I love coming here every morning to grab my favorite coffee from Abi , but i don’t like the way all the employees are working on this heat without Air conditioning, it’s a SAUNA inside! the drinks are hot ! This is ridiculous! Please fix the AC the employees and the customers don’t deserve this type of treatment! Do better

Great selection of breakfast items. Modern atmosphere. Great Coffee. Upscale lunch options at a reasonable price. Tried their pastrami and it melted in my mouth. Would definitely recommend to anyone nearby.

Hard to add a rating because the food is usually delicious, but the last time I ordered (French toast) my first bite was onion flavored. I do not eat onions on ANYTHING (not even the powder). Instant nausea. I've been hesitant to reorder anything. Shame because it was my favorite diner

Madison Bagel & Grill is a great spot to quickly get some good food. I wouldn't go out of my way to get a bagel and cream cheese from them, but their bagels go very well on breakfast sandwiches, as they are pretty large. It's one of the better values for getting a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel that I've seen, and they make it very fast and you don't have to wait to pay as they all work very quickly. All the guys working there very speedy and the fact that you are in and out so quickly makes up for the fact that it is take out only. Even when there are a lot of people ordering you can be sure that the line moves quick and you get what you want.

The employees are really nice and the chicken salad is good but as far as bagels go unfortunately this place is the equivalent of getting a bagel at JFK. I would avoid the bagels and either go for the hot bar or a deli style sandwich.

These people don't know how to follow directions. This is the last time I go to this place. I had the same sandwich made for me two times the wrong way. If you ask for a grilled sandwich why do they toast it. Why is the price always different every time. Their food belongs in the garbage.

They constantly get orders wrong. Too expensive and it's a different price everyday. Asked for a small breakfast sandwich. I had to repeat myself 3 times at the register. I paid $7 for a small breakfast sandwich and a water. Then this guy charges me $2.99 on top of the $7 because he said he didn't charge correctly. How can you charge $10 + tax on a small breakfast sandwich and a water. Save your $ go to Ctown across the street.

I ordered an egg white veggie omelette with no mushrooms and repeated “no mushrooms” and the man who makes the eggs proceeded to put mushrooms in my omelette. These people are incompetent. Order at your own peril….

This is absolutely the worst, you order something and it cooked quick and thrown together. HOW HOW do you mess up a toasted bagel with cream cheese??? Don't know but they do. It's literally a warm bagel with a big glob of cream cheese. Tired of wasting my money
