I use the app to order, which is much nicer than having to call the noisy & busy restaurant. We're pretty pleased with the quality of the pizzas we have ordered over the years. I think we had 1 over-sauced pizza that needed to be baked longer, lol. The delivery people are great! Their job is much like the Postal Service, lol. They have to go out in all kinds of weather to deliver food to everyone, not just for us. ;) The delivery people are always pleasant. So we make sure to tip them well. Although the delivery fee seems like a lot, I think the price of the food is ok, even during & after the pandemic.😷 Many thanks & appreciation go out to the Albany OR branch! 👏Anyone who loves pizza🍕should try Domino's at least once in their lifetime! 😋😍😁
Always good to do business with a sharp professional who's really at the top of her game. Since I was on the road I had occasion to sit in the car and wait for the pizza and pasta primavera to be prepared. That gave me a chance to see your crew in action. Do I have it right that the manager is the young woman that actually took our order well you wouldn't know who that is. But when I say the young woman who seems to be quite willing to charge in a kind manner is probably the manager.. It's as if she was the guiding force there. So I tip my hat to you again. Domino's so consistent it seems since we're in the middle of moving we've been eating at your establishment every night. Thanks very much for cooking. -a sole caregiver.
Durning this time of quarantine we have been getting delivery from all over town, but consistently Domino’s is the fastest and my order is always correct. I once had an issue and they not only fixed it but made sure it never happened again. People have low expectations of pizza delivery sometimes, but for the price, quality, and beyond great customer service, Domino’s is above and beyond time and again.
Went here after all the quick pizza joints were soldout of pizza, glad I did because the place was empty and I was helped right away. The staff was very courteous and friendly, I hadn't been to a domino's in some time so they explained all my choices of pizza. Ordered 2 pizzas with different toppings & soda, we ended up enjoying our food in the sit down area which was a nice change of pace. Place was very clean and enviting, bathrooms were well kept and not thrashed. All and all a great experience. I will definitely be going back in the future for better pizza than 6 dollar rubberstamp pizza. Good job domino's, keep it up.
Super impressed with the speed of delivery! I made an order through my Dominos App for contactless delivery and was able to see when my food was being prepped, baked, and on the way. It took less than 5 minutes from the time I hit the order button for them to put my pizza in the oven and then it got to me right away! Great job!
This particular Domino's has always provided great service. Generally we order online and us the curbside pickup so that's also handy. The pizza is consistently good! We buy the hand made pan pepperoni, Canadian bacon and sometimes add a salad. All very good! Also om occasion we order the jalapeño cheese bread... wow try it!
Store made a mistake with my pizza, so they gave me the incorrect pizza along with the correct one, and they found me a better "in-store" coupon than the "online coupon" I used, so they saved me some money as well. Very pleasantly surprised with the service I received.
The pizza was a bit later than the app said, and the wings were wrong, but... The 5 star review is from the customer service I received from John S, who answered the phone to take my complaint. He apologized and described how embarrassing this was and fixed the wrong immediately. Good job John and thank you much!

This is a specific compliment for Connor at the Albany,or 97322 store. The store was busy, the text alerts were being wonky, and im sure he had people like me calling every 10 mins.food was super late and it was a little cooled off, but his upbeat, polite and charming attitude made the experience still pleasant. 👍 👍 👍 👍 👍 Thank you!!
Consistent, good food. I would order off the app with one of their many coupons, and go pick it up. Helps avoid the stupid delivery. But even if you pay the delivery charge and tip it's always fresh and hot. And you can track your order. If they mess up an order just call them and tell them what went wrong, they will cook up the correct meal and deliver it! We love our local Domino's
Can you please tell my little lemur that she is not going to be performing in the shower anymore because she was very hairy and the hair was just all over the place. She said that she might fall in the middle of the night so I am a little bit worried about her. If you don't want to eat a little bit of oat, then don't eat meat. Problems are an urban legend and I found a lot of ripples in the great armchair. We should probably get some more poopsies before time runs out.
I love this store. They’re usually very nice and when there’s an issue they work to solve it as quickly and thoroughly as possible, even if they don’t initially understand what went wrong. John S in particular was very kind and helpful to me tonight even though the mess up was on my part, he remained professional and did not make me feel bad for making a mistake. It’s little things like that that keep me coming back despite any issues; we’re all human, let’s try to give each other a little more grace like John.
