sugar next time.
Their Pad Kee Moa Noodle was pretty good. It wasn’t very spicy, but of course everyone has a different level of what they consider spicy, and I like things extremely spicy. The dish contains flat noodles (same as come in Pad See Eww) with a small amount of onion, red peppers and snapped green beans. Their peanut sauce was good and my delivery was on time plus the delivery guy was polite.

My complaint is about the store's attempt to add a tip, thinking it would go unnoticed. I normally just accept whatever they charge, which is typically higher than the menu price. Thought it was due to taxes and fees. But when I checked my receipt, I see they added a tip on their own. Now I see what they've been getting away with all this time when I'm swiping my card. He showed me one price, then the price changed after a couple of clicks on his side. I'm good off this restaurant now. They've probably spit in my food after I asked for my money back.
There's nothing to give one the indication that this establishment is a takeout only. The food was way way too hot. The lady of the house was somewhat reluctant to let my friend and I sit on high stools at the tiny table because this meant sacrificing a high stool she was using to perch her own handbag. and on a Saturday night this establishment closes at 9 PM not giving us time to bolt down the 110°F pad Thai

The fried chicken was seasoned well and good but the sticky rice was so hard in the middle l could not eat it, very disappointing. The Tom Kah soup lacked flavor
Sticky Chicken With Sticky Rice Was Ok Also Had Dumplings And Spicy Shrimp Soup Which Was Good So I Guess It’s Hit Or Miss

My boyfriend ordered 2x pad Thai with chicken and it’s terrible. I knew it was going to be when I opened it - has no color and doesn’t have the typical pad Thai taste. It’s getting 2 stars because of the portion.

Ordered thai chicken and edamame. Supposed to come with sauces, no sauces came. Rice was wrapped in plastic and it was hard in the center. Chicken was ok.

Quickly ran in to grab some napkins after my child got sick right out front. Woman at register gave me 2 napkin sheets and told me I needed to buy something if I wanted more. Guess I’ll never know if the food is good or not because the service is nasty and they’re pinching pennies over napkins.
Food was pretty bad. Service was worse. When you can’t get shrimp pad tai right as a Thai restaurant, you got problems.
