Arby's Allen Reviews
Cleanest Arby's restaurant I've ever been to, staff was very friendly, and Arby's newer selection of Gyros and other things recently have definitely improved the menu.
Clean tables! Clean floor and clean drink station. Nice, polite, helpful people work here. They honor all coupons or email discounts. Great restaurant.
This was a great arby's. Staff was very pleasant even though the restaurant was dead. Food was fresh considering the same
Great service. Good food.
Always fast service, nice clean tables and plenty of seating. Staff is always friendly and professional. This location is one of our favorites!
Foodservers were patient and well knowledgeable of menu items. Place was clean and food delicious. I ordered the gyros with extra sauce and spicy. A great value!
Amazing service! The guys are very positive and helpful, cooked the food in minutes! Now I love this place!
Always amazing when we come here. They always get our order correct and the food is delicious!!
Arby's was not my favorite sandwich shop, until they put in the Ruben Sandwich. Love the marbled rye. This is one of my favorite sandwiches.
Kevin from drive thru was absolutely delightful, made the drive worth it (first time at this particular location). Incredibly personable and made ordering very easy by communicating menu options. Made the mozzarella craving worth it. 10/10 would come again.
Food is always fresh, staff is super friendly and my order is never wrong!!
Went through the drive thru and placed our order and when we got our food it was amazing. Best food we have gotten from Arby's. All of it was hot and fresh and delicious.
Did you know you can get their fabulous corned beef sandwich on marbled rye as a DOUBLE STACK? They double the corned beef and you can also get it UNHEATED both bread and meat, which is in my opinion better than toasted bread and leathery hot meat. The meat toughens when they heat it. If you don't heat it, the meat is tender. Deeeelicious! Go get yours today and just try it! It's my favorite!
I love Arby's. A little more expensive than other fast food but I think it is worth it. The staff at this particular location are awesome people and I have fun talking to them when I'm waiting at the drive through window.
Perfect and delicious classic roast beef sandwich!! 💯 Please please someone teach the Irving location how to make a good sandwich!
Phillip who was working drive thur window is AWSOME! Always very nice and friendly! Arbys is lucky to have an employee like him.
What can I say? It's Arby's. Even the lazy staff at the counter can't screw it up. Ordered the French dip sub, love that juicy goodness of the au jus! Plus they had loaded curly fries on the menu!
Phillip your awesome thank you for waiting on us I hope management is good to you
Nicest arbys i've been to in a while, staff was super attentive and had my mobile order ready ahead of time, will definitely frequent this location
Store manager had great communication, and I was very pleased with my meal. I got the brisket burger and I made it a half pounder and I’m glad I rang that bell loud and clear before leaving because they took care of me!
I go to this place for sandwich. Business hours fit busy schedule for me and my two wives and all kids. Only downside is when i take wives and all kids in there i spend almost 70 dollar. Prices could be a little lower since i have two family to feed. Oon gas station wage it kind of hurt my wallet going in there but food is great and people there always friendly. However they need to add goat meat to their menu.
Philip was amazing, after the holidays it is always crazy and even though there was a wait he was very professional and had an amazing demeanor. Great job.
I was having a very bad day and I came into Arby’s and asked the manager can I use the restroom? He said sure he made me feel right at home when I first came in. At first I wasn’t gonna get no food. I just wanted to use the restroom and leave out the store is so clean. I don’t even see a chrome on the floor. The customer service is awesome and just amazing so I advised anybody to eat here because it is a very clean restaurant and Ray told me that guy got me and everything was gonna be OK and one of the customers in the buying me something to eat so I just had to do my survey a very good manager very nice. The staff was very nice to me and also I’m homeless.
I go to this one every Monday and it's always great. The employees know me as well.