So I order from the the second they opened for my dinner as I work overnights. I then proceeded to drop my order riding my bike home. Being sleep deprived and having not order comfort food in awhile, I reordered my pizza for delivery despite barely being able to justify it within my budget. They brought it to me, and recognizing me they also added my extra toppings despite me not reordering it due to cost. They got to my apartments just as I did and hand delivered it to me, literally pulled up next to my bike. No wait or extra steps. I’m so beyond impressed by their dedication and effort. Thank you 10 times over! It was a shorter girl with darker hair, and a blonde woman on 11/23/25. They made my week helping me out. A side note to give her brownie points if possible, the same one that was my cashier was my delivery driver. Absolute unit of a worker. Very dedicated and deserving of a raise. Thank you specifically!!
Pizza is always out fast. Like within minutes of ordering. Hot and ready. No matter what time of day it is. Great for busy moms/families.
I’ve ordered delivery from Domino’s Pizza on Pacific Boulevard SW plenty of times while staying at the Comfort Suites on Opal Court NE while on business in Albany. Ordering through the phone app is super easy and it has a great accurate tracking feature too. The delivery was fast and very friendly. This time I ordered the Brooklyn Style Pizza with pepperoni and Italian sausage. The pizza came extremely fresh and as hot as if it just came out of the oven. Excellent amounts of everything and it was so delicious. If you’re looking for great local pizza, give them a try.
I'm loving how much Domino's has changed over the years. The redesigned lobbies look really good and offer reassurance that your food is being handled properly. I did have quite a few bad experiences from the old location, but my last couple visits to the newer location have been consistent. The fifth star will have to be earned over time. I'd still recommend it if you need a decent but cheap pizza fix.
I’ve gotten really good pizza almost everytime from this dominos, but the last two times I went I ordered regular pizza and gotten thin crust. Not sure why this keeps happening. Normally everything is great so hopefully just something weird I hope
EDIT: They have been soo much better. you can take my previous review with a grain of salt. This store used to be good, but its horrible now! 2 hours for a pizza on a Tuesday? This is the 3rd time they have been ridiculously slow. They also just stop answering that phone at some point so you can't even call and cancel. The employees all sound stoned out of their minds. Tonight was the last straw. I will NEVER order from this store again. Edit: Never say never! lol. We decided to try using this store again and They have gone back to reasonable service times again. They must have changed management or hired some additional staff because they definitely improved. bumping my stars to 3 for now. If they continue to improve I will amend again.
This location is always very nice, the staff are always very helpful and attentive. They’ve been a little low staffed, who isn’t right now? So I always am trying to be extra positive. The pizza is always hot and never not on time! I once had to cancel my order because I was on a tight schedule and one of the employees helped me delete my order with a push of a button! :D
TLDR-previous reviews included a long wait without being notified and a second order where wrong pizza was delivered and it took 3 weeks to get a resolution. Update - after the last issue I finally spoke to a manager who took her time to get my info. She offered to send out additional gift certificate for the trouble since the last manager I talked to did nothing about taking my information. Managers like this that provide customer service are the way to keep business. Long wait times due to being short staffed and mistakes are to be expected. It's the company not caring about its customers to make it right or at least keep them updated are the reason why customers get upset.
I can't order to my house online because they're "new" apartments. That was over a year ago and I'm shocked I can't place an order online. I paid nearly double for the order I would typically get because I wasn't able to use any of the promos or specials or points I earned. Kind of ridiculous it's been this long. But I can order to my job no problem, literally two blocks up the road
Normally they are good, but today... They made one of our pizzas wrong and they were going to remake only the wrong one and let the other get cold for 15min while we waited. I got a refund instead. They should have remade both pizzas, so they would both be hot and fresh.
The price for 3 small lava cakes is 12$ now. That's just too much for what they offer
A bit over priced and you can be told one thing in store and another when ordering from phone. If you get wings I'd recommend asking for extra sauce my wings had barely any and half had none as wast enough in the box to attempt to use.
Only one delivery driver that night so my order kept jumping around saying it was out for delivery then bouncing back saying it just went into the oven, only to ultimately end up with a cold pizza..
Not a very good experience, and they have no empathy for anyone. Don't like the fact that the last time I was in, the guys working there had beards and weren't wearing beard covers. Who wants hair in their food. Another customer waiting mentioned it to me, and I was already thinking the same thing... yuck
Called in order of 32 piece bread bites and 2 chicken salads for pickup at 5:00. Was ready when I arrived. Chose to have piece of bread with 3 year old there. Bread was so hard couldn't bite into it. Told employee he said "sorry I will check our dough". Got home salad brown and no chicken and lots of onions we requested no onions. Sad to say dinner was ruined. We order their bread several times a week for grandkids. Maybe I will try another place. Service fine, food unacceptable.
