Great desserts and great service
Levy is awesome
So so good
What a great place!! So welcoming and inviting. Great location, superb service, polite and courteous frontline and donuts were amazing, original, and satisfying. Highly, highly recommend!
Upon entering the donut shop the aroma was sweet and savory. So many options to choose from and my fav donut has to be the cookie monster donut and a worker inside the facility i believe her name is michelle she was very bubbly and nice. I will def be coming back to this place and def will recommend.
Awesome place, my kids and I come here almost every week. Their donuts are always fresh and employees are very welcoming. The ice cream sandwiches and donut shakes are their go to order.
Service was amazing! They greeted us politely, told us about themselves, and gave us recommendations to start off our order. Loved it!!
Mary was so so sweet! I wanna come back just to see her! 10/10
I met the owner personally and let me tell you it always starts from the top the music, the vibe amazing the place is always clean and I’m always greeted with kindness. If you want to try a new spot this is the place to be.
Delicious donuts & Ice cream. The staff was inviting and pleasant to order from.
My server was Levi and she was very professional. And I will definitely be back for more donuts.
Delicious donuts and great service!! Definitely recommend trying out! ❤️
2nd time visiting , a very family friendly atmosphere. Very fresh donuts . Highly recommend!!

Very good costumer service, My server Levy was very polite and respectful
Best donuts for a trip to rodman's neck
Donuts were delicious and Michelle was very nice and helpful
We went there tonight to try out their mini donuts and the ice cream, both were good. But what really stood out was the professionalism of the young man who welcomed us the moment we opened the door and asked us if it was our first time in the store, then he presented the donuts and described each flavors. We appreciate what he did.
As someone who works in the food industry, I’m sincerely confused on all the negative reviews. From the day they opened I went with friends and we loved it. I’ve gone 2-3 more times after and donuts were great and I love the different variation. I will say there’s times it’s closed when it’s operation hours or on a weekend and it disappoints me and my sister but I won’t take a star away. Donuts are yummy; soft and cute. Also staff has been great to me. Will always be checking to see what you guys have in store :D
Sky and Lucero were amazing! They kept asking me friendly questions and welcomed me in with open arms (not literally) Their service was amazing and they were beautiful. They have a variety of things that they sell very effeciantly like, mini donuts, milkshakes, and way more. If you like/love sweets or its a hot day, come over to Grey's Donuts!
Best donut spot ever. The owner is beyond nice and my first time there, he really walked us through his donut shop! Such kind service, and great options!!! Literally I’ve never seen so many different flavors of donuts - and they all taste AMAZING!!!!
These were good! I enjoyed the concept of little donuts, and they tasted great. The staff was very friendly, and the location was cute. I will go again. Also a small local business, so you should support them!
Frankie was great! My boyfriend and I are a bit indecisive so we were making jokes on what to get but he navigated us through the different flavors and we walked out with a dozen mini donuts! Price is a little crazy but hey, what can we expect? Donuts were fresh for 5:00pm, definitely coming back soon!
Greys Mini Donuts is an adorable shop in Bronxville. I was taking a look at a class pack at Soul Cycle and stumbled upon Greys Mini Donuts. Alexandrea is a great host and educator about their product and options. I got a box of a dozen and the prices are just right. I even had a fun time taking cute donut pictures with staff. They have options for pick up and events , they are even at Bryant Park too! Everything is fresh and made to order. I am 100% sharing with all and coming back!
If I could give Grey’s a 10 I would!!! The flavors are absolutely innovative, delicious & appealing. Elias was a sweetheart & very knowledgeable about the product & brand! Happy to see a westchester small business thrive! Can’t wait to be back! Thanks for an awesome experience!!
My daughter brought me a box of donuts from here. She couldn’t stop talking about how kind and welcoming the staff was. Besides the great service these donuts are fresh and delicious. I’m so happy they are in the neighborhood. My new go to spot for my sweet tooth.
very cool place the only problem where is located? It’s not the greatest neighborhood. It’s hard to eat ice cream when you have someone begging for money, but I picked up donuts. They were very good about it.
The doughnuts are on point here. They tasted fresh and they were delicious. I didn’t catch the name of the guy behind the counter but he was welcoming and explained each doughnut. I just wish they had boxes for half dozens or dozens. I had to get them all individually packaged. I see people have been complaining about their hours and opening earlier definitely wouldn’t hurt but with doughnuts this good at that location with New Roc’s night crowds they can probably get away with opening at 4 just fine once word of mouth does its thing 😂
Really loved my first visit here! Levy was incredibly helpful with suggestions for those delightful donuts! I loved the strawberry crunch get two or 12! You're gonna want their ice cream too i loved the brownie batter-overall my visit was fantastic! I'll be back! Thank you Levy and team. :)
Stopped in to get a Hershey's ice cream. Was really excited that they offer Hershey's because in my opinion that's one of the best brands. Ice cream was delicious and the staff was very friendly.
Mini Donuts are my new fav! We like to get 1/2 dozen or dozen variety. Minis feel guilt free, since it’s only a few delicious bites. There are seasonal flavors, so great!
I just finished my first visit with Levi and she was very helpful! She knew all the flavors and was very helpful in explaining all of them! She even let me try a chocolate one that was amazing! I ended up buying six flavors and I’m excited to try them all! They change their flavors daily so I’m sure I’ll be back! Definitely a must go to!
I walked into the place of business and was greeted with gratitude and respect from the staff as a fellow human being. The customer experiencing is welcoming, and the product selection is nostalgic. There were also exchanges of business development ideas and the location has a cool location. It’s a really good location for community festivals.
I recently visited Grey’s Donut Shop, and it was an amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. Now, let’s talk about the donuts—absolutely delicious! Each bite was a perfect blend of fluffy and flavorful, with a variety of creative toppings that kept me coming back for more. Whether you prefer classic glazed or unique seasonal flavors, there’s something for everyone. If you’re looking for a fantastic donut shop with friendly service and mouthwatering treats, I highly recommend Grey’s. I can’t wait to go back!
Such a cute place and delicious donuts. Staff was very helpful and excited to explain the variety of donuts on display. Easy parking across the street in the New Roc garage. I liked the vanilla sprinkle and chocolate Cinnamon Toast Crunch best. Also tried a bite of Boston Cream and Jelly. They’re enormous so plan to share. Approx. $17 w tax for 4 donuts. Enough for 8 servings. Will be going back!
The atmosphere of this shop was very cozy. I entered and received a warm welcome from the friendly staff. They served a fresh homemade donut that melted my mouth with flavor. Will definitely be coming back!
So happy to have a new dessert shop in new Rochelle I got a fresh 1/2 dozen and the employees were so kind to my sister and her friend on helping them pick from the menu. 10/10 would recommend for a late night bite with family and friends!
Often saw this place on my walks around new roc and finally decided to visit and the vibes are fantastic and was treated very kindly by the staff decided to try their donuts really good would visit again