I call this one….The "Phillip Factor": A Masterclass in Service at Arby’s Allen If you find yourself at the Arby’s in Allen, Texas, and you happen to be served by a man named Phillip, consider yourself lucky—you’ve just encountered the "unicorn" of the service industry. As someone who has led national sales teams and spoken to audiences of thousands, I know a "closer" when I see one. But Phillip isn’t closing; he’s transferring an energy that is, quite frankly, magnetic. The Situation Our family was in the middle of a travel nightmare. We were driving from Northeast Missouri, dodging an unprecedented ice storm, and pushing through a grueling 10-hour marathon with two young kids just to make it to our first cruise. Every other "open" sign we saw was a fraud —until we hit Phillip’s drive-thru at 10:40 PM. Why Phillip is "One in a Million" • Infectious Energy: We were drained, frustrated, and facing another four hours of road time. Within sixty seconds of talking to Phillip, the entire vibe in our car shifted. He didn’t just take an order; he staged an intervention of positivity, light heartedness and humor that made me sit here, at almost 3 in the morning and write this. • The Ultimate Professional: In my world, sales is a transfer of energy. Phillip didn't just sell us roast beef; he sold us a second wind. • Radical Integrity: When I tried to hand him a well-deserved tip, he was genuinely surprised and pushed back. That level of humility proves his excellence isn't a performance—it’s just who he is. The Verdict I’ve traveled thousands of miles across this country, and this was, without competition, the best fast-food experience I have ever had. > To Arby’s Corporate: Take note. Employees like Phillip are the backbone of a brand, but they are incredibly rare. He is a special dude who operates at a level far beyond the standard expectations of the industry. It will only take one right customer interaction for him to be pulled away into something bigger and more financially rewarding. Phillip, if you’re reading this: Keep that spark. If I ever expand my business into the Dallas area, don't be surprised if I track you down with a job offer that reflects the world-class talent you clearly possess. The offer would be, at minimum, double whatever you make. Simply because I’d want the opportunity to have you be a part of my team. Until then, Arby's in Allen has one of the best business assets in Texas. I hope they realize it.
Best in Texas! Charleston asked me for some new steak bites...awesome! New face... Great staff too
😊👍....man .. Love the BOGO on the weekends... The food was hot and tasted great... PHILIP showed excellent customer service and was very courteous..I will DEFINITELY come to this location again‼️✨
Arby's is super underrated. The beef and cheddar has a soft onion bun, good portion of thinly sliced meat and savoury cheese sauce. Curly fries are elite.
Always a good quick experience after work, especially when employee Philip is working the drive thru. He takes care of the customer and has always been friendly and very professional. He really should be in an upper level of management with this chain, because he understands service and taking care of the people who sign his paycheck, the customers. Other employees have been pleasant too, and the food always tastes fresh and the same... The goal with fast food. 5 stars based on employee performance.
The best Arby’s meal I’ve ever had the weekend manager, Philip and his team of Edgar and Coco were fantastic. Food was warm service was fast and I can’t say enough good things about them. Check them out. and the restaurant was spotless very clean.
This is the best Arby’s ever the night time manager has great customer service skills and runs the restaurant very smoothly ! Thank you for your kindness and Stellar customer service ! It goes to show there are still good people left in this world !!! ❤️🙏🏽 thanks again Greg 10/10
I will say as another salaried manager in the service industry Phil is one of the best employees I have encountered. Even though our interaction was brief through the drive thru his personality, work ethic and service were as top notch as if I was at a fine-in restaurant. Our food came out hot and timely so speed of service was never a problem. I honestly wish I could find employees to hire of his caliber. Phil’s quality of service should be a standard for anyone you guys hire. Arby’s is fast food but he treated it like a higher end restaurant.
Yesterday, I had the pleasure of visiting Arby's with my family, and it was a fantastic experience! From the moment we walked in, the staff greeted us with a warm welcome, setting the tone for a delightful meal. The service was exceptional—our order was taken promptly, and our food arrived quickly, all while the team maintained a friendly, attentive attitude throughout. We opted for a mix of their signature sandwiches, including the classic Beef 'n Cheddar, which was as delicious as always, with the perfect balance of savory roast beef and melty cheese. The curly fries were crisp and seasoned just right, and the drinks were refreshing. The restaurant itself was clean and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and family-friendly atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed, checking in on us without being intrusive. Overall, this visit to Arby's exceeded our expectations. Great service, tasty food, and a welcoming environment made it a memorable dining experience for my family and me. We’ll definitely be coming back!
quick and easy.. they had 4 roast beef for $10... pretty quick. tasted great... I ate 3 and took 1 home for my son before practice. love arby's but menu prices are kind of high if you don't get a deal...
Great value and food! Used a coupon that made a great meal cheap!
Clean and food great. Slow service and we were one of two pairs in.the restaurant, the other already served. The order was incorrect when it came to the table. Missing a sandwich.
