Drove 3 hours to go to a comedy show and came across this very spacious pizza joint, I had gotten 2 slices of their chicken bbq pizza & 2 drinks for literally a lil under $10!!! Isn’t that crazy!? Slices came out HOT and FRESH! Better than most places I have been in my home city. Love love love & will be back if I’m ever around these parts again!! 10/10!

I had a delicious lunch today. After struggling looking over the menu with all the options, I settled on a pizza and it did not disappoint. I went basic , and it tasted phenomenal. The crust was thin with a crisp to it and the filling was delicious with good quality ingredients. Top it off with the excellent service, and this was the perfect lunch. I would highly recommend this establishment. Thank you for an excellent lunch

I got a Greek salad, wings, and Giro (quite a combination I know), but I saw they had 4.8 stars and I wanted to see why and here's my conclusion: It's delicious. Great service and food.

We only had the pizza tonight, but I’m not saying that to minimize it. It was amazing! We went with the Margarita pizza for the simplicity and it was perfect. The crust was crispy and chewy and the sauce is great. Highly recommend!

Elifs kitchen has a lot of options for American and halal. I got chicken wings and a gyro and I was very happy. The service is great they are friendly and fast. The atmosphere is very nice for this type of restaurant and it has a lot of room for busy times and big groups

First time trying this place.. we grabbed a 24 cut, the Pizza was solid, the place was super clean and the staff were excellent! I will order again. Only improvement I can see would be the pizza sauce needs more salty & a more tangy taste and less oregano or thyme.. Crust had an epic crunch and not too much either, it was perfect but could really benefit from a more punchy sourdough or deeper flavor taste. All in all this is me being very picky and wanting perfection, because I eat a lot of pizza, but this place is worth the eat! They have great food!

Today I was downtown Albany for another reason but rarely pass an establishment that sells pizza without trying a slice if they sell by the slice. I went into Elif's to try a slice. I chose a slice of Sicilian (I took a bite before I took the photo)with pepperoni which had some honey added, because it was thinner than most Sicilian, which I like. It was very good. Better than most Sicilian I have tried. The honey gave it an interesting taste. I probably would have preferred it without honey, but I am glad it did so I could sample this unique taste. Well worth a try. I gave it 4 stars, but I am sure that it the rest of the menu tastes as good as customer's photos look, Elif's is a 5 star establishment. I wish I had tried a slice of new york style but I had eaten too much today already. When I am in Downtown Albany again, I will try to stop in for a slice.

I ordered lamb over rice and received a lamb gyro. It was $16 and contained nearly no vegetables. $4 for a non specialty slice of pizza. The meat on the gyro is a little tough also. If you want good gyro, falafel and lamb for a good price definitely go a few more minutes to Mr. Halal. Their food, sauces and prices are all better.

Visiting from MA, the pizza was ok. We ordered ahead and still had to wait once we arrived. It was one of the only places still open when we arrived in Troy after 7pm.

Update - the owner was very responsive to my concerns and worked very hard the next day to resolve the situation. I was very pleased with the overall outcome and as a result will give it another try the next time I am in town! I increased the service score to 5 stars and overall to 3 starts as a result. Well done on the customer service! I made a delivery order. It took twice as long to get to me because the person used the wrong address. Food was delivered upside down, sauce had spilled over everything and leaked through all the bags. Food was entirely cold due to the delivery delay. Items were also missing from the order.

Pizza was burnt but also cold (was it old?) It was ready when we got there. Staff were friendly and prompt. Still ate it since we didn’t want to go back out, but could definitely taste the burn. If you burn a pizza, just remake it. I’d rather wait a little longer than be given this.