Order online, had to wait way too long once i arrived, I wasn't told they were out of melts ,got a pizza instead, the girls up front was worthless. Never going back. Dominos is looking good.
My wife and I ordered from their store and received our order in a timely manner the food was really great and we really loved it the issue was the customer service at the store and the person who handed us the order was very rude disrespectful and not well mannered we felt very unwelcome and we will not be coming back to the store ever and will tell everybody we know about our experience there because of this one employee on Wednesday March 5th at approximately 3:45 p.m.
The employees that work here in the evening time are absolutely rude as all hell and I literally sat at the door at 10:15 trying to get my carryout order and the doors aren't supposed to be closed or locked until 11:00 and the employee inside could very obviously Hear Me Knocking on the door and wouldn't even acknowledge that I was there and then took 10 plus minutes to answer the stupid phone so I can let him know I was here for my order it's just absolutely ridiculous and very poor customer service
I decided to place a order online. It's been a long time since having Domino's. And no option to cancel after finding out the wait was 110 minutes. I had to wait 1hr 40 minutes. I called the restaurant to cancel (number listed, said call if there is a problem). Tried finding a cancel order option online. And guess what they just let that number ring. Because when I went in to pick up since there is no way to cancel online. They let one phone just ring and never answered it. Because they probably knew they wanted to cancel their order. The worker's where great. Except if they can talk about what is on their phone and show each other. They can answer the endless ringing phone. I won't order again. I will stick to my normal place. They pick up the phone.
Ordered online.. said pizza would be ready for carside delivery in about 20 min. Arrived there after 20min and notified we were waiting. Said our pizza was ready. Will be out soon. After 5min, Nobody came out. Went in and asked a male about our order. Said it would be out soon. Waited.. nothing. Asked a woman, she checked. Said will be another 10min. Waited 10 min.. nothing. Asked a different woman about our order "as the first woman disappeared". Said our order was nowhere to be found & would start on our order right now! Would be another 10-15min! What?! NOT impressed..! We were very tempted to just leave at this point. But had already paid for the order. She added a cinnamon breadsticks for free. We ended up getting the pizza an hr later than was promised. This place is very disorganized. Pizza was good, but We will not order from this location again.
Ordered an Italian sub, about 11 at night with pizza and wings. wings were fine. Italian sub literally had 4 pieces of pepperoni on a sub that's about 8 to 10 inches long..... talk about a rip off. Their stuffed crust pizza is super weak also. Don't recommend one bit. Papa Murphys or pizza amore if in the albany area. Go to little Ceasars vs domino's.
Man, I have no idea what's going on there. Sometimes the pizzas are late but still in good condition, sometimes it's already cold when it gets here after hanging on "Quality Check" 30+ minutes, sometimes we get what I got today where the order is right, but also it's super undercooked and somehow the box got smashed. But I honestly don't remember the last time I ordered something from this Dominos where something hadn't gone wrong. Honestly, the reason I gave this two stars is because the delivery people are usually really nice. There are better pizza places in Albany.
Would give it zero stars my friend Al ordered just now a cheese pizza cause he's allergic to a lot of things especially pineapple what did we get pineapple pizza just called and they said nothing they can do about it so it can s gonna be a huge lawsuit against Albany Domino's so people do not order from them
I am traveling and had wanted some Domino's..and I did an online order. Very impersonal staff when I arrived..and bad experience overall. No gloves on the long-haired guy (no hair net either) and no mask while making pizza's..saw him put pep on a pizza...no gloved and doubt hd washed them in between... Also, no one listened to my instructions for the order...It was not well done crust and there was oily residue everywhere.. and, the biggest mistake, it did not have extra beef as one of my three topping options for carry-out...very stingy with the toppings..and there is no way that is extra after In opening the box. Enough, I am done for good with Domino's chain after this. It is just one to many times...with low effort for my orders. And this store is so big they are could have two pizza making stations..Oh. and the kid baking my pizza could care less about wanting my pizza well done..all about speed and orders and no quality check...girl working the front could not even have my change..like it was than hard even with the tables separating because of restaurants fearing cash....stupid. good thing I am decent or I would have said keep the pizza and give me money back, just for lousy service...
Was refused service at store but I could order delivery (with the lovely 5.99 extra fee) sitting in my car outside the store! $#!+ Seems it's all about the dime, people are shameful. It's disgusting. But hey at least if I pay the fee I can hopefully get some pizza to feel the family.
Very bad staf. We were waiting for more than half haour. And the staff was looked the front doors. And two persons on the reception were ignoring us. Thats very rude behavior.