Nice clean place, food was delicious, service was fast and the young man waiting on us was polite but not friendly which was fine. We'd definitely go back.
It is very clean in the dinning room. No soda spills around the fountain. Sadly it was pretty dead inside when we went at 4pm. Took them a bit to get to us at the counter is the only reason why they didnt get 5 stars.
Arby's is a great little fast food restaurant to visit when traveling and you want a quick bite to eat and aren't down for a burger. Their milkshakes are good and fries are ok. Good if you're interested in curly fries over straight fries. Little spicey for some people's kids I think...
I've been to a few Arby's lately and have been very happily surprised at how good the food is. This store is well managed and service is fast and accurate. The new expanded menu is very good and there are lots of delicious choices.
I love their roast beef sandwiches & curly fries among all fast food. Their 2 for $7 menu is a good deal. Will definitely visit again.
This location is strategic for drive thru convenience. Dining area is typical but clean fast food restaurant environment. Service is good and food is consistently tasty and correctly prepared, including the potato cakes as a periodic change from fries.
Picked up some curly fries at dinner time on a Saturday and was really surprised that it was stale because that should be one of the things that people order all the time. However, the service was surprisingly warm and welcoming. Get the food to match the service and this place will be overflowing with diners.
Their food has been okay, but 3 separate times I have gone to this location specifically to get a shake and all three times the machine has been down. Food is okay, but nothing special.
Usual fast food but with different meat's. Pretty good selection and love the curly fries. Milk shakes are pretty good to.
Standard Arby's experience. Dining room was a little dirty, but not bad. Our order came out quickly. Staff was amiable.
I don’t know... I love their food in flyers and ads. After I paid and they presented to me, I’m inclined to dislike or even hate my decision. Not healthy, lack of flavor of the meat. It’s not this location’s fault. It’s me failing to love Arby’s.
Employees were awesome and helpful
The food was good. The service counter was down, and they had to ring people up at the drive thru. It's not a big deal. However, they made you feel like you were inconveniencing them by ordering food. Still will give them another chance. It's a bad day for sure when your pos is down.
Their food has always been good. However, since I have moved to Allen, I have gone to this location 6 times. The reason I go is I love their Jamocha shakes. However, not ONE time I have been to this location and their shake machine has been working. Staff always apologetic, but it's obviously an ongoing issue.
We decided to try the 'Loaded Italian' sandwich tonight. We always say don't order anything but the roast beef or you'll be disappointed. That's because we love the roast beef and Arby's sauce. The ads made us really want this....Boy were we disappointed...... Not only was it not loaded, it also did not taste good.. looked nothing like the picture.. that's to be expected in most cases but this was to the extreme that I couldn't tell if there was anything in the bread at all until I opened it.. very disappointing. Don't order it or make sure you look at it before you leave if ordering to go! $20 down the drain....
Food was what you'd expect for Arbys. The staff were less than friendly & attentive. I'll probably avoid returning.
Order a classic roast beef, get charged for a beef n cheddar but no cheese Way to steal a few dollars from your customer
This place is great!.......if you like cold food, waiting for 20 min in a drive thru for your order, over priced establishments, and rude service. Personally its not my cup of tea, and refuse to go here ever again. I'm not sure why exactly this place is still in business. Its all around horrrrrrible.
Had my order delivered. 2 things missing. Read the receipt people! You can’t have a French Dip without the Dip!
Quick food, but they didn’t have the full order. After asking for the full order, they said I didn’t order the other stuff. They looked up the last order and saw they were wrong. Poor customer service here.
We went through the drive thru, after repeating my order a few times (because my husband doesn't eat tomatoe & lettuce & I don't eat tarter sauce). We ordered one spicy & one not spicy fish sandwich. This was my first time eating a fish sandwich as an adult & I'm 51yrs old. Well I should've still not ate one. They messed up both of our sandwiches, we had to go back through the drive thru only t o repeat the order another 3 times (I'm guessing he was the manager). Then we got my husband's sandwich back & they had put sooooo much tarter sauce on it, it was literally everywhere on the package. We will just not be back for a fish sandwich for sure!!!!
