What Customers Say About Chuck E. Cheese Adventure World
Chuck E. Cheese Adventure World in Arlington is a play-focused venue, not a typical arcade. Many reviewers praise the cleanliness and friendly staff, especially the manager MOXX. However, some find it crowded, small, and expensive, with limited food options and frustrating game token costs.

Tip: Visit on a Monday morning for a less crowded experience. Be aware that this location is more focused on play areas than arcade games, and token costs for claw machines can be high.

Chuck E. Cheese Adventure World Arlington Reviews
Awesome place to take your kids. Parents get in free. Only thing is the place gets really crowded fast. The kids have a blast.
It was an awesome experience, kids had an amazing time!
Kid loved it
My 6 year old daughter said this place is 10 out of 10. There's lots of space, it's very clean and the staff is very nice.
Great place to take the kids. Fun for the entire family.
My kid loved it. There are several open spaces in the play area with balls for and blocks for group play. The play area is also large enough to comfortably fit average sized adults.
employees very helpful! The manager very helpful, loved her she was very nice to the my children. helped us when we had a problem buying pizza.
Great place to take big and small children! Family fun!
Super clean and a lot of things for kids to play with
Reasonably priced and my kids had a great time!
All great
Definitely has a discovery zone feel. Pretty cool parents can go on the adventure with their kids!
Such a great experience loved it so much. You get your money's worth
We had a blast. My kids absolutely loved it!
I want to Chuck e cheese adventure world for my first time
Needs more games, and definitely some arcade games
Wery cool
Very clean, friendly staff and environment!
Huge indoor playground
I had a lot of fun
Didn't stay long
Great time
Great times and clean !
Great place for kiddos. The play area has lots of fun extras and they throw balls in there for the kids to bounce back and forth. Chuck E came out to see the kids a couple times. My daughter had a fantastic time.
I'm a firm believer that you should judge a business not on their mistakes but on how they handle fixing those mistakes. There were some issues in the beginning when booking our party and getting everything set up, but the day of the party, everything was squared away with the GM and we got everything fixed. The kids had an amazing time and didn't want to leave. The party attendant checked on us regularly and the party went smoothly.
Huge playground, everything was clean, the boys 4 and 5 had a blast! Age appropriate fun for the littles, and the pizza was good too!
A little crowded, but that’s to be expected it’s new. My two year old had a blast. Amazing experience would do it again. $20 daily admission two parents per kid.
My kids loved it here! They had so much fun and didn’t want to leave!! Staff were friendly and all the characters were so nice dancing and playing with the kids the whole time!
Family had a blast! Tons of fun things for the kids to do on the play ground! Very clean and bright and they have pizza!!!!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Chuck E. Cheese Adventure World was an absolute hit with my kids! This visit was extra special because they earned it with 10 gold stars for chores completed, good grades, and 100% effort at their soccer games. It made the experience even more rewarding for them. MOXX the manager was fantastic she was energetic and friendly going over and beyond to ensure everyone was happy from employees to clients. Their $99 special for 6 kids for a birthday party you can’t beat. Especially for ages 3-7 years old this place is so fun, it’s less arcade games and more physical activity. So parents be ready to play! The areas are very safe and it was a blast for the whole family. The dip in dots is a lot of ice cream so if you’re sharing 1 that’s more than enough unless both parties like dip in dots. We shared 2 amongst 4: 2 kids and 2 parents. More than enough, we went on Thursday from 3:00PM - 6:00PM it was the perfect timing. Traffic began picking up at 6PM but we were leaving then. The games, rides, and activities kept them entertained for hours, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The ambiance is fun, lively, and perfectly designed for kids, making it a great spot for celebrations or a motivational reward. Seeing their smiles and excitement made every gold star worth it. Highly recommend for parents looking to combine fun with a little life lesson about effort and reward!
Very fun new facility. The adventure park is age appropriate for younger and older children. New version is more activity and play, than games for tickets. We just had a party there and everyone had a great time. I highly recommend the new Chuck E. Cheese adventure park.
My daughter and her cousins had a blast here. It can be busy and not enough seating especially when theres a birthday party there. We got a table and allowed a few other groups use our table as well. Will definitely come back again.
We went on a very busy Saturday and both my 10-year-old and 1.5-year-old had a great time. It was a bit smaller than expected and the tables were close together, but overall a fun experience for the kids. I saw lots of staff walking around cleaning and being vigilant.