Low review as my first delivery was messed up somehow, pizza was cold when I got it, domino's knew it and gave me points for a free pizza. I'm a truck driver and was tired after a long week so thought I would try them again only to find out they wouldn't deliver under $17.85 only a mile from my house, sorry domino's you lost my business!!
I normally don’t bother reviewing but I was not impressed with the customer service here, nor the fact that at least 4 employees were improperly wearing their masks as they cooked my food whilst a RESPIRATORY PANDEMIC is going on. Having your mask under your nose and breathing on my food isn’t following the state’s order for why we are being required to wear a mask. Additionally, the cashier neglected to even acknowledge my presence when I walked up to the counter and I had to wait in silence, wondering if she even knows I’m there. Honestly, I’m never ordering from this location again because it’s clear they don’t have much respect for their customers.
Online said order would be ready by 12:06. Went in at 12:06 to find working playing on his phone. No pizzas in the oven. With a cpl orders ready. Was told my order was at the bottom and it would be an hour after waiting 30 mins already. Instead of playing on his phone he should have been making pizzas and getting them in the dang oven!
Since online ordering was down, we tried calling in to place an order. After being placed on hold for a bit, someone from a call center answered the phone. This wouldn't be a big deal but after taking down our address, they then kept us on the line for another 10 minutes asking us to wait again so we just hung up. Never even got as far as placing our order. Two weeks ago we also had trouble having an online order fulfilled because after a 1.5 hour wait, our pizzas hadn't even been started yet.
I placed my order at 8pm. Online, it said that my estimated pick up time was 850-9p. When I arrived there at 910, the employee rudely told me that it was going to be another 40 mins. We told him that the online order said pick up time was 850-9p. He stated, “well the people who run the online app are thousands of miles away”. No apology was made and he was extremely rude. We cancelled our order and asked for a receipt to which he just said no. Very dissatisfied with the service here and will never be coming back.
You can always count on them to mess up even the simplest orders. Attention to detail tends to be at an all time low.. the fact that I don’t even adjust an order, I just take it as is, and you still manage to mess it up.. not only that but so much lack of attention that you didn’t even see that in the notes there was a ten dollar bill for a tip under the mat, and which we made sure you could see it and you didn’t even grab that. Good riddance cause it wasn’t worth a buck that we paid.
I have given this store the benefit of the doubt...I know they can have unexpected rushes, but its Thanksgiving eve should of been planned better. Place order at 1pm..27 to 37 min. Delivery time quoted. 1:18 pizza was out and on delivery rack. 148 finally left for delivery. Received at 210. Unacceptable. I am finished with this store. Approximately 2 deliveries a week I order. Last time Chris was very rude and obnoxious. Done. Oh and food , pizza/ wings cold of course. I have talked to corporate and still nothing changes. Customers want consistency and this store is so inconsistent. Time for the owner to take control and take charge of this store.
2nd time here and another terrible experience. I thought maybe it was just a bad day the 1st time. Since I had to wait around extra due to their mistake, I got to hear other customer issues too. Now I understand this place is poorly managed. Good luck getting hot food or the correct order or even having your order submitted. $1 for crushed red pepper too. domiNO's is how I'll think of this place going forward.
I'm not a fan any more. Sorry, I had a 2 hour wait last night and when I received the food it was past it's prime. Not cold yet but getting close. The online tracker said that the pizza had been out of the oven for 40 minutes before it reached our house. My wife tried to call and waited on the phone for 45 minutes before hanging up. I'm sure domino's has an explanation however with costs going up " inflation" eating out or ordering delivery is becoming a more expensive luxury and I will not waste my money on poor quality. Sorry Domino's pizza.
Messed up our first pizza, so had to sit and wait for another one. This one was not cut correctly, one piece had no toppings at all and it did not have extra mushrooms like I asked for

Devlin has flat refused to honor gift certificate 7x Claiming either no staff or this last time he had 70+ pizza to make in less than an hour. He claims that he is store manager which I have found out that is not correct. Multiple cold sloppy pizzas out of this location. Had a couple Pizza that didn't have the stated toppings . Don't use this location
I ordered two sandwiches at 5:45 they arrived at 8:40. I called at 7 to find out if the driver had gotten lost and the woman assured me know they're on their way it takes a little bit of time for them to get there. I have to tell you I only live a mile away. The sandwiches might as well have been made from beef jerky. I have never had anything worse in my life. I Won't Go Back
Usually we get amazing service. Not this time. My husband and I ordered a pizza on Christmas Eve. We put the order in at 6:20. After it was made, it sat at quality check for over 30 minutes. When we got our pizza it was cold, as was the bread bites and the wings. I know it was Christmas Eve, and they were probably busy, but it took about an hour and a half to get our pizza. It will be a long time before we order from Dominos again.