Well the wagu This Burger is not all as advertised... RB z's stick to roast beef. And the crickle French fries suck! Spent $22 And I threw most of this meal away. I should have gone the snuffers in Richardson
Chic in charge adding things i didn't ask for because she doesnt listen then argues w me about it i didnt ask for turkey i hate turkey. Sliders cold n one roast beef half empty n ham one lots of fat. Disappointed. Not even an apology just attitude. ask foThey usually get my food right and listen but there's usually a bit of a wait for it also. Sometimes they don't listen and put sauce on something I said no sauce on or they give me the wrong sandwich and I never have time to go back and wait forever for them to fix it.
My buddy and I decided to give this place another try. After years of not going to Arby's, maybe their reputation has been inflated. Surely their quality has gone up since then to keep up with other fast food places, right? We were wrong.
Did not put in Arby sauce in the bag! Like we want these huge roast beef sandwiches with no Arby sauce. Every time no Arby sauce!!! Rediculous!!
Yes, i took my mother out for lunch at 201 N. Central Expressway at 105 pm, Thursday the 6th of June. Went up to register to ask whats the differance between the #10 combo and the $5.00 Beef n Cheddar combo? The lady responds, no savah in spanish meaning she didnt understand i the pointed to the advertised special and the #10 combo and asked the differance? No savah. I have worked in restaurants over 20 years and spoke what the Hospatality industry calls Restaurant Spanish. When i spoke spanish of the entire order, it was like i was speaking to a different cashier. She spoke clear English. The Hispanics friends i have made over the years working in Hospatality Industry would tell me what are you doing? Learning Spanish, and they all responded we all know English, we just dont want to speak it, they were laughing saying i cant believe people haven't cought onto this, always in the 1000 plus times i asked. They would always ask do you think i would go to another country and not know the language? I took the time to write this to open peoples eyes to upper management understand this is not me trying to degrade Hispanics in all means, it's about having a restaurant with one way of thinking in Guest service, and corrective action. I told my mother the biggest let down was that was the manager in the black chef jacket that helped us. The only reason i go to this location is i cant drive cause of medical issues but really doesnt matter what time you go it seems like this store is only doing 30% of what they could do. Crew may seem a little happier with more money. I apologize to write somthing like this, but its the truth and have part of the video of this encounter if people think this is a joke.
My bestfriend (whom is sick and only weighs 89 pounds and has a hard time eating anything but the Arbys sandwiches) went through the drive thru and ordered a sandwich meal, totalling at $6.38. So she handed the cashier (Brianna) a $20 bill- HER LAST $20 mind you- and she put it into the register as only getting $10 and she kept the other $10!! So instead of getting back almost $14, she got back $3.62!! This is absolutely ridiculous! How could she do that?? How many other innocent people has she done this to??!??!! I know it may not seem like a lot of money to some people, but when that's all you have and you barely eat as it is, it means a lot! So disappointed!!!
Doesn’t pick up the phone. The service was horrible. The employees were rude. And they got our order wrong. Go back into training and do your job correctly. You people weren’t even busy when I went through drive through.
Quarter to 2 I the afternoon, plenty of staff, not busy and the place was really dirty. If I'd seen the dining area first, would have gone elsewhere. Sadly not the first time but I had been a few years ago. Nothing has changed.
I went there today and when I got home they gave me the wrong sandwich!! I had to drive back and buy the correct one. I had ordered correctly (my receipt was correct) but they did pay attention. It is VERY frustrating to have to go back.
In this time where cleanliness is so important, it’s a bit distressing to see so many workers inside this restaurant running around preparing and serving food not wearing masks. Also wearing the same pair of gloves for everything, prepping food, taking money, serving customer etc. Better to be implementing hand washing every 30 minutes and hand sanitizer more frequently.
You close 45 minutes to an hour early almost every night. One of the few places that are supposed to be open by the time I get off of work. But you won't answer the drive through. You have hours of operation so follow them. And stop forgetting the full order.
Hope the remodel includes customer service training or this place will close for lack of business. In the last 2 years the employees remain rude, unprofessional & nasty. Either do it right or close it down for good. I will continue to go elsewhere to eat. Pathetic!
I understand with Covid and all... but when you Literally have a sign that says drive thru and carry must wear mask on both doors (out besides some apps for delivery) you would think the door would be unlocked so you can get my said business... NOT everyone can go thru Drive thru... just saying..
