Great service waitresses kept coming asking us, if everything is "ok" food and bread with a special butter was delicious!!!!!

Everyone one is so nice. I ordered a Roadhouse Kill with a Bake Potato 🥔 with everything on it and a side Salad. 🥗 Everything was so delicious. 😋

Typical chain steakhouse experience, our server Madie was was great, they accommodated a special request without issue.

The place was packed but the staff were professional and friendly. I ordered a 16oz sirloin which isn't the best cut of meat but the portion was there. The sides were decent. Definitely try their god-like rolls with butter because it is just perfect.

I wish i could remember our waitresses name but she was training with a man on the day i went (wednesday) she really did an excellent job and i will be coming back!

Texas Roadhouse has great food reasonable prices and friendly service what more can you ask for. Blooming Onion er I mean Cactus Blossom is fantastic, we had sirloin perfectly grilled and fried like chicken both were all you could ask for. Lots of sides and a helpful and attentive server. Now let's talk about the bread it's worth a trip all by it's self. It's the little things a happy face to greet you and a parking space reserved for wounded warriors that make this feel more like a trip to a friend's house than a visit to a we'll run chain. No for my moment of rant. Back when I had to walk to work in the snow blizzards of Houston, we had clear glass ketchup bottles. Servers had to marry them so they were full to begin every shift. Now you younger whippersnappers Uber to work and have red plastic ketchup bottles that always look full. Lies! They aren't even half full and neither is the one you stole off the nearby table. Now get off my lawn and turn down that music. Okay kidding about the music I'm half past deaf and can barely hear it.

The food was really nice, the fries were perfect and nicely sized, rolls were amazing and the waiter was very responsive and kind and always fulfilled our every request. I got the country fried chicken and it was really good, the seasoning on the gravy was perfect and it cut smoothly with the forks. the fried pickles tasted really nice and crispy. the atmosphere is lively and packed but beware the waiting times during dinner can be reaching an hour so i would get on the waitlist through the website just incase.

Well worth the wait. Waitress was fantastic and the manager stopped by to check on their service. (Perfect) Food was good, rolls seemed to be a little different, but still tasty! Adult beverages were on point. Sweet tea was made just right. Our food came out in a timely fashion and looked great! Atmosphere was not to loud and people appeared to be enjoying themselves. Plenty of parking. Peanuts are no longer accessible while you wait, but a vag was waiting for us at our table.

Great food and great service. Our server, Duncan, is a great guy!! He was very knowledgeable and super helpful with our menu questions. We had the ribs and they are always SOOO good here! We went on Thursday, it was a little extra noisy because of a lot of graduating seniors and their families celebrating but the joy from that was a lot of fun to see and hear! If you prefer slightly less noise and crowds, the best time (in my opinion) is typically early-ish Monday thru Thursday evenings. Weekends are always packed here and the noise level is up there. Only thing I think they could improve on is their cocktails. I ordered their Legend Margarita and it tasted really weak when I compared it to the description and the price. This is an issue I have also noticed on other occasions there with other cocktails. In any case, not counting that part, I do recommend going there. The food is great, the service is great, especially if you happen to get Duncan as your server!!!!

Whole experience was Awesome. The food is what was expected cooked to order and very flavorful, so much so I forgot to use the steak sauce that I asked for and normally use all of the time out of habit. Dinner was very good. Texas roadhouse has great options off Steak, chicken, salmon and catfish. They have grilled Chicken salad or salad with Salmon. Steak options include sirloin, ribeye and prime rib. I had Salmon with steak fries and corn for my sides. There was no wait when got there a little past 8pm.

Some friends took us to eat here and the waiting was quick. We were waited on immediately and able to receive our food within an hour. The food was delicious and the bathroom was clean as well.

Jerry was my was my server and he was incredible very polite super friendly and welcoming amazing service!! Made our dining experience incredible!! Made sure my steak was cooked to perfection. Service was super speedy almost no wait! Will be back!!

