I walked into the place of business and was greeted with gratitude and respect from the staff as a fellow human being. The customer experiencing is welcoming, and the product selection is nostalgic. There were also exchanges of business development ideas and the location has a cool location. It’s a really good location for community festivals.

I recently visited Grey’s Donut Shop, and it was an amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. Now, let’s talk about the donuts—absolutely delicious! Each bite was a perfect blend of fluffy and flavorful, with a variety of creative toppings that kept me coming back for more. Whether you prefer classic glazed or unique seasonal flavors, there’s something for everyone. If you’re looking for a fantastic donut shop with friendly service and mouthwatering treats, I highly recommend Grey’s. I can’t wait to go back!

Such a cute place and delicious donuts. Staff was very helpful and excited to explain the variety of donuts on display. Easy parking across the street in the New Roc garage. I liked the vanilla sprinkle and chocolate Cinnamon Toast Crunch best. Also tried a bite of Boston Cream and Jelly. They’re enormous so plan to share. Approx. $17 w tax for 4 donuts. Enough for 8 servings. Will be going back!

The atmosphere of this shop was very cozy. I entered and received a warm welcome from the friendly staff. They served a fresh homemade donut that melted my mouth with flavor. Will definitely be coming back!

So happy to have a new dessert shop in new Rochelle I got a fresh 1/2 dozen and the employees were so kind to my sister and her friend on helping them pick from the menu. 10/10 would recommend for a late night bite with family and friends!

The cider donuts and hot cider were excellent. The donuts had just the right texture — not too cakey, not too dense. Everything was fresh and hit the spot.

The donuts and ice cream are fantastic. What really popped though was the service. Mary was helpful and informative. She was focused on making my experience as good as possible. Not sure if she's a manager or something like that, but she definitely has the right attitude and mindset to be one if she isn't already!

I was here about a month ago and they were not the freshest donuts. However, I came back again a few days ago and they were so much better! The charming gentleman working there told me they had changed up the recipe after hearing the feedback from customers. Super happy they did as the donuts were super delicious and borderline addicting...finished 5 in one sitting! Would definitely recommend them..my favorites were the chocolate powdered donut and chocolate oreo cheesecake! They also have several different ice cream flavors which I'll try next time I'm there.

I'll be making an updated review in the future after trying out their milkshakes again! We did order the box of 6 mini donuts as well and those were delicious, even when we had them for breakfast the next morning they still tasted fresh.

The mini donuts were fresh, delicious, and definitely worth coming back for. Their dirty sodas are also very tasty and recommended

Stopped in to get a Hershey's ice cream. Was really excited that they offer Hershey's because in my opinion that's one of the best brands. Ice cream was delicious and the staff was very friendly.

Love this place. Got 6 donuts the first time the next day went back for 3 milk shakes and 4 donuts spend $44 wish they gave you the receipt when you pay but the donuts are worth it. Can’t wait to go back

It was a little intimidating going in because there was a group inside by the entrance hanging out. The girl behind the counter was super nice and informative. We split an ice cream donut, which was just ok. I wish they had smaller options and some fresh fruit because even for two, it was way too much sugar and 25% of it was tossed. A few women walking by thought it was a Bar and I agree it's hard to tell exactly what you're getting yourself into.

I bought the 6 pack donuts for 9.99 and was disappointed with the freshness of the donuts. The bread tasted stale, like it was old, perhaps they were made in the morning and were no longer fresh. We didn't want to return them because it just looks bad to do that but my advice is to make them fresh because ours were stale and the bread part of each donut was hard. My friend enjoyed the iced coffee, I have to add.

Friendly staff for sure without a doubt. They didn’t have the box which I initially went for, instead we got the clear plastic containers. The donuts taste like cakes rather than donuts. It was giving box cake batter.

I thought it looked like the perfect homegrown donut shop, just to be totally disappointed and disgusted. The only thing nice about here is the building. They have no menu to look at and I would never return nor recommend this place to anyone. Welcome me back Dunkin, never leaving you again