We recently hosted a birthday party here and had a fantastic experience! The entire place was incredibly clean, which we really appreciated. The manager and the staff were exceptionally attentive throughout our whole party, ensuring everything ran smoothly. The food was good, and most importantly, our kids had an absolute blast! A huge shout-out to the manager for being so great. We highly recommend this location!
I took my 2 year old on a Monday morning and we had a great time. The staff was friendly and the facility was immaculately clean. There's an attendant who watches a locked gate at the front to ensure security. The playplace itself is well padded with 3 different levels and two big slides. Chuck E Cheese walked around and interacted with the kids while posing for many photos. Kids could wear their own socks as long as they weren't grip socks. I liked how we weren't forced to buy a pair of socks for this individual facility. We will be coming back in the future.

The staff was friendly and the prices are reasonable. My grandchildren loved it!
My 1.5 year old loved it! We went on a Monday around noon, and there were only a few kids and their adults there. So my daughter was able to play freely without running into anyone. People in the reviews are complaining about it being too small (it's in a small space in between 2 other larger businesses, what do you expect), and no arcade games. This isn't a regular ole CEC guys. It's ADVENTURE WORLD. Your kids are meant to be running around and burning off their energy. NOT standing around and playing games. Weekends are always going to be packed. Maybe they can lower their maximum amount of people, but you gotta go in expecting it to be busy during the weekends, c'mon. But, we loved it :)
My only complaint really is the top level. My daughter is 2 years old and I didn't want her going down the slides on her own. Going to the top level though is hard as an adult. The top level height is too low, and the heat was cranking made for an uncomfortable experience.
There is not enough seating for adults. But for the cost and the fun, it's worth it. The manager, Moxx, is really nice and helpful! Love the pizza!
Great place. Kind of small. No beer. Lol games are mostly claw machines. If you dont win you can purchase a prize. Pizza was decent.

I love that its not timed. You can stay as long as you want. They have a three level play area for big kids and a toddler area that's separate. There were employee disinfectanting the playarea while we were there. Ive never been to a playplace that did that. Its 20 for kids to get in and free for adults. If you have old chuck e cheese socks, bring them. They do require socks with grips on the bottom. You can also buy them there too. The food is not great. Disappointing to be honest. I suggest eating before or after going. Compared to other playmates we've been to. I would give it a 6 on a scale from 1- 10.
I took my 8-yr old for a play date for her birthday with a few friends. We arrived when they opened on a Saturday morning and stayed three hours. Kids had a blast. There were only two party tables occupied and the rest were empty. We ordered food around 11am, and all went well. So, my advice is to go early and if you book a party, book it for as early as possible. The 10am party goers seemed to be having a great time. We left home at 7am from our home out of town, and it was worth it. Plan strategically like you would if you were going to Six Flags. It’s not a place you just drop by and expect to not have a crowd because it is immensely popular.

The premise is there, it's not policed very well. Having older kids in the area for the little kids makes it hard for the little ones to to have a suitable place to play.
The playground itself is great, but the space is *way* too small for how many people they let in. The day I went, it was extremely overcrowded and there was barely any room to move, let alone sit. The whole concept feels off! If you go on a weekend, be prepared to have no place to sit because they host multiple parties at once. It gets so packed that we literally had to sit on the floor to eat. I honestly wouldn’t recommend bringing your kids here on weekends at all. This place either needs to be bigger or they need to limit the number of people they let in.
TLDR: Pro: Simple straight to the point — Pizza & play Cons: Cost and lack of attractions/arcade This was our second visit since they opened. Our first visit was 12/6 and it was for a birthday party. Today’s visit 12/30 was much better than the first. It seemed like things are running more smoothly with staff/operations. The food came out quick and was tasty. The staff was pleasant and was walking around keeping busy. They removed the dance floor and added more tables which made it more crowded (Keep that in mind if you have a party there). The play areas were clean and still in good condition. Overall nice visit but I’m giving them 3 stars due to the cost vs value. They will tell you at the door to keep your wristband and return later to keep playing but honestly that’s not an added value for me. I would rather pay less and do 1 or 2 hour passes. I paid $64 for a toddler and 5&7 year old and it’s hard to feel like it’s worth the money when they do not have a full arcade or additional play areas/attractions like Cheeky Monkeys (games/pretend play) etc. I think everyone should give it a go at least once but my kids prefer the regular Chuck E. Cheese over this new concept. Also I should mention passes/tokens etc from the regular Chuck E. Cheese do not work there and they told us we needed to turn our grip socks inside out (we had some from Chuck E Cheese). So regular socks only and if you do a claw machine you’ll need to purchase tokens there.
First time here, likely only rtime as it is not close to Denton where I live. Thus is a play zone, not a typical Chuckie. There are some Claw games but limited. The food is limited to snack food like pizza, popcorn, pretzel. No real food like fries, wings or salad like typical Chuckie location. For those familiar with Cheejy Monkies, then you will know. There are lots of sitting areas. This is a place where the adults sit and the kids run around.