Oh My Gosh! It was all fantastic! Walked in and was seated right away! Our waitress was totally awesome! She got our drink order and appetizers right away. We had; Fried Mushrooms, Fried Pickles, Rattle Snake Bites, & Fried Jalapeños! They were brought out in a short time and were hot and flavorful! Great Appetizers! I ordered the 6 oz Dallas Filet medium rare with sauté mushrooms and Onions! Mashed Potatoes with Butter, Side Salad with their Homemade Thousand Island Dressing! Steak was prepared Perfectly! Great Meal! My grandson had the Bacon Cheeseburger with Steak Fries! It was cooked perfectly! He added some of the Fried Pickles to it and said it was great! All was great They sat us in the bar area which was fine. Got a little loud with 3 people having Birthdays! It was all fun.

Medallions are one of our favs (comes on a bed of rice AND 2 sides so it's a great dish to share). Kids love the chicken critters.

Texas Roadhouse is always a great place whenever. It’s Mother’s Day and it was packed but the staff and the food was awesome. All the food was delicious the steaks were cooked perfectly and the loaded mac was to die for. Remember don’t fill up on the free rolls before you get your food!!!

The got us in right away on a Friday, our server was very nice and gave great recommendations. Steak was cooked to the temp we asked and My strawberry margarita was surprisingly impressive(didn’t take like just juice like most places). Very impressed for such a busy time.

Always like stopping here as I always know what I am going to get when I order. The restaurant was great even with the busy atmosphere. The food was prepped well and the prime rib was delicious. I was really satisfied with the meal overall, will be back again for more good food.

We go here often, and every time we do it’s a good experience. The staff is friendly, quick to get you drinks, and overall just a fun experience. The food was delicious! Rolls came and were light and fluffy. The only thing I have noticed is that recently the blooming onion seems to be slightly undercooked. Other then that, great consistent food. Love the sports tv broadcasting and the bar seating as well. Always a fun place to watch sports! We will always love coming here.

Everytime we dine at TEXAS ROADHOUSE, they mess up one or both of our orders. If we dine in , it's usually a quick fix. But today, we picked up and ate at home. I ordered my steak MEDIUM. Look at the photo. The steak was almost raw. Luckily we have an airfryer. We both had to recook our own steaks. Her steak was undercooked as well. Not worrh the $60 lunch

This weekend we are having winter storm. We ordered a lunch online today but my husband couldn’t drive to store to pick up the food because of hard icy snow on the road. We called the store to cancel the order but the owner said he would deliver it to us. And he did it! Thank you so much sir to make our day! This store provides excellent service. We often dine there. It’s really hard if not impossible to get Ribeye Steak and Ribs for a better price. My wife and I go here and get the Ribeye with Ribs and 2 sides for sharing between us, sometimes an appetizer, its almost always a $50 bill. FOR STEAK AND RIBS $50 BILL IS CRAZY GOOD! That said, the meats here are good quality for a chain, you already know about the rolls with cinnamon sugar and if you don’t WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?! This location specifically is always super full on the nights, perfect time is weekdays around 6-7 for a table of 2, but for families it can be a bit of a wait.

This is a great bargain if you can order before 5:30 they have an $11.99 menu. I get the 6 oz sirloin with 2 sides and it is always well presented and of high quality. Beautiful place with excellent cuisine. One small complaint was only that the steak was cold when it arrived on the table. However, the meat was exclusive in taste.

Cool atmosphere, good service. It's a mid tier food type of restaurant, the pricing matched and so it was as expected. Chicken Caesar salad was pretty good. Sirloin steak was as good as it could be for that cut. Let's face it, the meat is not prime and the cuts aren't either. But again, you get what you pay for and I'm satisfied. The bread and butter they give is super sugary. Not sure what that's about but whatever.

It was very crowded and noisy as usual during peak hours. The food came out fast but my steak was very tuff. Took my family on 7/19/25, 4pm for a late lunch. My son ordered the NNYY strip medium rare but came in medium well. The steak had to go back and a new one came back but this time was "rare". This restaurant in Denton has always been our favorite restaurant. We don’t go out and eat very much and when we do, we want to eat here, but today their cook was horrible! We were sitting where we could see him cooking the steaks and he wasn’t keeping them on the grill very long. I ordered a small steak medium well and it came out bloody! By the time they got it back to me, my potato was cold! My husband ordered a steak well done and it came out rare! This is the first Texas Roadhouse that I've ever been to that was rough. The Mac n cheese is pretty gross. It looks like it came straight out of the microwave. I really hate how the person who brings out the steak isn't your waiter because we felt rushed to cut into our steaks. My steak was cooked fine, but my husband ordered a medium rare (the same as me) and it came out way rare. We don't like sending food back and that's an us thing. The waitress was very attentive and kind so this is definitely not a reflection on her.

