It's incredibly frustrating that I'm unable to order the pizza of my choice simply because the store is handling a separate catering order or doesn’t currently have the pizza I want available, even though I'm willing to wait for it. I came in at 2 PM, well within business hours, and was told they aren't accepting any orders, despite being open until 10 PM. This is unacceptable and disappointing customer service.
I really enjoyed the pizza, but I have to raise a concern about hygiene. I’ll admit, I’m a bit of a germaphobe—but what I saw made me uncomfortable enough that I won’t be returning. When I walked in, the cashier was tying up her hair, putting on a hair net, and immediately starting work—no handwashing that I could see. Her colleague was also adjusting her hair and cap, wearing just a single glove. Meanwhile, my co-worker and I noticed that the person making the pizza in the back wasn’t wearing any gloves at all. Good food matters, but so does food safety. Just a heads-up: it’s always worth paying attention to how your food is handled.