My kids LOVE CEC! They love the tiny trampoline and slide area. So when we heard that this place was just a larger version of that, we were extremely excited to try it out! We have been gold CEC members, probably for as long as the membership has existed. We have had about 4 parties there with my kid being 7. We tried adventure world.. first I asked if I received any kind of discount for being a gold member.. the young lady up front looked at me crazy and said, THIS IS NOT CHUCK E CHEESE, this is only sponsored by Chuck E. Cheese.. hmmm what!? Ok.. seating was definitely tight.. food was limited but I ordered a pizza. The slices all looked different sizes which was a red flag for me.. BUT, my 7 year old and 3 year old really enjoyed it..
Play area was great,1st time here. But very crowed. Not a lot of area to sit. When you do have to get up it's hard to walk around cause there is too many people in one small area. Needs more food options not just pizza, nacho, popcorn or pretzel. Eat before you come if your looking for a meal.

I'm giving a 2 for a rating because it's room for improvement and my daughter enjoys going overall. BUUUUUT, my issue is this...my baby is 2, so she's only goes in the toddler area which is for 0-4yrs. We've been at this location 6 times and EVERY SINGLE TIME there is older, bigger, and rough playing kids in the toddler area. I can't blame only the employees of course they'll parents are to blame also, but why do I have to be the one to ask the kid to leave or find the parent??? I'll tell you why, because it's NOT ONE ADULT worker there! Then when I complain to the employees, they just look dumbfounded and lost. So now I have to make contact with the parents who don't watch their children "which is crazy". Yeah, this has become the norm lol. But the reason for this review is because I did have the best customer service from a delightful young woman named Stephanie (green hair). I had blah cs other times. She was awesome. Okay, back to the bad... why have slices of pizza on the menu but then tell me I have to buy a whole one, weird. Yeah, take the slices off the menu then!! Pictures I'm going to share are of these big kids in the toddler area, parents both on phones and employees are all gossiping 4 in a circle, Stephanie the only one cleaning smh. Keep in mind, these big items that are in the toddler balls "green and red" aren't supposed to be in there. No one cares.....No rules.....no authorities. I can take my daughter to other cc...but which ones are "REALLY" toddler friendly!?
The jungle gym/play area is absolutely great. That's about it. The pizza I and food in general is not the same as a traditional Chuck E. Cheese. The pizza and pretzel were bad. No sense of urgency. It should not have taken that long to pay for entry and no one checked our stamped hands on the way out. If we go back we will bring our own socks and eat elsewhere.
Too many adults in the netting area with children,. Over crowded, not enough sitting, most of the place was reserved for parties. Not planning to return.
Not a lot of food selections wasn't much to do besides play in the indoor play area no arcade games
The kids didn't really enjoy it,wanted to go to original
Place is very nice for the kids and adults to run around but the food choices are not good. Wish they would have the same combos they have at the regular Chuck E. Cheese. A lot more expensive than the regular Chuck E. Cheese and not really worth it, probably best to eat somewhere else and then just take your kids to play afterwards, not sure I will return again.
Cost was ridiculous for games, I got the ultimate adventure package which was also supposed to include a “party coordinator”. I didn’t even meet her once the whole time we were there, kept having to go up to staff and ask them to bring the pizza and cake out, staff kinda just stood around talking. When I approached them they couldn’t be more off putting with dirty looks. Instead of staff giving our guests wristbands at the door I kept having to come back to the front to put their wrist bands on myself while also trying to throw a party. Also there was only two parties and they chose to sit us right next to each other for whatever reason . Also the seating is very tight and not disabled friendly Only reason I don’t give one star is because the kids did enjoy the jungle gym thing.
The pros: it’s clean, they let you bring outside food in, the kids played hard, Chuck E. Cheese the character was a hit. One child admission cost $19.99 unlimited play time but you’ll tap out after two hours or less. The Cons: this place is not situated to handle the crowds of people at peak hours. The whole time we were there, lines of people out the door, not enough seating, people on top of people. The facility itself is really about half as big as it should be. The concessions are basic, no fountain drinks, no ice, no cups $2.50 bottles of water. No salad bar like regular CEC. Basic cheese or pepperoni pizza only and concession stand fare like popcorn, pretzels, nachos it’s all a big step down from regular CEC. There wasn’t a system for tagging kids with parents either. Pure mayhem at the front door. People in line made the poor lady working there cry. This is a security disaster waiting to happen, wait and see. In summary: I would consider buying a season pass if they had one (which they don’t) and come back during non peak hours just for the gym playtime for the kid. I would not recommend booking a party here on a weekend or during peak hours as you’ll risk not accommodating your party with an on-time space.
Cost 20 per child 2 adults enter free. It doesn't have as many games as original chuck e cheese. Has big play area for kids to run and slide.
It is a great idea to you but when we went there, there’s several things I should change to make it worth actually going there One, we can’t use our membership passes that we pay every single month at the adventure world that’s the only reason why we take our kids every Friday to Chuck E. Cheese for entertainment because we can save money to do so And because we can’t use our app, we don’t get our discount food like the other locations even though there is more variety of food. The prices are not worth it. We also get free playtime in points on our cards. Every time we go to the other locations because of our membership, our cards did not work at this new location and the kids were confused and we could not stretch another thing we had to pay full price for. We have four kids we pay 29.99 every month we save quite a bit of money at a normal Chuck E. Cheese location. We go there every Friday we’ve been doing that for the last three years. I don’t think we will be going back there maybe once in a blue moon, but I would consider changing to where our memberships will be acceptable in our App work there otherwise I really love the playground. my kids have such great amount of energy it let them war themselves out better. I just wish it was more easier to get to. We don’t ever go to Arlington because the traffic but at least the kids had fun. We are just not gonna go back there all the time.