Zero star!!! Horrible experience today. Ordered online and have been waiting over an hour!!! Asked once, was told it's not ready. Asked again, was told, I dont see anything for this order and guy walked away. 15 minutes later I asked again to make sure I had ordered from the correct place and was told pizzas were just going in the oven. The tracker said ready in 20 minutes. Then 20 minutes later is read, ready that's when I went inside to inquire, 3 times. If I would of been told from the beginning there was an issue to they hadn't even started it, I would have left and gone else where as I needed to at dinner with food in hand over an hour ago!!! So frustrating! This was at the Albany, OR location. In the Lebanon, Oregon location, I ordered, got the pizza and there was a huge hand print on it. Another time, ( this happened twice) I went to pick it up according to the tracker time, pulled up to the window and they said they had given away my order, to pull up to the front and they would remake it but it had only been 20 minutes per the tracker. Another time, picked up the order and the cheese was only on half of pie. I will no long eat or order from Dominos again. I will let friends and family about the bad service and horrible experience. No one, not even the managers try to make the situation better by apologizing or discounting a pie. This hour and half waiting for the pizzas in the parking lot, I have watched atleast 10 people go in and pick up their order, they walk in and out without a problem.
Been over a year, have not been back. Ordered 2 thin crust pizza's over the phone. Picked them up and got them home. Both them were burned to a crisp and tasted terrible.Threw them away! I called and they refunded my money but I am 13 miles away. Made a sandwich. Got screwed over so bad I have no faith.
I ordered two small things and a coke for delivery. My email confirmation said it would be 35-45 minutes. After an hour, I called to see what was going on. The girl on the phone sounded half there, and said she was sorry but she had a big order that she put in before mine. I asked her how that made any sense. A larger order would expect to wait. She offered no refund or other compromises. It has now been over an hour and a half and I still have no delivery. Worst customer service and worst speed of service ever.
After ordering, the email confirmation said 170-180 minute estimated delivery. I discovered this after 45 minutes of watching the "tracker" not move. I immediately tried to call the store to cancel my order. Waited on hold for more than 45 minutes. Nobody answers. Now the tracker says it's on the way and I no longer want it. I ordered from somewhere else. Domino's has terribly poor management and no way to cancel an online or app order once it's placed. They refuse to answer the phone so you can't cancel the order. This same problem happened over 3 months ago. I thought they would have fixed this problem by now. I will not use Domino's in Albany again!
Used to get chicken Alfredo all the time in cottage grove and received a full bowl. Just ordered 3 bowls here and the food barely covered the bottom. This was my second attempt with this location. Poor quality both times. The employees were nice however.
Jayden the manager was very unprofessional and disrespectful I paid online he said I never did even though I showed the receipt so I had to pay twice so I tried to pay with a $100 bill and was told they couldn’t accept it fine so the order total was $47.01 which I had two $20 and. $5 and two $1 dollar bills and I’m like this is all I have and he’s like sorry I need full payment and then said I see another twenty in your wallet I can break that and I’m like dude that’s for bills you are literally not letting me have my food over a penny?! And he said yup I need full payment so I wasn’t able to get my food because I didn’t have a penny
Ordered online app said delivered I called they said in the way app is messing up an hour later nothing went to store manager would not come out of office. Remade order missing over half of order. Don’t order from this location. Sad sad day when dominos can’t deliver
We ordered 2 medium pizzas, one pepperoni and one chicken, pineapple with white sauce. We get them and no white sauce at all so we call and inform them and they make a new one but give us a lg but we had to pick up because there was a hour and wait for delivery. My daughter opens pizza and to discover UT looks about the same. Manager says he put sauce on last one. Yes, there was a little bit of sauce on the center pieces. My suggestion is you need to use more sauce, so you can at least taste it.
6/17/22 Wow. Can I delete the one star. Do I have to Give a star. Ordered a smaller order at 408 pm on Friday.Expected late delivery. Never even got the order. Says it was delivered but wasn't. Not to the address given anyway. Called after 1.5 hours. Was told it was on its way , that it was 5 to 10 minutes away. Never came. Called again at 45 minutes after the 10 minute estimate. Was hung up on. (By accident. ) Called again took ten minutes to get thru. Then I was upset. Thays alot of bad for one delivery. Eventually canceled the order. Reordered and went there ourselves and picked up order. Won't go back.
