These guys almost never get my order right especially if I order delivery. I order from the app and get delivery and it's like they totally ignore what toppings I choose and throw pepperonis on for no reason. I've called, talked to the manager, etc. but it doesn't matter. If I contact saying the delivery order was wrong I've been told the best they can do is refund like 20% or something ( it's been awhile so I can't remember). When the place gets my order right it can be amazing so I keep trying and they keep failing. 😢

If I could give them a zero I would.I really would like to know how long this pizza has been sitting there!!!! It's overcooked andIt's cold dry And hard. That's just the pizza The cheese bread is also cold, dry and hard and has absolutely no taste. The Inside bottom of the box that it came in was black, but the bread was not. We'll have to start going a little further to get better pizza.

Been going to this location for 4 years . NE 34TH LOCATION next to Cricket wireless. Today (5-3-25) at 3 Came and got some pizza. I get home and they are burnt. Came back. They gave me 3 fresh pizzas. They never apologized for the inconvenience. The employees are in the back playing including the manager. Now I see why the pizzas were burnt ALL PLAY AND NO WORK !

crazy puffs are always dry, if they even give me the right ones, i always have to wait and get pulled even just for one item, employee once tried to sell me weed, you’re better off going to the pak a sak and getting a hunt brothers pizza, atleast there they have good service, good pizza, and its actually hot n ready unlike little ceasers

Concerned. I ordered two pizzas, the pretzel stuffed crust pepperoni , a pretzel crust cheese pizza and the Italian cheese bread. My smallest thing was the cheese pizza came as a stuffed crust pizza. I understand that most people would love to get that as a mistake in their order but I'm that person that only orders pizza for the crust. So the cheese pizza was for me and I couldn't eat it. Since I got the Italian cheese bread I figured that would be fine...I'll eat that but I noticed an off taste, i looked at the bottom of the cheese bread it was a dark gray color. Something told me to stop eating it. I put it under a light and peeled off that part of the crust and it was silver in color. Thats clearly not a natural occurring color in pizza. Im not talking about char or broiled cheese. This was inside and throughout the dough. It has a weird smell like earthy-ness and made me think of mold. I tried calling during business hours to ask and see what it could've been but no one answers and the message box is full. I feel anxious about it. I wouldn't have posted this if it wasn't for the smell,taste and not being able to talk about it with someone. Pictures posted do look more gray but it has a silver sheen or something, chemical type or bitter taste.

Bought food for my grandparents. Pizza cold and old and bread sticks where still raw came back up here with 3 pieces missing and 2 bread sticks because they thrown them away. And I was told there was nothing they could do because I didn’t have the full meal. She said if I go get all the food out of the trash then maybe we could talk about a refund.

Had to knock on the drive thru window because nobody would come talk to me, nobody was inside at all. The pizzas were old, burnt & gross. The workers were high. Won’t waste my money there ever again.

Ordered a hula Hawaiian and only half the pizza had ham and pineapple while the other half was cheese. Some of the pizza didn't even have the toppings on it at all. We also got some crazy bread and they weren't cooked all the way. Plus we didn't get any sauce that we were supposed to get. Normally this location is good but this is not acceptable. I get people are short staffed but things like this should not happen.

Just went in to Little Caesars off of 34th & Ross and got a pepperoni stuff crust pizza and this is what they gave me. All the center of the pizza was burned with no sauce, toppings, nothing. I’m not going to waste more gas going all the way back to complain. I’ll just eat the crust and not go back. It’s my fault too, should have inspected my order before leaving.

I waited for 26 minutes for uncooked pizza. I need my money back and my time. This is the absolute first time we have ever had an undercooked pizza. The entire sausage patty was still raw. Needless to say, we will not come back.

Possibly the worst service in the world pizza not done or half is burnt and other half not done ordered barbeque wings and they gave me buffalo. I would not recommend this place to anyone
