So… I ordered A few pizzas while my aunt was in town and Maaaaan they were aweful ! It’s weird because I order from here all of the time, especially when schools in session. I called the store and spoke to the GM named Gavin and baby boy was the KINDEST to me. He offered to drop my money off to me personally since my meal was unsatisfactory. No BS, no upselling, no haggling. Just a seeet voice, calm demeanor, and chill vibe. He actually did drop off my money to me since I paid in Cash a few hours later. SUPERRR AWESOME GM, I have never had this happen to me before and I can tell that he really cares. 100percent will Fa sho still order from this place, sometimes things happen and it’s no stress to just ask for a refund and keep it pushing with a smile. Thanks Gav😊

Solid food. Standard Dominos. Had a bad experience the first time I ordered from here 4 years ago and avoided until this year, but ever since then the pizza I’ve had has always been solid. I use the app and apply coupons and the pizzas are surprisingly affordable (often $12 a pizza!). Only late night food in Arcata and I appreciate the consistently good pizza.
Bro this was the best dominoes I've ever had. Like no complaints. The pizza was crispy, the cinnamon rolls were literally perfect and same with the garlic knots. Delivery was fast and good customer service , so awesome
The manager was pretty cool and easy going and friendly. I was in and out food quality was great tastes better than they used to as a food chain in general. I recommend this one.
I ordered a large honey BQQ chicken to-go. My experience was nothing less than sublime. The pizza and the side of garlic bites were ready for pickup in no less than 10 minutes. The service was amazing, and I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism the assistant manager, Mackenzie, who was more than capable of assisting me with my order. And yet somehow, the pizza was better yet. The the crust reminiscent of the garlic bread one could expect from a fine dining restaurant with cheese that could stretch itself to the moon and back. I made the excellent choice to have Mariana sauce with my order, which could not have gone better with the garlic bites I had, as they both disappeared before I could even comprehend how good they were. As for the pizza itself…. words fail me. I ordered a large, planning to share with my roommates, but before I could blink, half of that cheezilicous pizza had already vanished into the depths of my gut. I typically prefer to make my own food, but as I sit here writing this with the tendrils of a food coma grasping desperately for me, I have little doubt that this will not be the last time I order from this fine establishment. Great service, even greater pizza. Could not recommend more.
Fantastic service, very friendly and helpful. I loved our pizza, extraganzza. All the toppings they offer for a pizza and the crust was very good. My fiance even told the dogs Mama ate her crust which I normally don't and they get them.

I had combo pizza, garlic dip, & a sprite. the delivery was fast and I had text message alerts so I could know when the pizza was going to show up. easy to order online. edit: I had pan pizza later and it is even better! I love it, it is so delicious and soothing. edit 2: the tater tots suck so bad, so I removed a star. can't believe I spent $7 on low quality tater tots with cheese😬I could've made them better myself. They burnt on the edges too dry. I don't even want to eat it honestly. Good thing I had some ranch at least to go with it. the gluten-free pizza is good tho. This time they increased the crust size on the edge so there is room for dipping. The crust is burnt tho😬.

This was one of my go to pizza spots until an illogical rule came to light .No matter the cost of your order none it $48.97 , $57.00 , or $98.00 a patron is only allowed to use $20.00 bills . I am sorry but having to leave a business to seek out change at another business, that 9 times out of ten requires a purchase , no matter the time seems wrong. The unreasonable rule is not something the consumer is aware of before arriving at the location in person. I for one will not be going back because of this .

i normally have no problems, but just yesterday i ordered a pizza and was brought the wrong one, thankfully i caught it before the driver drove off. but then it took an additional 30 minutes to get my correct pizza to me and there was no compensation for the mess up, no refund or even "here we remade this pizza for no point so have both of them" its honestly kind of irritating.

this is actually my first time ordering from dominos in my life i wanted to try something new from my usually pizza spot. i decided to order a L pizza and 32 wings. when the order got here i was disappointed. the pizza arrive cold and it was whatever but the wings were AWFUL it tasted mushy not crispy and cold. Worst of all the wings weren't cover in the buffalo sauce i asked for but instead it was frugally drizzle with a few cum shot of buffalo sauce. i call back wanting a refund and was on hold on the phone a long time the manager was on lunch and i had to get answer from a guy who was under the manager??? i asked for refund just for the wings and even offer to drive the wings back. but he insist on arguing with me telling me he's right and that's how the wings are suppose to look like, going on a long skitzo rant to me about how the store only allow them to use {X}oz amount of sauce on the wings. when i order online it said nothing about how they have to use a certain amount of sauce on the wings.. it said SMOTHER NOT DRIZZLES. I placed a $40 order online to end up not receiving my order in my hands. When I spoke to the manager, Malik, he did provide me with options, however insinuated that I was lying about not receiving my order because his driver said he delivered to the right location… I don’t know too many Janaee’s in this area but why would I lie about food? Especially when I have to provide a number and the name of the apartment… which clearly was not taken into consideration. I know for a fact that the driver who delivered my food wouldn’t even be able to tell me if he gave me my food. The manager was also very rude to my mother when she called acting as if I was screaming at him on the phone. Like who literally buys food to lie and say they never received it? I will never be ordering from this place again.
Have been a fan of this dominos until today. According to CA law "any gift card with a cash value of less than $10 must be redeemable for its cash value upon request." I attempted to do just this today with a card with less than $6 on it. The Manager refused the exchange, failing to comply with CA law. Difficult for no reason, I have done the same thing with low fund cards at plenty of other restaurants, it is not hard to facilitate at all, they just do not care about customers or the law!
Not sure what exactly happened here tonight but it was an absolute disaster. We placed a delivery order by phone at 6:10pm, by 7:21pm we still hadn't received our order so we called to see what was up. The GM answered and let us know the driver somehow ended up at the Motel 6 and not our house and offered to deliver us the same hour plus old pizzas. We repeated our home address, explained the location, and requested they remake and send us new ones. At 8:13pm we still hadn't received our order and so I called again. This time the GM said they couldn't find our house and didn't have a phone number to call us. Despite having given the address twice, they had the completely wrong house number. I've called and ordered from this location on numerous occassions from the same number and they have always had our information so I have no idea why they would suddenly not have any phone number or address. The GM was obviously irritated and pretty rude, saying the reason they had the wrong house number was our own fault because we were "too busy arguing". Having worked in fast food myself for several years, I tend to go above and beyond to be polite and respectful when ordering food or calling with questions/complaints, and I don't think asking for something to be remade is an unreasonable request. In the end we canceled the order and asked to be refunded. Based on the attitude of the GM at that point, I didn't feel comfortable accepting any food from this location.