Used to live over here years ago.. this location hasn’t changed! Poor customer service.. young kid at drive-through probably on Dope! Doesn’t greet customers or smiles. Can tell he’s there for a paycheck only! Pathetic
Food was cold , bread was kinda stale as if it were premade or sitting out would definitely pass on this Arby's. The store was clean tho.
This place has a hard time understanding "No Arbys Sauce". Its pretty bad when you have to open your food every single time to check it when you order it a certain way.
Careful at the drive thru they will get your order wrong or give you a partial order. It's happened three times, I would avoid this Arby's.
Beer battered fish sandwich; tried it out. Burnt to a crisp. Taste nothing but char. Luckily I got a spicy gyro just in case the fish didn't go well. Took a bite and it was cold. 0 heat; clearly not cooked. Terrible.
Horrible. Grabbed food yesterday around 4:30pm. I was the only person there. Service was slow and terrible. When I got home, order was incorrect. Food was cold and disgusting. I have now tried calling the store 5x since last night (2x last night, 3x so far today between 11am-2:30pm). It rings and rings for about 5 minutes, then goes silent. Every time. No assistance… I would like someone to contact me to fix this. $20 thrown in the trash. This isn’t right. UPDATE: sent the request immediately after Arby’s requested of me. The system that they use is awful, and I still have yet to hear from anybody. Arby’s will officially no longer get mine or my husband‘s business ever again.
Since March 2019 their orange cream shake is " broken" but it's still on their menu and employees always answer- " it's not available, but will be soon". Heard this for 2 years now and still no orange cream shake. Employees have no clue what's going on, mgmnt seems to have no clue, and the service has gone down immensely. I wouldn't recommend this location at all. My last 4 orders have been wrong and if you go back to show them and ask to have it fixed, you get nothing but attitude and it's not worth the trip back. Take your losses bc corporate does nothing either.
Slow white people. Dont put the marinara sauce in the bag then ask if you need sauce. Like duh i ordered cheese sticks stupid question. Then had to ask for the water i ordered at the window. He gives me this dinky little cup in 90 degree weather. Like what he doing stealing toys from the kids meals? Two cars in front of me and the food is hot as hell. You know as soon as a customer orders cheese sticks you drop them.
Almost $17 on the new steak and cheese sandwich and a chicken wrap. Fries were old, steak sandwich was awesome dripping cheap barbecue sauce and chicken wrap with something that you just throw away after the first bite. When did Arby’s totally lost touch with customers?
Only giving one star so that I could rate them. We just ordered food and when we pulled up to the window the guy making our milkshake took the whipped cream off of the side of the cup with his finger and put it on top of our shake (with no gloves on of course)! He then opened the window like he didn't do anything and we told him no thanks because we saw what he did. I tried to call twice to talk to a manager but they kept just answering the phone and not saying anything! I'll never go there again!
I have always loved Arby's but the staff here apparently dont understand how to use the computer. I asked for a turkey gyro with no tomato extra onion. The guy even repeated it back correctly. But when I received it is was with light onion and had tomatoes. I also ordered a water that was pink so he gave me a cup of tap water instead. I am thoroughly upset. I will not be coming back to this location.
I am posting this review based on a visit my husband (Keith) made to this location today (Tuesday, 04/09/24) around 3:30-3:45pm. He placed his order through the drive-thru (2 Double Beef and Cheddar sandwiches--sandwich only--and 1 small curly fry) and the female employee tried to comminicate the price but was not able to speak English well enough to understand what she'd said. So, Keith proceeded to the window to pay and pick up the order. He handed over a $20 bill, which should be enough to cover the order. (This is what we always order. Also, I checked price online and with tax, it came to $19.45.) When he got to the window, the female employee advised the total was $25 and some change. He again repeated his order and told her that can't be the correct amount, it shouldn't be that much. He asked her what she showed the order to be, the female employee, at the window, rolled her eyes and repeated the amount again. He again, asked her to read the order back to him, and again she just rolled her eyes and attempted to read the order, but Keith again could not understand what she was saying because of a language barrier. He said that can't be right for 2 sandwiches and 1 small fry. She again just rolled her eyes. He at that point was frustrated because he couldn't get anywhere so he asked for his money back and left. Had the employee not reacted the way she had (rolling her eyes over and over) and had made an attempt to communicate to find out why the order was more than it should be, he would have not just left.