The cider donuts and hot cider were excellent. The donuts had just the right texture — not too cakey, not too dense. Everything was fresh and hit the spot.
The donuts and ice cream are fantastic. What really popped though was the service. Mary was helpful and informative. She was focused on making my experience as good as possible. Not sure if she's a manager or something like that, but she definitely has the right attitude and mindset to be one if she isn't already!
I was here about a month ago and they were not the freshest donuts. However, I came back again a few days ago and they were so much better! The charming gentleman working there told me they had changed up the recipe after hearing the feedback from customers. Super happy they did as the donuts were super delicious and borderline addicting...finished 5 in one sitting! Would definitely recommend them..my favorites were the chocolate powdered donut and chocolate oreo cheesecake! They also have several different ice cream flavors which I'll try next time I'm there.
After leaving a review detailing a mistaken order, the owner has been in touch to confirm and rectify any concerns which I really appreciate. I'll be making an updated review in the future after trying out their milkshakes again! We did order the box of 6 mini donuts as well and those were delicious, even when we had them for breakfast the next morning they still tasted fresh.
We had a great experience here! The staff were super friendly and went out of their way to help us with a gift card issue — really appreciated the great customer service. The mini donuts were fresh, delicious, and definitely worth coming back for. Their dirty sodas are also very tasty and recommended

Jaylese was so pleasant ! My coffee was delicious, actually perfect. Glaze donut was yummy. The ambience is a little plain probably make it more appealing with a few cozy chairs in a section ( keep noisy high schoolers out ). Like an upscale coffee shop meets fun eats.
Love this place. Got 6 donuts the first time the next day went back for 3 milk shakes and 4 donuts spend $44 wish they gave you the receipt when you pay but the donuts are worth it. Can’t wait to go back
The Employee named Tarren provided a welcoming atmosphere that was conducive of a positive shopping experience. His patience and guidance led to successful purchases and a good experience overall. Good workers/ costumer service is hard to come by nowadays! We need more Tarrens.

