I do not recommend this place at all. We messaged her two weeks ago about our complains and no response which is very unprofessional. She hasn’t taken any accountability or send any refund or even apologize. The staff were very rude when we would ask for help they acted like they didn’t know a wedding was going to happen. I don’t recommend this place at all you’re better taking your business somewhere else. So you don’t get screw over like my husband & I. Whenever I had any questions or wanted to make any arrangements for payments Karen was very difficult to get in touch with. She shouldn’t judge anyone by their age just because of the event they are doing. While having the wedding reception I was told that we would get the extra food. When my husband ask about it the guy said there was a bit of beans left but he didn’t give it to us even after we were told we would get the extra food we have pictures and there was more then just beans left over. My husband and I including bridesmaids and groomsmen didn’t eat because they were helping us out with everything else going on. They just took it and probably used it for their restaurant next door. The venue was very hot I complained to the guy that was supposed to be helping us. He simply ignored me which cause my guest to leave. I was told “it was going to be cold so bring a sweater “ Karen said, When we arrive it was at 74. Whenever we tried to reach out to her we couldn’t get in contact with her. She mention that she would be around if needed. Keep in mind if you need an extra table they will charge you $250 plus $35 per person. We were told that sodas and water were included but our guest only received 1 litter of soda per table after that they had to buy it at the bar. If we known we would have gotten it our selfs. As well she mention security was part of the price even though we didn’t need it, if she says that its included it should be there. I think we should get money back for the food and for a services that wasn’t there. This place is overprices not worth your money at all. They should install cameras to see how staff are Im not type to complain but I had to with this one. I hope we get some type of money back but knowing how they are we won’t get anything. Below you will see how much food there was left. I would have put the food away myself If I knew this was going to happen even though I shouldn’t be doing their job on my special day. My guest mention to please never have an event here due to how uncomfortable they felt with rude staff . We ended our wedding early manly due to the rude staff and them not accommodating us. It took us to write a review for her husband to contact my husband. Professionally Karen should have reach out ,they should have not contacted us at 10pm when people are trying to rest.

They don't accept credit cards so you are at their mercy with regard to foreign currency exchange. Their exchange rates are criminal. I never saw 2 drinks and 3 tacos turn into 70 USD so easily. The change on 100 USD is returned at a much smaller rate. Never again. The food was good but the currency exchange put a bitter taste in my mouth.

I wasted my money in this place. I had a contract from last year with one specific price. Due to the pandemic this event couldn’t take place. I come back to book another day but this rude people wants to charge me double of the price that we have in contract at the beginning. I nicely asked if they can return my deposit but they didn’t want to do it. Please don rent any of this party halls, your are going to waste your money and time.

I was here for an event and I was kicked out just because the owners daughter felt like it. She felt entitled just because she didn’t like that friend was dancing right by her. I would give them a negative 5

They ruined my night. We reserved a VIP table well in advance and called several times before the event to confirm. Speaking with Luis Nuñez, he told me my table was already booked, which wasn't true since upon arriving at the venue, they told us it was sold out. Then, to keep us from getting upset, they gave us a corner table without chairs. The waitress was really nice, though. We asked to speak to the manager, but she called him, but he never came. We paid $275.00 for terrible service, and we didn't even have a chance to leave because our tickets had already been paid for. The VIP area was very crowded, and they charged per chair, which was very uncomfortable. They need to pay more attention and be more organized, especially in an area where you pay more than everyone else to have a good time and be more comfortable. Everything was very disorganized. Terrible experience.

Terrible service. We paid for a VIP table to see the machinery show on October 10, 2020. When we arrived, there were no tables available. We waited a long time to get a tiny table without chairs; there were five of us. A waitress brought me a bucket of beers that she said were $25 each. I gave her $40, and she never came back with the change. After such a bad experience, they didn't even deserve a tip. Besides, it was just a one-off thing. We already had a bottle of Buchanan's; we just wanted to have a good time. We drove so far for such terrible service! 😡

It's very disappointing when you go in trusting that you already have a reserved table, only to be told that you're not there. The atmosphere at the Northern Machinery is very good, but honestly, they should be more careful with how they organize their events, so that you don't leave people with a bad time just because you want to fill the place.

Total failure first time yesterday 10/10/2020 at the Northern Machinery dance, we reserved a VIP table, to be more comfortable and have a good time. When we arrived at the place, there was no table reserved, apparently because after 10:30 pm if you don't arrive they give it to someone else, something that they never told us when the reservation was made. We waited a long time to be able to have a mini table without chairs, oh that's true, charging every last dollar. I tried to speak to the manager but he never arrived, he didn't show his face... driving so far for nothing... not recommended☆😡
