Very disappointed that they switched to Pepsi. May not come back. Girl behind the counter dugout a left over bottle of Coke Zero. Only reason I didn't leave.

The worker's are absolutely amazing and friendly, I normally don't like Subway but after my experience at this location I am now a huge fan. My sandwich came out perfect and their lemonade is the best and it was a great environment to have a family lunch or dinner and it was very clean. I would definitely suggest this location!!

Erika and Elijah (who apparently works at a different location and came to help here today) were both great sandwich artists! The line was all the way to the door and they were happy and had good attitudes while making our sandwiches. They didn’t rush on them either!

Ignore the Hateful Reviews, the food is amazing and the 2 young male workers that were working here had an amazing humor and was great service. I'm not disappointed at all, they were not missing any items and made me and my Wife's orders with ease.

Today I went to Subway for lunch when I walked in there was a line and one lady making all the sandwiches. I feel very bad for her, but not once did I see her get frustrated or lose control of the situation she took care of all the customers very gratefully.

So I vowed to never eat at a subway again but I'm I'm pretty hungry and it's the closest thing to the job site so I stopped they redeem themselves the rotisserie chicken sandwich that I got was freaking awesome and it was stacked full of meat, the service was great 😃

I've never seen an individual work as hard and stay as focused as THIS GUY: 8 people in line, cash register spitting out online orders repeatedly, AND he was obviously training the only other person working. He never lost his cool, which I felt remarkable, after assessing the situation. It took 20 minutes for me to get a sandwich, but I didn't mind, because I got to see truly great character in action, and in a person under thirty, no less! I gave the "atmosphere" only 3 stars, because the restaurant's floor looked like it had never been mopped, ever - the kind of thing a homeowner might notice, but not most younger people. The sandwichcwas fine, of course.

I have been visiting here for the past four years. It has gradually been improving. A few years ago I would have rated this location as being terrible. There was always something broken or not right. However, I have seen improvement in their operation. Their location is clean and they always seem to have everything fresh and in stock. I would put it on par with most other Subways. One thing I notice is that there seems to be a high turnover rate in their employees. Every time I go I always seem to see a new face, so it can be difficult to get to know much of their staff.

This Subway serves great sandwiches when they have all the ingredients. But, they seem to be out of something just about every time we go there. Last time they were out of tomatoes, one kind of bread, mayo and, believe it or not, napkins! One other time they were out of two different kinds of bread and tomatoes. Once it was green peppers. It's always something. Poorly managed place. The employees must get tired of apologizing for being out of basic ingredients. Since I posted this review a few months ago this Subway store has come under new management. There has been a remarkable change in the place and in the employees. They always have all the ingredients they need and are more efficient than they have been in a long time. I can now recommend this shop to others. I'm happy to see the change in management.

They must learn to acknowledge people at door. Though it may be end of your shift, you may be training others, it may not be your turn. The trainer must take the lead. Lead by example. Some new kids are too shy and reluctant. Do not know the process or prices. But i am willing to wait and make them learn. Tipped them more to motivate. The people are very friendly. But most of the time its very understaffed. Plan on waiting, dont go if your in a hurry! Example, 1 girl there, 8 people in line, she kept looking up at us as if hoping one of us would jump back there and help?! I almost did! After about 5 min. I asked if she was alone, she said, "yes, yes i am the only one here.." First, if you see 8 people come in, your co workers DONT show up, you should at least tell customers, so they can decide IF they want to wait. Instead of Not even saying hello when we come in, or giving a heads up, for 5-7 min until someone says, is there anyone here to help?

Heather is always a rockstar everytime iv been in, however sticking newer sandwich artists with her during peak hours is wildly inefficient and will ultimately push her (a good employee) away.

The sandwiches are good if they have they have more than 2 types of bread & if they aren't out of the ingredients you want on your sandwich. The olives normally come in cans or bottles so I was surprised when they were out of them. They have been out of beef, steak, tomatoes, & pickles. Also their system is often out so must remember to check that you have enough cash.