I love Texas Roadhouse but their food and to-go service has gone downhill. For the past 3 pickup orders we have had issues with items missing, portions being small, and soggy salads. We usually chalk it up as a loss and dont make it a big deal but after 3 times that’s a bit ridiculous. This order specifically, we ordered peach lemonade (which cost $1 extra) and it was not peach. There was no top on the cesar dressing so when we made it home it had spilled out onto other items. The adult portion of fries was the same size as the kids meal. In today’s economy, eating out is a privilege due to the cost. We always choose Texas Roadhouse once we have enough money saved because we love it. Unfortunately, we will not order from here again.

I was so disappointed when I ordered a medium steak (which should have a tender hot pink center) only to see my steak cooked all the way through. It was tough to cut through as well. Does anyone have any recommendations on where to get a steak that will come as ordered?

Our server was great she was very nice and her energy was amazing! But my issue is when I bit into my roll that I had dipped in butter I almost cracked my tooth, there was a hard piece of white plastic in my roll. The server (who was upset like us) went and got the manager and when the manager came over she said "can I get yall anything? Do you need anything?. We asked if she was informed about the plastic I found in my roll and she said yes it must of came off of something can I get you some more butter. I told her no I don't want anything else. And she literally walked away. She didn't offer an apology or anything. This has got to be the WORST Customer service I've received from a manager ever. Like all I needed was an apology. Smh

Texas Roadhouse – Denton, TX We just moved and already miss our old Roadhouse… We were behind before we ever sat down—our servers looked lost and told us as much when it took 15 minutes for them to realize who’s table was who and get our drink orders. The house salad was its usual perfection, but the Caesar was three sad little leaves. Drinks were heavy on the mixers, steak was good, but the baked potato? Absolute star of the night. The real disappointment was the staff—missing waiters, plenty of employees standing in aisles with headphones in, glued to their phones, and ignoring customers. If they’re on break, cool, but not in the middle of the dining room. Overall, lackluster and sad compared to what we’re used to. The potato deserves 5 stars, but everything else can sit in timeout.

2018 was the first time I came to Denton, I came here for university, and Texas roadhouse was the first restaurant I came to here, I have been coming here almost twice a month for more than six years, I love their enthusiasm and the atmosphere here. I am leaving the United States now, this is my last visit to this restaurant, it is the beginning of my life here, and I want it to be the end. Unfortunately, this last experience didn't bring a perfect end to the story. I ordered medium as usual, but this time the steak was overdone and they gave me a second one which was also overdone, but I didn't tell them, because I didn't want to wait any longer, and the waiter was very patient and nice but the quality of the food was not what it used to be.

Worst food I've ever had in my life. The steak was shoe leather held together with that awful meat glue they make franken-steaks out of. The sauce of the Mac and cheese was broke and curdled into a rancid sallow cheese paste and the noodles were over cooked and undercooked at the same time also they forgot our bread. Also they some how managed to make potato skins bland and flavorless, the entire meal was one catastrophic sin against nature after the other. I can't believe a cow died for these people to waste its delicious meat on such horrible cookery. May God have mercy on their souls.

I ordered my food to-go, and picked it up as soon as i got the confirmation text saying it was ready. I do live about 15 minutes away so i did try to factor that into the heat of the food and have some grace, however the food wasn’t even a tiny bit warm at all, it was completely cold. I ordered my 8 oz filet medium because i am pregnant and cannot eat rare meat, and my steak came RARE. Some parts still being bloody. While the sides of all our meals tasted great, all our meat was cold and just not good at all. When i called the store i was completely understanding that stuff happens, but since this was an $86 order, and the main entree on every meal was terrible, i was only offered a $20 voucher for my next visit. Having food that isn’t edible for mine and my babies safety doesn’t make me want to visit again. So my filet went uneaten. Thanks.