The price was wrong he said 60 dang it then they knocked it down to the rite price 23 food sucked and wrong order don't go there

Ordered 9 pizzas,, some brownies and parmesan bites. Was a reward for kids at my school. Ordered 4 days in advance. Came in to get the order at agreed time and find out that the night manager canceled the order because we didn't pick it up. He canceled it the night before pick up. Store manager was very ho-hum about it. Sorry was what i got. I explained that he left 15 kids without lunch and I had to scramble. When I finally told him I was contacting corporate ge suddenly wanted to help. Offering a coupon for future order. Nope I'll just contact corporate. Will not utilize them again. Will use Pizza Now. Little more expensive but small local business that cares.
It’s unfortunate how down hill this place has gone. I recently went in and had noticed really how dirty the place is. Pizzas were falling out of the oven onto the floor and most of the employees rarely made eye contact or would come over to the check out register. I also didn’t love seeing some employee baggy jeans, and they scratched their bottom and then started handling pizzas again without washing. This place is gross on the I side. Then, my order was wrong - but I had waited over 40 minutes (and I pre ordered online and followed the tracker) and still had to wait. My pizza was probably one that fell on the floor.
Over one hour delivery time is unacceptable when I only live 15 minutes away. This delivery was a failure of Customer service. It has now been two hours since I ordered My food from this restaurant and I still haven’t gotten my delivery. I want a refund and I will never order from this company again. I am disabled and I am in a wheelchair so I cannot get it myself. I called 3 times to complain but my words fell on deaf ear. Shame on you. I ended up canceling my order and demanding a refund after three hours of no delivery. This place has horrible customer service. Do not use this restaurant ever at least until they update their website “app” for deliveries. Or don’t use them ever again. I expect corporate to make positive changes to this restaurant and the app.
There “Tracker” said it was ready for pick up. I waited another 20 minutes after. Clearly they are advancing the tracking to improve store performance metrics.
So this place here charged my girlfriend 2250 for basically a delivery fee because she does not have a car because if she would have came in they would have applied discounts it's because they don't want to pay their delivery drivers what they're worth they want us to make up the difference for them and on top of that get tipped this place is not okay for taking advantage of people that don't drive it is actually quite rude and when you think about it as like a stance for like green thumb thought it's not better to have more cars on the road driving to their business it's better to send their one delivery car out to multiple homes so don't try that stance either big business. The order I'm talking about went down from $50 to $20 if I came to get it myself that is disgusting
After 10:30pm I cannot order carry out. This makes no sense from a business perspective. This is literally holding the business back. Why would I pay $8 for a sandwich and then another $7 for delivery! That's absurd. At that point I might as well just order carry out from apple bees. Which is what I'm going to do now.
Don't do it, its a trap! They messed up every single pizza, and by the time we got them, they were room temp. Called the manager to let them know..... he wanted to send a lava cake (would take 45 minutes) to make it better.... a refund would have been better. Every single time we've ordered here, they mess something up. Usually it's a minor issue, but none of the pizzas we received were remotely like our order. Never again.
The pizza here is terrible. The cheese topping is microscopically thin with only a few small bits of meat on each slice. The thin crust pizza with toppings is literally 1/4" thick. We ate a few pieces and ended up tossing the rest. Yes it is cheap but not worth the money.
Up until this point service here has never been good enough to warrant a review nor has it been bad enough, but today takes the cake. Not only did i wait for 15 minutes longer than my eta for my food, but the delivery tracker was also marked completed the entire time so that they wouldnt get in trouble for giving out the free pizza (they had not given me my food yet so it shouldnt have been completed). Thats falsifying their own numbers, and continuing to make me wait when i wanted carside delivery. I waited for so long i decided to walk in and get the food myself. Turns out the food was ready on the counter getting cold and the rep didnt seem to care. He didnt do anything abiut them wrongfully taking away the free pizza and didnt care about the wait. I get it, its dominos i shouldnt have high expectations, but this is still customer service and im still spending the money the i work for. The least they could have done is given me my free pizza, or at least not forget the marinara sauce that i paid for. Customer service reps shouldnt be giving rude attitudes when theyre the ones not doing their jobs. Dont go here. If you have the same experience as me you can do surveys on their delivery tracker site :) hopefully they care about those!