Always enjoy coming to this Subway since I work close by. But lately I've noticed that the employees are young and often struggle to get my order right. I understand it but when the employees are playing with each other and not attending the customer it's frustrating. Also, the quality of the veggies have gone down.

This is the WORST Subway I have ever stepped foot in. I will drive an extra 15 minutes to go to the Bartonville location. Every time I go, the people are either rude, dirty, or obviously under the influence of something. It got better several months ago when new management took over, but now it's even worse than before. Save your time and just keep driving to the next one. This place is dirty and the employees are disgusting.

Person working made it clear he didn't want to help us, door buzzer is unnecessarily loud, and they were out of a lot of ingredients even though there were no other people in the restaurant. Probably one of the worst experiences I've had at a Subway.

Ok, I have had enough!! This is the WORST subway due primarily to one employee who makes my sandwich perhaps 50% of the time: Andrew. He has the worst attitude every single time I encounter him. I'm often the only customer whenever I'm there and Andrew never greets me when I walk in or when I leave. When I arrive at the counter he puts on his gloves and just stares at me with a scowl in his face as if I have inconvenienced him with my presence and resents that fact that he has to make my sandwich. He doesn't say a word the entire time except on occasion when he might ask if I want to make it a meal. When I leave the place I feel semi-depressed as if I had just ruined someone's day. That's not how a customer should feel when giving a company my business.

Third time I’ve gone to get a sandwich and they were only accepting cash- “internet out”. I guess things happen, but today- I had a 50 dollar bill. Knowing they could also be short on change for a 50- I asked before ordering if they would accept that big of a bill- one employee responds with yes. Different employee puts together my order- I go to pay and they don’t have change for a 50. I had to leave without sandwiches. I mean if internet outage is an issue- then have a backup plan for having change on hand. At the very least train your staff to deal with these types of situations with more tact.

So I ordered a sandwich from the Argyle subway online. Got there and didn’t mind the long wait. I got home took a bite of it and there was small bones and it was the wrong chicken. I called them to let them know and the girl was so rude. Saying that there’s no way there’s a bone because they check their chicken and I must have the wrong location. Then she said I can come back tomorrow and speak to the manager. I asked for her name and she said Will was her name. So rude and disrespectful. My family and I will not be going back there! Beware of the chicken!

We walk in to subway after a long day just wanting a sandwich and they were moderately busy. there was a nice family in front of us who just finished up before a kid walked and basically stole our spot in line after that ordeal there manager walks in saying there not clean enough at all and we ordered a churro which he salted then did the correct add on while still serving it with salt

Bread was like a rock. Tomatoes were skin. Lettuce brown. Avoided the poor looking meat. Threw 2 sandwiches in trash as could not bite the bread. Should be closed.

Go to ANY other Subway but this location. Having given this location a handful of try's - I wont ever, ever, ever go back. The employees are insanely rude more than 1/2 of the products are not available at any time. The last time I was there, someone was behind the counter making sandwiches who WASNT even an employee and refused to give me is name. Anyone local to Argyle knows this place is trash. I have contacted corporate about this location.

I sent my husband to pick up an order. I ordered a no bready bowl BLT and add pepperoni. I got no bacon. None! We also had chips for my son's meal and those were also not given. I tried to call and the number is going to voicemail. It's a working business they should be answering the phone and getting orders correct. I won't be back.

This has to be the worst Subway in their entire system. Went in today and “worker”, while sitting at a table looking at his phone, said as I walked in “sorry I cant make any orders our system is down”. Lights were on. Bread was out. Meat and veggies were in the display…but can’t make a sandwich. I would have believed him had the exact same thing not happened the last time I went there two weeks ago…and the same guy told me the same thing. I won’t go into the times “sorry no bread can’t make sandwiches”, “sorry no turkey”, etc…. I live 2 minutes away but won’t be going back. This location is horribly managed/owned and its a shame for the actual good employees who work there.

I showed up at 9:10am and the sign says that they open at 9am. They saw me at the door n never acknowledged my existence. That has nothing to do with customer service, it has to do with human decency. At least say sorry we’ll be open later or we’re closed at the moment because… I would’ve thought Argyle would be able to produce a staff with more quality than that..

