First time eating here and everything was awesome. A little bit of a wait to order, but they take their time and speak to each customer like they are the only one there. Very courteous and friendly. Food came out quickly and was better than many other chain restaurants. We had burgers and chicken strips which were delicious. The fries and onion rings were crisp and fresh. We will definitely be going back soon!
Drove out from Dallas and it was a nice treat, the burgers are buttery and hot, tots crispy and the service was very friendly. Our food came out fast and was very reasonably priced. Can't wait to try the shakes!
Great people with even better service. Their rootbeer floats are phenomenal!! My kids absolutely love this place. The staff are always very friendly and Patrick is very welcoming, always has a good attitude and a smile!!
Sure the hours are different but it's family owned and it's worth getting there on time. Staff knows their customers and my kids love their burgers. Root beer float is a must. Friday night must.

Love their food always get the double meat fries RB and a malt. Staff are super friendly like we've known each other for 30 years but it's only been 1. It's my lunch break anytime I'm that way.
This place honestly took me by surprise. I just saw it on a google search and thought why not try. It’s a cute little establishment that has a vintage vibe to it. The staff are friendly and don’t mind questions. I like being able to order things individually at a reasonable price. The food was pretty good, it’s not coated in grease and has more flavor than similarly priced fast food chains. They have a signature sauce that’s different, but appreciated. My favorite was their fries and tots! Both were crispy perfections that had just the right amount of salt. It was an unexpected great find! Will definitely be returning soon.
One of my favorite places in Denton! I always get the same thing. Mr. Frosty always does it right. I love the chicken strip basket with onion rings, add both gravy and ranch, and a butterfinger shake. My husband said this is his favorite burger place. Though there are a lot of other great options to choose from too! Hip retro atmosphere and great food.
Came for lunch with the family. Single burger with special sauce was filling and had the BEST root beer I've ever had. Food came out fast and with a smile - shutout to Benny at the front desk for the good service.

Hell yeah! This place is amazing! Best burger, root beer, and fries I have had in a very very long time. Love a good old fashioned burger! The root beer was soooo smooth! Incredible customer service as well. Happy I decided to try a local spot instead of Sonic next door. #eatlocal
Great family owned hamburger joint! Been around since 1954! Great burgers- frito pies- chili cheese dogs- ice cream- should I go on? My personal favorite is the old fashioned root beer& butterscotch malt! Family friendly! You won’t be disappointed!!!!
This was my first time eating here! Service was excellent and fast. I dined with my hubby. Food came out hot and delicious. Definitely recommend trying the root beer float! So so worth it.
The hamburger and chili dog were awesome! We also tried the veggie burger (not pictured) and they loved it too. You can’t go wrong with crinkle cut fries that are actually crispy! The service was great too, it was friendly and inviting (even while it was super busy at the time we were there). Fun, classic burger joint!

Everyone kept saying this place was good, so I decided to give it another try — and I’m so glad I did! 🙌 The owner was awesome and gave me a second chance on the house to try their food again. This time I got the Chicken Fire Sandwich with jalapeños and tater tots it was 🔥! that spicy chicken sandwich hit the spot. Great food, great service, and I really appreciate how they stand behind their food. Definitely coming back! 😍🍔🌶️
The best local burger restaurant in Denton area. The place also serves good hotdogs and shakes. The burgers are filling and service is quick. Very popular with locals. Prices are reasonable. They have indoor and outdoor seating. Ample parking space. There is also a liquor store next door. Must visit if you are in the area. Support locals!
First time here, sorry for the pictures took them in my car. The burger was just a basic cheeseburger with bacon and their house sauce and let me tell you it was so good and filling, I was thinking of getting a double but didn’t need it. I got their fries as well, nothing special, they were fairly cooked well but some were burnt. Overall great experience, customer service was great.
Fun Experience. Food was delicious. I ordered a burrito with chili and cheese and they added lettuce and tomatoes per my request - yum! Others had Frito pie and a hamburger with tots. Great milkshake. We all enjoyed the atmosphere. Prices very affordable. They do not have a bathroom. Things to improve on would be just cleaning windows. Also a little cleaning on tile walls, floor and ceiling.
We were just there today. There was a cute little boy singing and dancing to the music. The owner came out and yelled at him that he was giving him a headache. He was absolutely horrible! We always make it a point to come here when driving through Denton but we will not be back. We all cheered and applauded the boy. Shame on this man!
Rudest cashier I’ve ever had an encounter with. We didn’t feel welcome..more like uncomfortable by this guy’s attitude. He needs to be taught some manners and maybe a customer service class. The old saying “Rude person without smile should never run shop” applies here. The burgers were mediocre..if you like McDonalds, then you might like Mr Frosty. We will never return…Five Guys are way better and very friendly.
Patrick is a delight to be around. Always wearing a smile, makes sure that the store is open during its stated hours, open to feedback, and he doesn’t favor certain races (he had a beer with a black person before), loves when people are using his jukebox, never bullies toddlers, never says he will fight customers, always professional. It obviously goes without saying, he’s just an all around stand up fella #prayforhiswife