We ordered pizzas yesterday for the family and they got all of us food poisoned. We had to call in from work , kids missed school and we were all day laying down in bed puking pretty bad. Never ever having dominos again. This was on Sunday 10/27
Used to order food with them all the time and they were punctual. Last 3 times ive ordered food its taken 2ish hours to get delivered whether its day time or 11 pm while im at work. It gets to quality check according to their tracker and then it stays on that step for over an hour when their estimated delivery time was only 40 minutes. Their manager needs to be fired and replaced and employees retrained to take their job seriously. This is ridiculous. Used to tip drivers 10-20 dollars cuz dominos was ALWAYS on time if not early, very polite and professional and just a cool dude. Wont even order from them after this. Several years later now adding this little post.....still doing the same garbage. Order pizza hut, at least they care about their customers getting their food
Delivery driver was disrespect when on my property and would not address me when he is the one on my property trying to deliver to another persons address, very bad customer service in that aspect all thought when talking to the gm Robert was polite after being snappy at first when I called to complain about there delivery teams very poor service but in the end once he actually stopped to listen instead of interrupting he agreed to talk to him but still refused to give the name of driver who was the one that came on to my property. I'm very Un happy with the professionalism due to there out standing reputation. Do not park on someone's property and the disrespect them as such. Delivery team needs in provement in a socialization aspect
Unfortunately, when my pizza was delivered with an inedible amount of sauce on it (the toppings were sliding off) I called for a replacement.The worker kept repeating they couldn't remake it for the amount of sauce. Evidently, Domino's "policy" is they will not remake a pizza for a topping "amount" mistake even if the pizza is not palatable. Disappointed ☹️
So I had my girlfriend order pizza while I was out of town for my family and I got back and they had paid almost $50 for one pasta and a medium Pizza when I got back and called and made the order and offered to come in and get it the order went down to $22 so this place literally charged my girlfriend 20-something dollars to deliver the pizza inside city limits of Albany Oregon which is like less than a few miles they are literally taking advantage of people without a car to a bad way. This is not ok.
Recently moved to Albany and I've only had bad experiences with this dominos. I miss my old dominos store. Every time they just leave the food outside on the floor and never call. Been finding my food cold and has been wet from the rain before. Today I heard them outside, sounded like They threw it down and then burned rubber leaving our house.. They do not make the food correctly. We always order bread bowls and have never gotten one. Today was no breadbowl and was not good quality with missing ingredients. Photo is attached from today, its supposed to be the pasta primavera. It looks like someone ate it on the way over. We ended up throwing it away. Our pizza was also missing ingredients we ordered (garlic). And was very poorly made. I complained and got a free pizza but I dont even know if I want that because I wouldnt want a bad pizza even if it was free. I think the drivers and cook name was justin and Jason and was around 10-11pm. Wish they will do better
Pulled up for my order and they said they didn’t have it then when I showed them the order number they said it was done and on the way out. So which is it, you don’t have it or it’s almost done. Poor customer experience. Waited 45 min for 1 two topping pizza and some pasta. Busy or not this shouldn’t be the experience we had. Could’ve used some empathy and not attitude.
You ask how come your order is late and the driver says some one order 25 pizzas. Then the diver decides to rev his engine as he leaves.
The most disgusting pizza I’ve ever seen in my life. This place was willing to remake it, but after waiting 30+ min went to pick it up and it wasn’t even made. They asked me to wait again for the new pizzas. Just look for a better pizza place honestly, don’t waste your time.
My partner and i have been ordering food from here every other week on Friday. Big orders, but every single time one of the pizzas is just made completely wrong. It's always the Brooklyn style crust. I don't know if it's just a pain to make, or if management has the system so jacked up that the employees just can't perform properly. In either case it leaves the staff looking inept. Asking about fixing it and all they offer is to remake your order so you can venture back to pick it up (sometimes) but usually they push a gift card. I said no this time, as i don't want a gift card to get my food wrong yet again. 3 times of buying myself a pizza to only end up NOT having pizza doest leave me wanting to waste even more money when the pattern has been followed so carefully. They could not refund, only void the whole order and resubmit payment. That's a company lead initiative to keep from having to give refunds on individual items and make the whole process more problematic for the customer should issues arise. I'm gonna be reporting that part to the BBB and how i still don't have recompense for my wasted money moneye because I can't wait 3 days for a nearly 100 dollar order that's effectively gonna be charged twice. Bottom line, if you want your order made right or at least then to make it right when they screw it up, find literally anywhere else. They can't help you.
I have been going here regularly for years but lately the product has dramatically dropped worse each time. I would give 0 stars if possible. Long story short got two medium pizzas and one 8 piece hot wings. The thin crust was no crust and over burnt, they didn't even bother to cut the pizza right they're was 6 pieces total for a whole pizza so maybe they were high when they sliced the pizza, the wings had no sauce so maybe again they were high and just forgot. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. I guess I will find a new pizza place.
