I have been to other Chipolte restaurants before, and this one is the best that I've seen. The staff is super friendly everytime even if it's a staff change. The food is always very fresh and it smells amazing in there. Recommend this place!

Nice chain restaurant that has easy to calorie count and fun to eat food. Like to grab for dinner at work and also just great for those with nutrition limitations and I love the option. It’s been a good replacement for those of us who remember and loved Moe’s in Amsterdam

I've been here a few times now and every time I come in, I'm always pleased! Everything seems tidy, workers are super friendly (they're amazing!), bathroom was clean, chips were more than fine, the app worked well, and the food is always good :-) I am SO happy there's a Chipotle closer to home! Thanks for the wonderful service!

I have been to this Chipotle a number of times and always found it to be well staffed and well stocked with efficient service and a relatively clean facility. Service has always been friendly and helpful, in a time when it seems many Chipotles are seriously lacking in effective staff. Will definitely be returning!

Gone to a few times and haven't had any negative experiences as some mention. Better than all but one Chipotle in the capital area. The food was good, the restaurant was clean, and the workers were kind and happy. I'll be continuing to stop by and getting Chipotle

Worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. Right now… it’s a Friday night, 630pm, they don’t close until 10. The bar is near bare, No steak, no carne, old dry chicken, rice all stuck together, nothing on the grill, this place is ALWAYS TERRIBLE. This isn’t the first time. I don’t expect perfection, I’ve learned to have low standards for pretty much any takeout in Amsterdam at this point, but why chipotle? it’s like the one thing you just shouldn’t be allowed to destroy, yet based off my experiences and the hundreds of dollars I’ve wasted here hoping just ONCE they’d get it right, that’s exactly what has been allowed here at this location, they have destroyed what is the brand standard of “chipotle” I drive all the way to niskayuna chipotle most of the time now just to avoid this one, however tonight I was hungry and it’s 5 mins from home and figured it’s dinner time on a Friday, how bad could it possibly be? Welp. Bad. It was so bad I left with nothing as they had nearly nothing on the bar, dirty dishes strewn everywhere on the prep tables empty grill, two employees who could care less about anything besides serving what was already made and letting it run out. I’m sure this can’t be good for business. The place was EMPTY. No one there on a Friday night… I see why. Take my review and all these other reviews seriously and don’t waste your time at this location. It’s absolutely atrocious. I’ll take a wild guess and say it’s probably the manager they brought here from McDonald’s causing this place to be so awful, she was terrible at McDonald’s and brought that place to its knees. Now completely overhauled, how long sales gonna slump at this chipotle before they kick her out of this place and bring in appropriate management that respects QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE? This place should be shut down. No standards is the standard. You’ve been warned! *UPDATED 02/24 TO REFLECT THE DRASTIC CHANGES SINCE PRIOR REVIEW. This chipotle has made a total 360 in my opinion. I now eat here daily. Lily and her team have really done an amazing job in turning this location around. If you are hungry, Give it a shot. Daytime is Always on point… Night time (6-close) can get a little rugged, they’ll run out of stuff and not want to make more, staff is a little less attentive, unless the manager is there.. when manager is in at night, all good…if she’s not there at night, I’ll usually pass as the bar gets ran thru and shows it.

Always good fresh food. Definitely a healthier alternative to fast food. But no free chips and salsa like MOE'S! The atmosphere feels like a cold cafeteria. I prefer Moe's over chipotle.

The place looked like a tornado tore through it but I will say those kids behind the counter were hauling ass to get it done. Will be back of the guac isn’t gray next time. Cold beer, they were out of Chipotle sauce, but it’s because they were absolutely slammed! The staff didn’t take a breath, just kept on going. Hire someone to clean though please the place was disgusting. Went Friday night, middle of June and got a burrito bowl with a side of chips and a Corona Light. Thanks guys!

Food was as expected. Although there was a trainee who made my dinner dates burrito far smaller than my own, which needed an extra tortilla because it was stuffed. The grapefruit Izzy Pop was refreshing, and the glass Coke bottles are NOT twist off haha

Everything has always been great here for me, but they frequently run out of common choices like both chips AND guac. No guac makes me sad. Guac is awesome. If you order an out-of-stock option online, you're politely told you can get a refund through their 800 number, but thats a hassle/not even worth anyone's time. 5 stars when everuthing's available, but 4 for now.

