Try the tree of appetizer trio tonight I had chicken wontons, boneless buffalo wings, and breaded fried shrimp! Everything was absolutely phenomenal. All the varied sauces that are available with the appetizer were delicious. On the phone I spoke with Ramon and he was very nice although I asked him for extra celery I really wanted a bag of it and unfortunately, he gave me four sticks which was in the picture. Other than no napkins everything was fantastic. I highly recommend it. They have a great dining room big TV sports football was on.

5 BIG SHINING STARS!!!!! Most of my family and a Church Member came from Church to Applebee’s on August 17th around afternoon time and we were wowed at the experience we had! I most definitely want to shout out Jada, she was amazing through and through! It was another young lady that did well too but I don’t know her name. Jada made sure to come by often to assist us and her customer service skills were elite. The food was of course amazing as it typically is at Applebee’s! I would most definitely go back just for the food and the amazing customer service!!!!!

Returned because I received an email from Amber, the manager since my previous review (no longer available) was very negative. It had nothing to do with the food; but the customer service was poor. This time, we had their fried shrimp basket and chicken tender basket. They included honey glaze for the chicken tender basket and tartar sauce for the shrimp basket. But the honey glaze is amazingly tasty; I put it on the shrimp and fries and it was superior to tartar sauce by a long shot. Customer service by Jada was exceptional.

Haven't been to Applebee's in years!!!! Thankfully this was a very pleasant experience. JULIUS is the man! Awesome service from him. Very refreshing to receive above average service in the food industry these days. I spoke to the manager on duty who told me he's only been there for 4 days. Amazing. I told her "well you hired the right guy'. I can easily see him being quickly promoted if there's room for that. Now on to the food. I got the Bourbon garlic mushroom burger. Their recent commercial of this item is what brought me in I love mushroom burgers. It was good. My. Brother got the honey pepper Mac n cheese. It was good too. I'd recommend but it could def use more cheesy flavor but the chicken and honey sauce is the star of the show for sure. Also got the sizzling apple pie. Delish

We love coming to Applebee’s. We ordered our sirloin steak and my wife ordered Chicken Shrimp steak with side order. It was an awesome experience. We loved and enjoyed every item from the menu. The staff service was great. This place have a great kids menu. They have a great bar as well. We definitely would recommend this place.

Went here yesterday with my friend. I believe there was maybe one waiter. Because he seems to be the only one that was waiting on tables. So needless to say, thr service was very slow. I ordered the salmon with mashed potatoes, macaroni and cheese with a side salad, and the Blondie for dessert, which I got to go. The food was cold and the mac & cheese hardly had any sauce on it. The salmon was good, even though it was not hot and the dessert was good.

Never have we ever for the times that we have been here and given our money to this establishment have we felt racism. The bartender (Kristen)ignored us for 15 to 20 minutes. Never acknowledged us however 2 other couples came in and she gladly acknowledged them. Guess what they were not Mexican. So rude. Shannon from another section came to get our order. Shannon is sweet and deserves a raise! Applebees you lost my business for good.

The food is decent but the service is very poor. You have to make sure you engage first. You may feel rushed as when I left the manager locked the door almost 30 minutes before closing. I wouldn't recommend coming here.

Stopped in for dinner and witnessed the Manager humiliating a young woman server. He made comments about her appearance and criticized her job performance within earshot of guests. Really disappointing behavior and will not be returning.

Went for dinner on Thanksgiving the restaurant was nearly empty maybe 20 people throughout the place. Everything was fine until it came time for the meal. My girlfriend ordered a steak medium and it came well done. It took nearly 40 minutes to get the new steak and when we got the new steak the sides were wrong. We had to ask multiple times for drinks during dinner. At one point we contemplated leaving because we were upset. The waitress was nice but the service was mediocre. She comped us free chips... 2/5

Food: The appetizer and entrées took quite a while to come out, and the appetizer was delivered at the same time as the main dishes. The Alfredo lacked flavor and was very underwhelming. We also ordered a dessert to go, but the ice cream that was supposed to accompany it was missing. Atmosphere & Service: The most concerning part of our visit tonight was witnessing the manager loudly and rudely reprimanding a young employee (who couldn’t have been older than 17) in front of customers. He was yelling and using profanity, which created an uncomfortable environment. At one point, he even told the security guard that corporate had contacted him about complaints regarding his behavior, and he openly admitted to speaking to his staff that way. Throughout the two hours we were there, he appeared to spend most of his time standing near the security guard rather than actively managing the restaurant. He should not be allowed to manage anything or anyone. Overall, the experience was disappointing due to both the food quality and the unprofessional atmosphere.

My boyfriend and I went to this Applebee’s since the Mansfield location closed, and honestly—it was a mistake. When we walked in, no one greeted us at all, so we ended up sitting at the empty bar. After about 10 minutes, I finally asked the bartender for a tea. He never even acknowledged us or asked what we wanted to drink, which felt really awkward. To make matters worse, my boyfriend found paper in his rice. There was no apology, no explanation, and not even an offer of a discount. Overall, the service and experience were extremely disappointing.