Im a truck driver and made 2 orders, the first was online and I got my food the delivery person was Cash and he was amazing but I needed to make another order because I forgot the pizza. I called that order in and after 2 hours called the store back got the night manager that lied saying he called me multiple times. " no missed calls on my phone" then he proceeded to tell me they left my food in a cafeteria in another building with another address. I had to make clear the address they delivered is not the address i ordered to because I am infront of the address i ordered to and their is no way to enter and no cafeteria. He said I was refunded which I am not sure if I am yet or not but my daughter is hungry waited on her food from a man who felt justified in making list rather than addressing the issue honestly... Out of every place I ordered in the 48 states driven to worste store ever... silly choose in management 🤪
Noticed at first that the girl inside was by herself so I just stayed back from the counter and let her finish the order on the phone. Proceeded to wait about 10 minutes sitting on the bench and she continued to give me bad looks as if I was bothering her by coming to pay for my food. A delivery driver came back from a delivery and finally assisted me in paying. She looked for my food to hand it to me but I let her know it hadn’t been started yet I had ordered not long ago and could visibly see it was not started. Never gave a rude tone tried to be smiley as I was in my work uniform. Delivery lady said it would be started shortly and as I was paying the girl on the phone whipped over to say “if you want to cancel it you can, I’m not making it until I get off the phone” I honestly didn’t know what to say but I had people waiting for their lunch. I paid and sat in my car for the rest of my wait. Justinnia you are super rude and honestly deserve to work alone.
Ordered food through there app. Their driver forgot a part of my order, but came back 10 minutes later and dropped it off. However, I tried calling this dominos several times to speak to someone about it. The automated voice system hung up on me 3 times, and had me wait 2 separate times for a totally of 12 minutes. No one answered the phone and who knows how long I would have been on hold.
I'm sitting in the lobby waiting for my food. Just watched one of the employees drop a dessert on the table and go "aww" then picked up up with bare hands and and set it back on the cardboard and said "saved it" then proceeded to drop some of the tools on the floor, the ones that pick up or bake the food, and continued using it without cleaning it. Also I waited over half an hour for my food when It was supposed to be done in 16 minutes. Extremely disgusted. Will never come back again.
If you have a problem don’t expect them to answer the phone. I got a spinach and feta cheese pizza, and it came with red sauce instead of Alfredo, could not eat it but I also could not get a hold of this useless restaurant. Last time we order dominoes in Albany.
The pizza i ordered was without marinara sauce for some reason! i came to visit Albany and when i asked for a refund he would give me a coupon mailed at my place which i can use only in Albany area and i am from keizer! he wasnt ready to give me my cash refund since i paid cash !! it took me 25 mins to talk to the guy to find out a way to credit me! but he wasn’t ready to find another way out ! ridiculous! pizza tasted super bad! wish i could give 0 stars
Absolutely DISGUSTING! I’ve been eating at Dominos for over 35+ years and have never received a more disgusting Pizza in my life. It all started when I was traveling over the summer and was staying at a hotel in Albany. I ordered Pizza for pick-up (carry out). I got to the location right before they closed, and was very relieved to have dinner in-hand. When I returned to the hotel, I was shocked to find that the “deep dish” pizza I ordered was thinner than most thin crust pizzas I’ve had. At first, I thought it was a mistake and they just used the thin dough crust. Annoyed, I took a bite and realized it was RAW DOUGH. But by now, their location was closed (along with everything else in the town) so I had absolutely no food to eat that night. I. The morning I called the location and explained and asked for a refund, but the employee told me that because it was from the previous day there was “nothing” that could be done and no refund could be issued. The employee asked mw if I wanted another pizza instead. When I said “will it come raw?” The employee said “honestly, ya, probably”. The employee proceeded to explain that their oven had broken MONTHS prior and that it does not actually cook the pizzas and that they often have to run the pizzas through the over 2-3 times just to make them seem cooked, but that it never fully does the job. The employee explained that the manager of the store “Orion” as well as the district manager have both been aware of this issue with the oven, but refuse to fix it and continue to KNOWINGLY send out half cooked pizzas (with raw dough) to customers. The employee explained that they did not agree with the manager’s decision, and felt it was a health and safety issue, but that the manager(s) did not care to resolve the issue. Once this was explained, I refused the “remake” of my pizza and demanded a refund, but the employee said that they would take my phone number and the manager would call me. It’s been 2 weeks and no call, no message. If the manager can’t even fix the oven in MONTHS, not sure why I expected a call back any time soon. Either way, I feel robbed by this store. They took my money, gave me raw dough, and refused to give me a refund. The worst place to eat in Albany. NEVER order from here. NEVER.