A mighty fine burrito. Stopped in and placed my order in person, going with a burrito, and a bag of chips with queso. Coming to a little under $20 before tip. Ended up standing at the register for around 5-6 minutes while one of the workers kept yelling for chips to be made, while another one slowly worked on refilling ingredients, another was busy cooking in the back, and another was handling online orders. It was a little awkward, but eventually the chips were acquired and I was out the door. Back home the burrito was delicious, large, and nice and warm. My choice on fillings, the fajita veggies, pinto beans, chicken, queso, lettuce, shredded cheese, and brown rice is on point. The queso for the chips was a bit grainy, and the accompanying chips were a tad too salty. Overall an average meal and an average experience.

Seems like they need some more help or make the wait longer for online orders. My order of just chips and queso was supposed to be done at 8:10 and didn’t get my order until 30 minutes later…shouldn’t even bother ordering online.

The food and atmosphere are standard for Chipotle but the Chipotlane is so slow. They often don’t pay attention to the lane traffic. We’re always waiting 5-10 minutes just to speak to someone.

Very disorganized staff. Dubious food prep standards (saw a staff member mixing rice with no gloves on after having placed the metal container containing the rest of the rice on top of rice already in the mixing bowl). The staff privileges filling Doordash orders instead of greeting and serving walk-ins, and they left only one representative to service walk-in customers while many of them walked around, made themselves food, or just stood there. Manager who rang me out was terse, rude, and spoke condescendingly to the representative working the food counter (who was clearly the oldest member of the team by possibly 20 years). Dining room tables had not been cleaned; thankfully they have outside tables. Since it's the only Chipotle in the area, I will probably return, but should their attitude and food safety practices not improve, I will stop going there

Spent roughly $15 per bowl AND they charge for a bag of chips!! The portion sizes are a joke with the price they’re charging. It’s a different style of food for the area, which is great, but after seeing what you get… it makes it hard to want to come back. This isn’t a one time deal either, I’ve been here 3 or 4 times since they opened several weeks ago and it’s the same every time. The location in Albany serves you more for your dollar but I’m not going to go 45 minutes one way for dinner. So I’m sad to say this but, I’d rather go across the parking lot to Moes, even if it’s lower quality compared to here. Someone please speak to your manager about the ridiculousness of your portions.

It is very unfortunate, a location opened very recently, I am a person who first sees the place and then decides if to eat in the place, since I got out of the car I saw all the tables outside dirty and then when we entered it seemed that a tornado had happened inside, the most unfortunate thing is that all the staff were not busy because the place was empty so there was no excuse to avoid being able to pass cloths to the tables or sweep the floor. very terrible and sad.

Was coming once a week but will never be coming back. I made an order for the drive through. I don't know what I did wrong but I wasn't greeted, they didn't ask for my name, she handed the bag over and looked so mad at me. I'm not sure what I did wrong but I'm not doing that again.

I ordered a steak quesadilla will fajita veggies and one of the 3 sides was the vinaigrette (the whole 2 reasons I ordered from here). I waited a whole 45 minutes before the app said my order was ready. I drive up and they couldn’t find my order. I waited another 15 minutes and then they told me there were no fajita veggies. Then I got home opened up my order and there was no vinaigrette either!! Completely disappointing. I will not be coming here again.

Portion control is a joke. The serving spoons are there for a reason. They should at least give the full spoon. Red short haired employee was very nice but robbed me blind with the serving sizes. 11$ should result in a decent sized meal.

So I did an online order had it delivered through door dash, i got 4 meals chips and guacamole along with 3 drinks. I never got one of my meals my drinks and chips. Do not recommend delivery especially when they are busy.

Not as great as it used to be. Staff is unfriendly, miserable. Portions are extremely small. There's no consistency. Just not worth it any more. Easy copy cat recipes online are way better and cheaper.

Food is normally decent, portions vary on who is serving you. Paid for double meat today and basically got two half spoonfuls. My boyfriend got a single serving after me because he saw what my “double” portion looked like. I’ve gotten to the point where I’ll only get food here if I see the employees that actual give a double serving of meat. Also, the last two times I’ve been in this location had been out of things. Guac, fajita veggies, etc. it’s sad I have to go the the grocery store after ordering here just to have my bowl completed. I’m kinda over it honestly. I think today will be my last time in for a while, it’s just not worth it anymore.

Visited after 5 pm, many tables were dirty, but the floor was disgusting with the bright sun shining in the big glass windows a days worth of wiping everything onto the floor from the tables. Maybe clean the floors more often.