We came on kids night and it's a joke. The said we would get a free kids meal and we didn't. No kids night perks offered at all and our waitress acted inconvenience when I asked so I declined. I was wrangling 3 small children. The game kiosk is a SCAM, I had no idea that any game play will charge you. Be sure to always check your recieps. There is no note and or adult consent code of any kind. My kids can barely read so none of us had any idea until the charge. When I inquire about this as well I was told it is what it is but if I cared enough they would get a manager. I just took the spanking and left, it was hard to even hear over the multiple birthdays. The food is great but management was poor as was service.

At my husband's request , we tried the same location again . This time our server Natalie was rushing us out. First by asking if we want boxes for our food when we were still eating then a short time after that she asked how we wanted to pay ? Didn't even asked if we wanted desert , I did want to bring something back with us. But when she acted like that I decided not to order anything more and ask for our receipt. We both were very disappointed even after we tried a second time . Not again !

Ordered online and got raw steak (I asked for medium rare), mac and cheese with NO cheese just the cooked noodles, and plastic in my corn. This is ridiculous

Saturday, 9/6/25. Watched this food handler walk out of kitchen with gloves on, then dig something out of his teeth, and then sprinkle some bacon bits into a salad that was about to leave the kitchen. So glad I didn’t order the extra bacon bits.

Update:: The GM did called me and made it better. I am very appreciative that someone reached out to me. I only order a loaded baked potato to go. Get home and there’s no setup for the loaded potato and on top of that my potato is way OVER cooked. If I didn’t live 30 minutes away, I’ll go back up there.

Ordered simple pick online for critter salad and chicken critter and ribs. Salad had hair in it and they have me the sides for my loaded potatoes but no potato. Co plate failure in confirmation of order and major lack of quality control.

From the front to our table we dealt with people that were unfriendly and acted like they did not want to be there. The lady at the front had a nasty attitude the whole time. Then our waitress barely ever came to our table. We had trouble getting anything we needed including our drink refills which we never got!! She slammed the cups down and was sliding them across the table. Tried to get us out of there before we were even finished and had no absolutely no customer service at all!! Our bread was cold and hard, we never got our sauce for our appetizer, the carrots were hard and looked old, the chicken was overcooked and hard and you couldn't even chew it, the loaded potatoes was dry and they barely put anything on it, the ribs were burnt and had a lot of fat, and most all the food had something wrong with it and I was very very disappointed in this visit!! We've never gotten treated this bad when we've Gone. We never have even had this big of an issue with all the food!!

I hate leaving bad reviews but it's not my fault. When I go to eat at a place like this. Of course we all expect everything to be great. Especially when they are not busy. I ordered a smokehouse burger with no onion. I hate onion and clearly made it clear no onion please. The server was great but I have no idea if it was her fault or not. The burger came out and looked perfect. I was excited but guess what was in it? Onions everywhere. Now my experience is ruined. Why? Well everyone is eating but me now. By the time I got my food everyone was done. Not only that the burger sucked. Cheese wasn't melted, hardly any sauce and the meat was over cooked and broken which tells me they more than likely used the same patty from the one before. I dont know though. Anyways, the burger ruined it all for me and my family was upset as well because we didnt get to eat together. Not only did they not remove the burger from the check but oh well. It is what it is.

Stopped by to pick up dinner for my family. This was the first time I have been to this location and it will be the last. All 4 of the dinners I ordered was NOT edible. All 3 of the steaks were so tough it was hard to cut even with sharp steak knives. I requested medium rare on 2 and they were cooked well done. And I don't eat bacon and there was pieces of bacon bits in the container my steak was in. The full rack of ribs were so greasy and all fat. Order 2 ranch dressing for my salad and I got Blue cheese. This had to have been the worst Texas Roadhouse I have ever purchased food from. I work hard for my money and all I wanted was to get some decent food for my family's dinner.

I eat here once a week. But today was a Bad day. They served me uncooked chicken. They did not want to replace it with the voucher. Manager wanted me to drive all the way up there. I said no thanks I’ll never get chicken from that place again. People beware. When ordering food out, just be safe and get the steak.