Service sucks the waiter was generous and checked on tables more than our waitress. We had to ask for silverwares when we got our food the food was OK but my son burger didn't come like he asked and our waitress didn't check on us or other tables if we wanted refills or if we needed anything. Other people ordered their food to go and we dine in we waited over 30 minutes for our food and they have a limit of what they serve holidays don't go on Christmas or Thanksgiving bad timing no matter what time u gone wait to be seated and wait to be serve and your food

The smallest Applebee's I have been in. Wasn't busy at all. Server took order but three others brought our food out. One brought out our Appetizer and two brought out our two meals. We only saw our server two or three times. The food was ok. Ordered the grilled cheese burger with fries and a tomato bisque (warm). Was good. Also got chicken parmesan fettuccine Alfredo. The Alfredo was bland and the chicken was good. The mozzarella sticks were just warm and the cheese was not even melted. It was like eating string cheese straight from the fridge.

Decided to come here after there was too long of a wait at Pluckers but let’s just say we instantly regretted it. Food and service was terrible!! My sister who had joined me order herself some wings and had wanted half barbecue and half buffalo. When our food came out it was seen that there was some miscommunication because two full sized portions of wings came out. We brought it to the employees attention at the time who had brought our food and he had brought the manager over. While we’re about to explain to the manager the situation our server comes and decides to take matters into his own hands and becomes extremely hostile with us saying it was initially our fault for the mistake all while the manager just sits back and watches, not even trying to de-escalate the situation or provide a solution. I’ve worked in multiple restaurants before as a server including Applebees and that was not at all how this situation should’ve been handled. Not only that but my food was gross. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and the bottom bun was so soggy not from grease but from water it looked like, it was just completely drenched and unappetizing. I didn’t want to bring it to our server’s attention given how already hostile and rude he was being with us so I chose to avoid anymore confrontation. I like Applebees but don’t at all recommend going to this location.

Tried to stop in tonight after work for a quick beer. I say tried, because at 1:10 am, all doors were locked and the bartender cleaning up his bar never even looked up. There was another individual experiencing the same at the same time as us, and we watched another pull up and go through the same actions as we were pulling away. Google hours show 2am, so why are you completely locked down over 45 minutes early? I understand the kitchen being closed after a certain time but for a quick beer? Clearly there's a market for it, but if you're denying paying customers that easily, maybe consider changing your hours. Pretty disappointing and not the Applebee's standard we've come to know and love. Working in the area for the next few weeks but will absolutely not be returning.

Waited for over ten minutes to be seated. No one never came to the host stand to greet me. There was only three customers in the restaurant at this time. One employee at kiosk (never looked my way) and a bartender who was watching tv the entire time. This location customer service is horrible and I will never go back again for them to waist my time.

When we first walked in there was no one at the front to great us even for it being mainly empty. Once we were seated our waitress Kaiylah J came to the table and took our drink order, I ordered a half and half tea and my partner ordered the blue raspberry lemonade, the tea was very bitter and my partner said the raspberry lemonade was not good either. When the waitress came back we placed our order for two of the grilled cheese cheese burgers off the two for 25 deal and let me say it was a very big disappointment which is unlike the first time I tried it. The tomato basil came in a very small dipping cup, the fries lacked any seasoning, and the cheese on the sandwich looked like the type of cheese that never melts because it wasn't melted and when we got our cheese sticks we didn't receive the ranch we asked for so we had to get our waitress to go back and get us some. Also during the meal we ran out of our drinks and waited for her to even have to come to the table to ask us if we wanted a refill even though she managed to check on the other tables around us multiple times and when she did finally bring back the refills she brought me the wrong drink so I never got my refill. Definitely won't be coming back to this Applebee's as this isn't the first time with bad food and bad service.

I delayed this review in hopes that i wouldnt still be upset about this. I would Give 0 if Possible. The food was good. The service had to be the Worst Ive ever had. Fri. Nov. 14th. We sat in the Bar area. Our server/Bartender Lee came to ask if we wanted to keep the tab open since he got off at 6p. We closed the tab to ensure he got his Tip. We werent ready to leave yet, so we were planning on opening another tab. The Hispanic waitress that came in at 6 never checked on us. Never asked if we wanted a to go box or anything. 90 minutes later of just watching her pass right by us and help the people to the left and right of us on multiple occasions we decide to stop her. We asked if we could get some more Tomato Soup to go with the Burger we had since it was cold. She said she would have to charge us for it. I then proceeded to ask her why we had to wait 90 minutes. She said she the we were leaving. The cameras will show these timeframes. I told her as a courtesy for having to wait 90 minutes I dont think we should be charged. I then asked for the manager. Spoke with Amber about having to wait 90 minutes because the waitress didnt want to help us or work with us. The manager offered to get the Tomato Soup but we declined. I explained to Amber that even if the original tab is closed with someone else there should never be a scenario were we have to wait 90 minutes. Then be presented with attitude. I thought about stopping in on Tuesday and it just reminded me of why I couldnt.