Chipotle in Amsterdam is unfortunately by far the most poorly led Chipotle that I have ever been to. Consistently out of food, door dash orders consistently missing items, or made incorrectly. Recently spent ten minutes in line just watching them make food back on the grill and I had to walk out. They had two on the grill, one on the register and two working the drive through.

The gentleman who helped me is destined for great things. Acted well under pressure. Ordered a couple bowls w/ rice. A snobby employee took the rest of the white rice as the employee was making my bowl. The gentleman helping me looked mortified but tried his best to not let me down! Aside from that the entire establishment was nasty and the health inspector should drop by there! Filthy dishes everywhere, and the dining room was grotesque. Upon exiting the building I regretted even purchasing the food but the great customer service I received from the gentleman who made my food is why I paid and moved on. We won’t be going to this Chipotle again.

The employees were very attentive but all the food surfaces were filthy. None of the counters in the back were clean. They were busy sure, but it looked like there was a food fight in the prep area. The floors were really dirty (not a rainy day) and the bathrooms weren't much better. Paid 30 dollars for a burrito and burrito bowl that promptly made us sick that evening. Still not right the next day. Will not go back. Feel bad leaving this review because the employees were SUPER nice... so at least they have that going for them.

I never post reviews ever. But my husband and I very rarely eat here. It’s like a treat for us on date night if we choose it. Anyway this is the closet one around us. 45 minutes. We went to this one a couple months ago. And they were out of everything 2 chickens and salsa and a few other things. We were bummed to say the least but we came all that way and made the best of it. No commutation at all between the employees. The cook was not even making anything when we were standing there. Ok so this past Saturday I was in the mood for Chipotle would you not know it out of everything again. And about 6 people behind us and 3 in front of us. How are you going to be out of everything that makes you Chipotle? Again cook in back not doing a damn thing.my husband noticed that the person doing to go orders had all their trays full of all protein and all the fixings. When we were walking out. So we didn’t get what we came in for and again had to settle. This place is poorly managed to say the least. For what they charge they should have everything available for customers to choose from.

Entered the food line planning on dining in and every table was disgustingly dirty so we left and walked over to Popeyes for good food and very clean dining area and friendly staff

Stopped in for dinner on a Sunday night, it wasn't busy but the place was a mess. I ordered a carnitas burrito, had to wait while they reheated the queso and was given a dribble of it for my $1.55. Sat down with my wife and son to eat, took one bite of my burrito, and it was frigid. I figured it was the salsa and sour cream, but I dug out a piece of carnitas and that was tepid as well, definitely in the 40°-140° danger zone. Went up to the counter to say something and the cashier looked at me blankly when I told him it was cold, called over another person who looked incredulous that I dare say my burrito was cold, a third person came over(shift manager I assume) she offered to remake it, which she did, incorrectly. It looked like it was wrapped by a drunk toddler and somehow the foil was on wrong? It was an adventure to eat this monstrosity without incident. I wish I could say that after all that I was rewarded with a delicious burrito, but I can't because it was terrible. Spoke with the shift leader again as we were leaving and she informed me they were trying to dial in the temps on the burrito station, and raised the temp on the cold side from 9°f to 12°f. Which explains the ice cold salsa and sour cream. She also mentioned that the GM was off this weekend, at a brand new store not even open a week. That is an absolute joke, only a terrible GM takes an opening weekend off and leaves a new team to figure it out on their own. Hopefully no one gets e coli or listeria before they figure it out.

I was sooooo excited to come to chipotle because I’m from the city , I came in excited to get my order and their out of fajita veggies ??? If satisfying the customer is there priority being across the street from Walmart and not having green peppers onions ??? Something sooo simple after opening not even two weeks ago is unacceptable I’m sorry ! Just killed my whole mood . Update!!! I went back the chipotle because like I said before I love it , but little mrs Samantha thought it was okay to charge me for xtra meat after being in my business when she should of been worried about cashing out customers . Mind you they were already down to the last bit of meat in the bowl I’m talking basically scarps so I got the last of it and for her to charge me for extra meat and they didn’t even write xtra meat on the bowl! I didn’t ask for extra meat like Really? When the employees start to act like it’s their own personal kitchen that’s a problem they lost one ✌🏽

