The location isn't much to look at, but it turned out to be a clean place with friendly, helpful staff who paid attention to their customers (including water for the dogs). Excellent service and a fair price. We'll gladly return.

I learned about this place thanks to the magnificent Ambra cinema, so I had to go. The decor has a 1990s charm, though now outdated. The gelato is good, despite the limited selection, with some excellent flavors but also some shortcomings (such as the slightly bitter lemon). But what really left a bad taste in my mouth was the difference between the cone and the maxi cup: both are the same price (certainly not cheap) but with one less flavor, due to the smaller size of the cup.

Personale gentile, porzioni abbondanti, 2 euro per un cono di due gusti. Il gelato alla frutta però sa di preparato industriale con su un paio di frutti cosmetici. Si vede anche dal colore, rosa "big bubble" per fragola e frutti di bosco, verde acceso per il pistacchio.

I had high expectations, both for the much-vaunted gelato and for the photos on the website. The reality was rather disappointing: the place is anonymous, the gelato selection isn't exciting, and the gelato, while authentic, is way too sweet! An experience not to be repeated.

This evening we wanted a good take-out gelato. I found myself having to hastily choose (there were only fruit flavors: hazelnut/duplo/pistachio and Malaga). When I asked for stracciatella, the Italian employee asked if they had it. She replied, "If you want, I'll make it for you." "What do you mean?" With cocoa and chocolate chips. When I refused and looked for other options, I was met with responses like, "And then? And then?" In my opinion, she's a truly incompetent girl. Next time I'll definitely go to other gelato shops.
