Well I moved out here from Southern California 🌞🌴. & Five Guys finally made their way out there. Never try them when I was still living there. But now there's no in&out in Amarillo. So I finally try them. Their Burgers aren't Bad, just a little pricey. But I still prefer my in&out. But I do recommend you go try them.

Good burgers but crazy expensive and they kind of take a while to prepare everything. I was notified my online order was ready but still had to wait when I arrived.

I forgot that the burger comes with two patties (one patty is called the little burger) so I added a patty without knowing it was gonna be huge. Meat was juicy and the fries were crispy. A little too much salt on the fries but it was okay. Employees were very attentive to who came in and food was coming out in a timely manner. Would recommend eating a burger from here.

Very delicous burger, frys, and chocolate malt. More food then i could eat the regular frys are enough for two people, there was a lot more in the bag. Bacon is a little to thin and crispy to me. Location is difficult to find a parking spot. Price is quit a bit more the i expected for a burger, but overall everything was good.

Good hamburgers and seasoned fries are good, but for the price it's too expensive. They don't even bring the food to you, you have to go back up to the front and pick it up.

Food was alright, tasted like regular burgers. And was really expensive. 45$ for three burgers and two regular drinks. Was also pretty empty, and workers stared at me and my family as we walked in, making me feel kinda awkward. Free refills tho 👍.

Three times now I have come here and I always mention at the register that I want my burger cooked well done. They always say that they cook them all well done and my burger always comes back with bloody stained meat. I’m done. I love the food but they can’t figure out how to cook it. I will never be back.

The employees were great, the food wasn’t bad but I just had higher hopes for it. I was not a fan of the fries, they were incredibly salty. The burger was decent but overall I prefer Freddy’s burgers to these for a fast food option.

THIS LOCATION ONLY, The fries were very over cooked and tasted as well as looked like Old potato... Not good. This has been the 1st time we didn't have a good experience at a 5 Guys. Also less fries than usual but since it wasn't good we didn't eat it anyway.

Food was delicious as always but God was it hot in there. I don’t if it’s just the hotter weather or if the air conditioning needs a tune up but it was way warmer than normally. Hopefully this gets resolved by my next visit

Vastly different experience than other reviewers and other locations. I love this chain, but this location is the worst I've visited. Maybe on off day(?), but two of our burgers had a total of 3 bone chunks and 4 gristle chunks that couldn't even be chewed enough to swallow. The meat was also flavorless. We frequently eat at Five Guys, and this was so far off of what we are used to that we didn't even finish our meals. I do want to say that the folks working were very nice and service was good, but we were served the worst burger patties I've ever had. Hopefully, this was just a fluke in their supply. You can see in my other reviews that the Santa Fe location I ate at almost one year ago exactly was the best burger I've ever had, so this was super disappointing. Will still eat at FGs, but not here.

We ate here tonight. The food tasted great. But the fries were very salty, we couldn’t eat them. This is the way they gave us our food. They could have put these fries in a separate bag.