I pass by the balltown road Chipotle as well as the Latham Chipotle on my way home I'm going to start going to those because ONLY the Amsterdam Chipotle will only allow online digital orders for quesadillas This Chipotle is also too inconsistent. I have driven tractor trailer cross country and I've gotten Chipotle in all states in this Chipotle The flavor is always off but just doesn't seem like the brand that I'm used to. It's definitely not Chipotle standard. I always end up getting good Chipotle when I visit the other two stores for this area They also have way more employees for how little busy it is every time I've gone in here but yet they always seem to be out of the specialty drinks like watermelon limeade the berry fresca

I have ordered from this location 4 times everytime something was wrong. !st order did with the Chipolle App. I didn't not get what I asked for at all. Second time I went into store didn't have all the things I wanted. Thrid time again didn't have the same item the pepers and onions and Fourth time no shredded cheese. I will not give them other chance. I asked why don't put a sign up at where you order saying what you don't have was told to easy to do that don't feel it is needed.

I literally was the only person in this store on 5/31 @ 1pm and they refused to make a chicken quesadilla unless it was ordered online. This is the only location that has ever done this & again, I was the only person in the store. A chicken quesadilla takes 2 seconds to make…. How does this make sense? Yeah no, not happening, if you are too lazy to make a chicken quesadilla than I’m not coming here anymore. Chipotle, really?!

So update..it's been a year and here I sit 15 minutes waiting for food I ordered online. RIDICULOUS..and didn't complete my order even the app didnt add to it. Disgusting Chips always stale. My husband had a bowl with nothing but fat.. SHOULD HAVE PUT IN A CHIK FILA. Tried ordering online. Kept saying come back later. Ordered over phone..automated..that's a joke too

I went in to place an order for my wife and I and ask the employee for rice and tomatoes plain with no cilantro. She asked another employee behind the counter he said we don’t have plain rice. I know for a fact they have it in the back they were just too lazy to go get it. Not the first time at this location.

Ordered online at 6:40 , chipotle said it would be ready at 7:00 pm, arrived at line for window at 7:05 and waited for the cars in front of me, finally everyone left the line except to suv at the window , at 730 went I side anf they Said they were waiting for chicken to cook. Finally received our food at 7:38, one of the poorest managed chipotle I have ever seen

I have really been holding back on this review. I've been up in the Amsterdam area for work for the past 6 months and I have been coming to this location once a week. This location has delayed openings for twos multiple times, i have been at the counter ordering when two employees were yelling and cruising out each other on who was training the new person. I have placed orders online and sit and waited for over 30min in person. I just picked up my order and the entire bag of chips is stale. At this point just expect the worse quality of service and the food portions to be small.

Oh boy where do I begin. This place is one of the dirtiest places I've ever been to none of the tables were clean. I asked for chicken and they were out of it. I got a coke from the soda fountain and it definitely wasn't that. I also got some salsa for the chips we bought and it was sour and tasted old. Never again will I ever come back here.

Placed an online order to pickup at 7:00 PM. Arrived at 7:05 and proceeded to wait in the parking lot for 60 minutes. Meanwhile I watched nearly 20 customers order and get their food and I’m still waiting. I still don’t have my food and the darn parking lot is empty. I finally went in and my food was just sitting there. I’m so glad I sat in the parking lot and ate 3 bags of chips. I don’t even want this damn food anymore. Thank you so much😘

Worst customer service in history! Who hires staff that starts problems and threatens to fight their customers. Especially pregnant women! I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone ever!!!! Gabriella needs to be fired!

The order was all messed up. I despise queso and specified that I didn’t want any, and yet they put queso. I said I didn’t want any guac, and YET they gave me double guac. Random onions in the bowl, uncooked pieces of chicken, random bell operes. What’s going on????? WHERE ARE MY BEANS???

Went about a year ago and burrito split in half lengthwise and they refused to remake it. Decided to give them another chance today and this time it just wasn’t even rolled correctly. It was falling apart before it was even wrapped in the foil. Employees were rude and did not listen to portion requests such as light sour cream, I instead got a mountain of it. Between the improper construction and ridiculous amount of sour cream it was a sloppy mess that was very difficult to eat and not even palatable.

HORRIBLE Chipotle location. I have had over 15 issues with this location. The workers are rude, sloppy, greedy and NEVER say sorry for being out of something or wrong on an order. I have had a worker not even say sorry for being out of a dressing. I have had a worker YELL at me for saying I was wrong and then 5 mins later “oops sorry you were right.” I have TRIED to contact customer service many many many times and I hear nothing back. This place needs to shut down! The workers need to learn hard work. I have worked food service and I would never act like this. Have some pride in your job and learn the line “the customer is always right.”