If I could have given this a zero I would. My friend and I drove through the drive-thru today and she got a value meal all I wanted was curly fries. Drive up to the window and they handed my friend her value meal, they did not put my curly fries in. So I asked her if she can make me some curly fries because she forgot , she rolled her eyes and got angry. The order was completely wrong, she didn't put everything in the bag and they didn't put cheese on the sandwich that my friend paid for. The fries tasted like fish, I guess they don't change the oil bend there. The lady was being rude and should be fired. Her name on the receipt is Zandra.
We each had the French Dip Sandwich. The French dip au jus was a slight brown watered down sauce. No flavor what so ever. Totally ruined the taste of the Sandwich. Just wet! Won't be going back to this location for French Dip Sandwich. Seems other reviews state the same problem. Guess they are cutting cost by watering down the product. 🤮
Horrible service! Never again will my family and i will be going there. We got to the drive thru just before they close the guy asked to take our order and as soon as my husband said “give me a second” the guy turned the lights off form the menu and turned speaker off. We drove by the drive thru window thinking he would take our order there but he didn’t even said he was closed or apologize he just waived his hand as it was closed. This was so unprofessional! He should’ve taken the last order since he had greeted us already! I will be calling corporate on this fast food place. 11/18/2022
This is a disgusting Arby’s location. The bathroom was so disgusting that I walked in, and walked right back out. If the cleanliness of the kitchen is any reflection of the cleanliness of the bathroom, no one would ever want to eat at this place. And I won’t.
My wife and I tried the Waygu burger today at lunch. We ordered the "deluxe." Don't waste your time. This location is slipping away. It used to be the best in the area, no longer. This burger is described in Arby's ads as pink in the middle. Not these hockey pucks. These burger patties resembled hockey pucks as they were dark the outside and gray and overcooked on the inside. With so many awesome burger joints in Texas, don't waste your money on this expensive excuse for a burger. The best part of these burgers were the veggies. What does that tell you?
First off the service was very slow. Which, I would not have minded if the food had been hot and fresh. Two roast beef sliders. I truly think they were made yesterday. For my side salad, the lettuce was wilted and had started to turn brown. This was so bad that if I wasn't rushed to get back to the place my husband was having day surgery, I would have returned it all.
Almost no customers when I came in. Took so long to finally have someone take my order that I almost left. As soon as my order was in the guy pointed at the register to swipe my card and walked away. Never got a receipt or an order number, guy running the counter extremely unfriendly in general. Someone asked him for mustard and instead of giving them some, grabs the whole box and sets it on the counter and walks away. On the plus side, food is good, but not worth the experience.
This is a worse place you can go for ordering foods. I couldn’t believe that they didn’t have a regular fries there. So I ordered a large curly fries. They didn’t have a large curly fries either so, they gave a small and middle size curly fries instead but, they were also old and cold. I think, employees there were just lazy to fry the fresh French fries again. I won’t go there again.
I can always rate the food amazing but not today cuz I didn't even get to have a chance to order it went through the drive-thru as of 1:00 this afternoon it was not greeted on the intercom very nicely at all that's what made me drive off. You think that you would when you're working for a company you.You would be like Hi my name is blank thanks for coming to Arby's how may I take your order or something along those lines no. I get! YOU READY? Not how may I help you or are you ready or anything like that no attitude you ready?? So I drove off this place has went downhill ever since I lived in Allen but I don't live here now I was stopping by and thought maybe It had changed but clearly it has not I see why you have a lot of one Stars if I could give you a zero I would. Management needs to do better with their employees. Companies nowadays just does not care about customer service and care who they hire because if they did they would have energetic people who love their job if you don't love your job it's a good possibility you should find another one.
We come here all the time cause and usually have no issues but today showed me I shouldn't return. At 10:05am on 9/6 we walked up to the front door and there was a dead bird right in front of the door we scooted it away but the door was locked. OK fine we go through the drive through a guy answered. We told him about the bird and ordered our food. We were met with silence. Knocked on the windows. No one. Went back through the drive though. Nothing. If you can't open on time open at 11 like all the other sandwich places.
I have ordered the fish sandwich twice in the past few days and both times it was barely warm and almost cold, even when I ordered during lunch time at noon. Fries were also cold. It seems like they are just frying large batches beforehand and letting them sit out for a while. I’ve ordered the fish sandwich during Lent last year and it was always fresh and hot, so I’m not sure what is happening this time around
