Went here with a big group of my friends recently and not only are the beignets AMAZING here but the staff is super kind & sweet! Only two people were working and didnt mess up any of our orders, and these are also the most warm and crispy beignets I’ve ever had. I could write essays on how good they are but most of all thank you for being such a welcoming place <3

INCREDIBLE DESSERTS! I visited Beignet Bellies this afternoon for a snack and was blown away by how delicious they were. I ordered both a strawberry and banana filled beignet. I was immediately transported back to my childhood visits to popular fairs that served such treats. THESE TASTED EVEN BETTER! The recipe must be homemade and self-developed because the flavor of the beignet itself was perfectly balanced. The fillings served to complement the dough without hiding its taste. Thank you, team Beignet Bellies!

I had never had, nor heard of beignets before this place opened. I tested them first with a strawberry filled beignet and it was great! Their BBQ chicken stuffed beignet was awesome! Quick service provided was appreciated also!

I tried this place for lunch and I'm glad I did, the gumbo is yummy. No issues at all with service, the people working there were great. I'll be back!

I went in today, and the prices were so reasonable, the owner was wonderful to speak to and the food was DELICIOUS. Highly recommend supporting this small business.

Good spot for early weekend breakfast on the run

So I stopped in for just a quick breakfast sandwich and coffee to go. The bacon egg and cheese on this super soft roll was bomb. Like hit the spot delicious sandwich. The coffee was coffee but hot and fresh. All served with a smile. I love mom and pop style eateries like this. The restaurant was clean with a counter style sitting. I think it was total bill was $10.81 but the sandwich could of fed 2 people. It was big, but I ate it all. Pay this place a visit

Fantastic!! I ordered a garden salad with grilled buffalo chicken and ranch. I am inclined to say that the chicken was hands down the best lunch spot chicken I have ever had. It was spectacular. The salad itself was simple, which is what I like (iceburg, tomatoes, red pepper, carrot, onion, black olives), but that is what made the chicken stand out. The ranch had to be handmade - it was thick and flavorful. The service was quick and friendly, and there was a steady line of people coming and going. My entire meal including a bottle of Pepsi was just about $14. I'd go again in a heartbeat!

just wanted a quick bite. turned out to be the best fried chicken sandwich and mac & cheese i ever had in my life. it was just perfect. 10/10. absolutely delicious food. i didn't even know a sandwich could be that good. can't go back to kfc now like i take food very seriously, and that was some damn good food. i never write comments but i just felt compelled to this time around.

Hands down the best fried chicken around. Awesome menu and specials, hand made to each order. The three ladies that run this location are fantastic and on top of their game. New favorite lunch spot in Albany. 👌

The staff is so friendly. The beignets are delicious. We have ordered the baby bellies a few times and they have always been hot and fresh when we pick them up. They do a great job!

Holy moly, soooo delicious! I had the beignet stuffed with banana pudding and it was so delicious. The beignet was crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside and the banana pudding was so delicious. And great pricing. So worth the visit!

Came during my lunch break. I wish they had told me it was a 15-20 minute wait before I placed my order, my lunch break is only 30 minutes so I had to rush and eat quickly. The chicken was so hot I had to wait 5 minutes to eat it so only had like 5 min to eat at my lunch break. The chicken seasoning was nice, and the potato salad was decent. Not good enough to go back to be honest, especially considering the wait time although I was the only person there. This will clearly not last long, and it’s upsetting because the cashier, who appears to be the owner, is trying. Good luck.