This place is an utter disappointment since shortly after opening. They fired the lady who was supervising initially and there has been no supervision since. The countertop work area is always filthy, there are dirty pots stacked up everywhere, & they are always out of 1 or 2 items. This establishment is an embarrassment to the Chipotle organization.

I am very disappointing all the time they had Spanish people the food is good, especially the rice. I went today and the rice it was hard like a rock I almost break a tooth on it and i had another order that needed to be replaced because of the same reason and that order took about 20 minutes to complete. Amd on top of that they said they didn’t have a medium cup so they gave me a large and didn’t adjustment on the soda. I hope this review make some changes to how the service here i will not be coming back to this location.

On 6/12 I decided that I really wanted Chipotle It had been on my mind and I was craving it. I drove 20 minutes and was so ready to eat there. When I arrived I stood and waited in line and was finally given my chance to order, finally being able to get what I've been craving to be told oh were out of barbacoa, steak , cheese and other things. What a giant let down, I was very disappointed by this. They then proceeded to blame it on the new GM, but what was stopping you all from putting as a sign on the door that you're out of that stuff, especially cheese, it's a key element of anything you serve. The GM needs to obviously learn how to order food and have it prepped for an entire dinner service. Probably the most disappointed I've been in Chipotle in a while.

This location is in some need of serious help. The first time we went they ran out of half of the ingredients so we were unable to order what we wanted. They didn’t seem to care whatsoever. Tried to go back a second time and they also didn’t have half of their items. No one was even there. Apparently one grill wasn’t working and they had no back up. They also couldn’t make any more chips according to the sign on their door. I frequent other chipotles and have never experienced the issues that this location always has. We left empty handed. I can’t imagine this location lasting at the rate they are going.

This is the second time I had issues with this chipotle. I understand when they ran out of something but to not tell you when you go pick up your order and than mock you when you go in to let them know that you got something other than your order is just wrong. I was told “what, can’t you eat that?” It’s not what I order and I just wanted to know why I was given something else. Really terrible customer service and it sucks because it’s the only chipotle in Amsterdam. I had to call guest service before over another order because they said there was nothing they could do when I order using their app and it was not delivered. They were really rude and would not give me the number to get help from guest service over my order. Thankfully the lady at guest service (that I had to find the number online for) was kind and good enough to reimburse me for an order that was never delivered. This really sucks. I like Chipotle and now I won’t be able to have it much at all unless I go out of Amsterdam because I can’t trust the management here to be kind or actually have tell me what they put in my food.

Ordered a pick up, burrito was ice cold through out. Two kids meals were supposed to be cheese quesadillas with fruit, no fruit and no cheese in the quesadilla literally just tortilla.

There hasn't been one time we've ordered from this place that they haven't messed up my order. The one time I ordered my sons quesadilla with a side which was an orange, the orange was literally half moldy... who thinks that's okay to serve? Not only were our bowls incorrect this time, but how is it that every time we order chips and queso, that we never get the chips? Like we literally selected the option "large chips and queso" and received only queso... thanks

They run out of main ingredients and don't seem to care or want to make it right. They treat the customers like you are "privileged" to eat there instead of offering good customer service with a smile. Until management is changed and new employees are brought in that treat the customers right I will avoid this location.

Terrible all around. Food took forever, dining area was a mess, but really the most striking thing was the terrible attitude exibited by the staff. The guy making to-go orders was visibly upset slamming things around and cursing under his breath. I would have left 0 stars of possible.

This location is total garbage. Do not waste your time or money. Husband stopped to grab dinner for us on a busy Wednesday night and they were CLOSED at 7pm for no discernible reason. If it’s within 2 hours of closing and they are out of something they will not make more. How is this location even making money? Stay away. Go to Taco Bell.