It was a little intimidating going in because there was a group inside by the entrance hanging out. The girl behind the counter was super nice and informative. We split an ice cream donut, which was just ok. I wish they had smaller options and some fresh fruit because even for two, it was way too much sugar and 25% of it was tossed. A few women walking by thought it was a Bar and I agree it's hard to tell exactly what you're getting yourself into.

After trying these the first time around and being disappointed, I was greeted with some of the best customer service I’ve seen in a long time- kudos to the business for that. It’s not everyday you get owners who genuinely care. Nevertheless, I went back a second time hoping that it was a fluke but unfortunately not. The donuts just aren’t good. The toppings are very yummy but the dough itself is dry and stale tasting. Also the price margin for mini donuts is quite high.
My 10yr old daughter and I visited there and had the donut ice cream sandwich with strawberry 🍦 and whipped cream. She loved it and we will visit again. Nice smooth mello atmosphere, sounds of SZA were playing in the background. Shout out to Jahmir & Jaylese, hope I got that right, but what counts is they did. They made the experience welcoming and inviting along with it being dope to a young brother and sister deliver BOMB customer service. We'll see you again soon!!✌🏾 Update: So I visited with my 10yr old daughter a second time on Nov 10 around 6pm and the visit was not so pleasuring as the first. A few kids were in and out leaving there scooters directly on the path of entry. Constant profanity was being used amongst them and the customer service was far less than attentive and/or inviting. It appeared one young lady was trying to make some sort of advertisement for the place using the children who were openly using profanities and in and out the door repeatedly and not paying customers. The 2 young ladies both on either side of the counter were phone in hand and clearly pre-occupied with making a video post. Furthermore this time the I cream donut was prepared with a lack of care as it barely looked desirable. That coupled with everything else and the fact that there were only 3 flavors of ice cream available for selection, coffee, chocolate, and cotton candy Made the selection far less pleasurable from the the first visit. My daughter was made uncomfortable by the hangout atmosphere so it discouraged her from wanting to eat it there. The serving had a very small serving of ice cream and the experience left a distaste with me. Very disappointing for my first visit left us both happy where as this visit was HORRIBLE. Gonna pass on there for a while. Business should get better customer service should be consistent or better not deteriorate. If it was just me that's one thing but to disappoint my child, NOOOO GOOOOO!!👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾
Poor customer experience during first few weeks. Staff took 15 minutes to “warm up” my cinnamon roll. And they are closed all the time? Who opens a donut shop at 4pm?
I bought the 6 pack donuts for 9.99 and was disappointed with the freshness of the donuts. The bread tasted stale, like it was old, perhaps they were made in the morning and were no longer fresh. We didn't want to return them because it just looks bad to do that but my advice is to make them fresh because ours were stale and the bread part of each donut was hard. My friend enjoyed the iced coffee, I have to add.

Friendly staff for sure without a doubt. They didn’t have the box which I initially went for, instead we got the clear plastic containers. The donuts taste like cakes rather than donuts. It was giving box cake batter.