Terrible: crew of three, that looked and acted like they were on a work-release detail. The employees and manager were sullen, and most of the sandwich toppings had run out. Charged me for a 12" steak and cheese sandwich, when I'd ordered a 6" sandwich, and then manager was angry when I pointed this out to her. She grudgingly handed me $2.00 for the difference, then kept my receipt as the other two inmates began arguing with her: "I just did what the board said!" This was an altogether unhappy place to be and we now know to avoid this place.

Dont really know how to begin, these children are dirty, and disrespectful. 85% they were banging in the bathroom while I was there. They sit in the back and all play with each other instead of doing anything all of the food looks old and not taken care of. They are always out of items and I've heard they do not have a manager. A honest to God waste of my time. I walked in asking for a Subway melt, to which they explain they were out of bread, pickles, turkey, ham and a couple of the other ingredients. When I asked if I could substitute chicken even if it was an up charge, The cashier told me that that wouldn’t be the sandwich that I wanted and began explaining to me how a sandwich works??? Never coming back again.

When I go put to eat I generally give people the benefit of the doubt. People aren't perfect and mistakes happen, especially when a new employee is training. This rating isn't about that. I went in to purchase a few wraps and right as I enter the door a coworker or manager is belittling an obviously new employee who had made a mistake on the cashregister. I watched as he gave her dirty looks, yelled and demanded that she go take my order. I was in no means a rush which I stated. She is obviously upset. Then she is just doing her thing, no one is behind me and I have no problem helping her out with what comes on the particular subs meanwhile he is staring daggers at her, growling under his breath and even comes over and yells at her AGAIN for putting shredded chicken on my wrap. She is completely frazzled holding back tears as she made me the rest of my order. It's a wrap not a lobster! She was obviously trying, so I had to tell him that the wrap was fine because he obviously was going to make her redo it. Then we get up to the cashregister and he'd already put in my order BUT did not in any form tell her that he did and as she went to type it in yells loudly at her, "WHAT DO You THINK YOU ARE DOING!?! I already rung it up!!" Maybe if he had communicated this to her she would have known! I at this point am furious and apologize to her and tell her thank you for helping me. I have half a mind to go back in there and teach him how to treat other people. I have preschool students who can solve problems better than him. Don't ruin someone's day over a sandwich seriously.

I haven’t been to subway in 10 years but due to a required diet change I decided to give subway a try again. I went to this location 3 times and it’s unsurprising why subway is a failing business. This was the experience from one of my three visits but each experience was relatively similar. There were 2 employees and 8 customers in line. One of the employees thought it was a good idea to count bags of chips instead of assisting their colleague on the line. I don’t blame the employee but rather poor leadership within the store.

This used to be a great place, but they have went downhill fast. The bread isn't fresh, the toppings are old and and it's a waste of your money. I wish I could take a picture of this sandwich so you could see how bad it is . Worst management ever !

I live down the street from here and I keep going back. My friends make fun of me that I continue to go back because every time I go something is wrong. A youtube Channel ordering from this subway every day, and seeing how many ways they can mess up, would probably get 1 million views

Ordered 12 inch cold cut, extra meat. I thought it was strange, young man took the bread and started to cut it, stopped put it back. He grabbed another one cut it and made my sandwich, it cost me $13 and change. I get home and the top of the bread is hard as a rock, what a joke for 13 bucks. I don’t call managers/owners of establishments that treat me this way, I don’t go back. I can go an extra half mile the other direction to Bartonville Subway, and that’s what will happen the next time I need a sandwich.

I come here quite often for lunch. I like subways sandwiches and always look forward to eating here, but this past month has been something. There is typically only 2-3 people behind the counter, which is fine. But there is a guy in a black collared shirt who is always on his phone while the other employees are working! He has served me a few times; I felt very disrespected and almost not listened too by him. One time he took care of me and didnt know how to make a dipper or a salad. I then asked one of the following employees who that man was and they said that was the new manager of the store! I usually come here and get great service but definitely not this past month.