Horrible management, disrespectful staff, calling customers and other names, swearing (not kid friendly) The smell of Marijuana and seeing staff 'high' The rudeness of higher up staff to the employees beneath them, especially this past Friday...ive never seen an establishment so bad, gross, very messy and dirty. I placed a digit order online through my Chipotle account that added up to $154.98. I had placed the order about 10am on 12/17 for a 11:40am pick up through the digital lane. There was a line so I didn't get to the window until 11:50am. I gave my name and was told that my order was not ready. I said "ok but I placed the order early"? The girl at the window proceeded to blame the person ahead of me saying their order was larger than mine. I asked her what she wanted me to do. Wait in the digital pick up lane or pull ahead. She told me to do whatever I want. I decided to wait right where I was. I was then told about noon that they no longer had fajita veggies for half my order. And was asked by another staff member if I would like a replacement. I told him I would take some pico on the side. (I never received the pico). After 12:15pm, the girl finally came back to the window. She again told me the wait was because of the order in front of me. I told her it was unacceptable that I had to wait 35 mins for my order. I told her I would be contacting her manager. She proceeded to tell me to call whoever I want and to never come back and gave in the middle finger.

Absolutely HORRIBLE. The “manager” doesn’t do her job. NO MEAT ON THE LINE AT 6 PM. The place was a disgusting mess, I left without a bowl, how do you NOT HAVE WHITE RICE?!?! NO CARNE? NO BARBACOA?? NO QUESO??? SALAD GREENS WILTED AND NASTY. THIS CHIPOTLE LOCATION HAS BECOME DISASTROUS. Stay away!!! On the rare occasion they actually have anything on the bar I doubt that it has been handled properly. It’s like a cross contamination paradise. Absolutely disgusting. GET NEW MANAGEMENT!!!!!

I should have taken pictures because the condition of this location was absolutely disgusting. The tables, floors and beverage areas were all littered with food, some of the food in the line were dry and crusty on top and beverage containers were empty. I love Chipotle but this particular location is horrific.

i ate a bowl from here last night, woke up fighting for my life. the food tasted off but i was so hungry i didn't think much of it. i'm never eating from this location again. not until they get new management. the current manager used to manage the moe's in amsterdam and that restaurant was always disgusting. i'm not surprised at all. idk who picks the managers and how they last this long but clearly you don't need to do much. meanwhile everyone else suffers the consequences.

Every Sunday after church we head over to chipotle to get food. For the last 2 months it’s been worse and worse. There’s no pride, no joy, no helpful effort, no desire to do their job correctly. The makeline of food is a mess and always looking old, stale and passed its prime. They get basic instructions wrong when asking to assemble an order. Rush and want to quickly slap the next thing on before a sentence is finished. The worker had remake my food 3 times! In a row!! They kept adding the same thing I specifically told them I did not want! Then waited for 5 minutes standing at the checkout while the line backed up before anyone came to cash me out. The 3 workers looked like they could care less about work let alone the customers. Store was messy and dirty. Nothing looked fresh or welcoming. Disappointed not to see pride and eager effort in the fast food workplace. Time to go elsewhere to eat for sure.

I went into this Chipotle at 12:30 PM on a Thursday for lunch. When I made it to the counter to order, I noticed that there was no meat on the line. I asked if more carnitas or barbacoa were available, only to be told that none was ready and it would be at least 20 minutes because they were just starting to prepare it. Really? 1.5 hours into being open and you are completely out of several main menu ingredients? I have no idea how this location stays in business

God awful service. Extremely slow. One of the workers, Liz or something similar, mumbled under her breath when I asked her to remake my order (after making it wrong 3 times already). Not only was she slow, she was insanely rude. If you’re going to talk poorly of customers, do it out of earshot. Not only that, but rolling her eyes, sticking her hands in my food, UNGLOVED. I had a piece of black hair in my bowl, as well. I’m disgusted. I rarely treat myself out like this and to have such a terrible experience is upsetting. I truly expected more from this location and its workers. Food was great, experience was terrible. Do better, Chipolte. Fix your workers attitudes.

This is probably the worst experience I ever had here the whole table where they serve your food was messy and dirty and they had flys all over the cooler food and they did not have anything ready or cooked this isn’t the first time that I went and they were not properly prepared 2 employees where gone line at the door then they come out laughing while one hard worker was on the grill. I really hope management gets this resolved. I am highly upset being that this is the only chipotle within miles and I had to Endor this .

1 star across the board was as low as I could go. This Chipotle SUCKS!!! Never a problem at other locations. I’ve had to have multiple refunded orders. Burritos are never right, now look at this quality of work that they produce. This is BS! Chipotle- fix this location. It’s borderline robbery.

My food was terrible, barely any meat. They were out of multiple items. It didn't taste that great. No chips anymore. I waited about 5min to get cashed out, despite no one being ahead of me in line Then there were no napkins. The place was a mess. They were out of most of the drinks. The whole area was a mess. Stay away from this place.