Walked into this place and was poorly greeted, girl looked like she didn’t want anymore customers for the day. When ppl enter a place they should get a warm and friendly feeling not feeling like a nuisance. First and last time.
Google hours show it's open until 12 am, came for a yummy donut and it was 100% closed. Very sad 😔
Very disappointing..they only had mini donuts at the Bronxville location which was fine (well almost 13 dollars for six of them) but the only way to describe them are dry and tasteless.
HORRIBLE STAFF! So rude. Came on a Friday night after dinner at 9:30pm and the team here was incredibly dismissive and rude. Train or Terminate.
Donuts taste stale like everyone else said and why 4 dollars for a donut at that point I’ll walk all the way to Dunkin
Place is so small and the floor is so dirty. I felt sick even being inside of this place. Horrible food too and the service was okay but rushed.
Unfortunately these donuts are just not good - they look incredible and the toppings are good but the actual donuts themselves taste very bland and dry. They must use very little to no oil and seem baked not fried, possibly gluten/egg free? I tried them twice to make sure it was not a fluke, the first time they were stale and inedible, the second time they seemed fresh but just don't taste like donuts. Also very overpriced, 6 mini donuts are around the same price as 12 full size donuts from krispy kreme.
Walked in on June 14th to finally try the new donut place in New Rochelle. I had already heard about the terrible customer service my mom endured from the guy that was behind the counter but I walked in and there was a girl there so I hoped my experience would be different. It was not. First of all the girl at the counter was on the phone, asks what you would like but there aren’t any signs displaying the types of donuts, ingredients or anything at all. Which forces you to ask. She rapidly and sturdily pointed and recited each donut. No gloves on no customer service attitude. Just her bare hands and the tongs. As you pick the donuts you want she rapidly throws them in the box. Not even grabbing the donuts by the side just sticking the tongs right on top of the icing as I watched her do with the person before me and me. I dared to ask for a bag and once she put her FaceTime call down for the second time handed me a bag with a broken handle. Then as I’m waiting for my cab she yells “are you waiting for something, cuz I have to go on my break and I’m closing the store.” So I proceeded to wait for my cab in the rain. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, lousy presentation and the donuts were mediocre! If you want really good donuts and at the very least basic customer service then please don’t go here! Don’t waste your time or money!
I wish I could give this place any kind of stars but unfortunately I wasn’t even serviced. I walked in with my partner excited to try Grey’s for the first time and we waited for around 10 minutes or so for someone to come to the front just for nobody to show up. I even called the store phone while inside and it just rang, yet we heard someone shuffling/walking in the back while we waited, spoke and walked around the lobby. Disappointed, we left to go somewhere else, passed by 15 minutes later and saw a few other people also waiting in the lobby seemingly confused that no one was in the front or in the (store?). Whoever was working on 3/8 in the late afternoon must have either left or went on break but in no way is it okay to have your business run like this. Customers should not be waiting 10, 20 or 15 minutes for someone to walk to the front and service them and if no one is in the store, close it? Why is there no employees in the store? Not a good first impression. I’m kind of turned off and not even sure I want to return.
The donuts were better when they first opened, they were big and fluffy, and because they were big i didnt mind paying almost $5 for them. Now the quality has gone down and then they switched to the mini’s. They just arent worth the price anymore. I used to love going here but now i just cant justify it
Come get some trash donuts at a premium price! 6 bite size donuts for 12$ If I'm paying a premium price i expect premium donuts. Old stale donuts. At least they tried weird varieties, but inly 1 out of the 6 was actually decent. Gotta say these are worse than Dunking Donuts.....and that's saying something.
I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt it was necessary to share my experience. The service was truly disappointing. The staff member was not only rude, but also visibly irritated—slamming doors and clearly not wanting to be bothered. On top of that, the music was blasting so loudly it made the environment extremely uncomfortable. I left feeling completely unwelcome. I won’t be returning and definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
Disappointing First Visit 1/5 stars My 8-year-old daughter and I visited this donut shop for the first time around 6:15 pm. Unfortunately, our excitement was short-lived. The staff member was on her phone, visibly upset, and mentioned "breaking her jail call" to the caller. We waited patiently, but the atmosphere grew increasingly awkward. When she finally assisted us, it felt rushed and like we were inconveniencing her. As a mother, I was disappointed to see such behavior in a customer-facing role. My daughter was equally disappointed in the experience. Sadly, we won't be returning. Ps. Breaking a jail call is not an ideal conversation to have outloud
I entered this location and before I even walked in I can smell the stank attitude oozing from the “workers” they had there. I was ready to buy 4 donuts but the moment I saw the faces of those workers they looked bothered for me to even enter their location and give THEM money. After seeing their stank attitude I decided to just not even bother with it. Those workers seemed so annoyed to even be asked a simple question about the price of their donuts. I would never come back here, I’ll let everyone how bad this place is in customer service. Also everytime I walk by I will look forward to their closure. Take care.
Had high hopes when they opened, but was a complete let-down. The donuts are not freshly made or very creative. I found them very doughy. The coffee shop at the Stella a minute away has better coffee. It's disappointing that the two shops have separate rewards programs although owned by the same guy.
After my pockets were raped by the crazy outstanding prices, the tiny donuts tasted undone and gave me stomach issues. I thought it looked like the perfect homegrown donut shop, just to be totally disappointed and disgusted. The only thing nice about here is the building. They have no menu to look at and I would never return nor recommend this place to anyone. Welcome me back Dunkin, never leaving you again
Very cute place!! I can see young teens would hung out at!! Only had the Mimi donuts available, all looked cute and well decorated But the donuts are horrible, Super dry, tasteless… very disappointing!!! I bought 16 mini donuts to try with my family as dessert after dinner not worth the money!! At least the young men working was kind