I recently visited Chuck E. Cheese Adventure Land in Arlington, and the experience was very disappointing. The location appeared understaffed, which led to long wait times and confusion at the front register. The employee assisting us seemed unsure of the process, and it took an excessive amount of time just to get basic service. My husband also waited around 15 minutes just to receive a water cup, which should have been a quick and simple request. I was also charged an unexpected $5.41 entry fee, even though my husband had already paid for our son. There was no clear explanation provided, and I did not see any information about entry requirements or needing to arrive together listed on the website. Overall, the service felt disorganized and inefficient, and employees were often gathered talking instead of assisting customers. Management presence did not appear to improve the situation. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location or spending money here until there are clear improvements in staffing, communication, and customer service.
This is me giving my honest review 4/25/26 we came to this location to celebrate my granddaughter‘s fourth birthday. I think charging the adults to come in is ridiculous I understand the children . Also With the package, my daughter got, they set her pizza on the counter instead of bringing it to her table for my granddaughter‘s birthday. They left it on the counter were so many people was walking by when my daughter went up and asked about the pizza for the birthday party. A young lady say that they will have to go warm it back up. I believe that is so unsanitized. Now let’s discuss the toys They have a slide that the kids come down. I was hoping I was able to upload a picture. My granddaughter looked like she has carpet burn on her arm from sliding down the slide. Everything about this place is a rip off Even the employees look like they don’t enjoy their job. If you’re looking for the average Chuck E. Cheese that was back in the 90s, this is not the place
I came here with my husband and 2 daughters, they went in before me because I was wrapping up a phone call. I went inside to join them after 5 minutes and they wanted to charge me an entrance fee. I explained my husband and kids were already inside and they still wanted to charge me although we already paid $45. It’s a small fee but that’s not what bothered me. What upset me is their treatment of customers. Won’t becoming here again
Staff was rude and very sarcastic! I paid for assistance with my party & no help was given. When confronted about it they told me to contact cooperate. Staff was young and standing around on their cell phones. A refund was supposed to be given for children who didn’t show up at the end of my party & that was denied & was told to contact cooperate! Pizza was thin as a piece of paper and hard as a rock. Overall quality was not good. I paid $315 for a package basically to just let them play. Do not do parties here! You will be laughed at when you confront them even if your being nice and be told to contact cooperate while they stand their on their phones.
Paid $400 for the adults drinks/cups to NOT be included, no host to help with the party, NO arcade games at all only a few crane games you pay real money for. Communication is bad and everybody is not on the same page, we got here early to set up and they couldn’t figure out something with my package so by the time we got sat it was past my start time, and past my start time w no drinks, plates, nothing for the guests. Would not reccomend all the have is a big jungle gym for kids and that’s about it, would be better to have gone to a normal Chuck E. Cheese this place was overhyped
The staff was rude. Unlike other Chuck E. Cheese locations, socks are not included with admission. They do offer socks for purchase at an additional cost, but the socks don’t have grip soles. There are also no arcade games available.
PARTY SERVICE IS HORRIBLE Staff is a bunch of slow to process teenagers, poor communication, lazy, and rude. Trash cans were overflowing not enough space for party they set up half a table .. for my whole table reservation and ofc the ticket blaster is a joke, no prize just for show is what our host said exactly Not worth what I paid for a party reservation Not even sure its worth it for regular admission Kids Empire did this idea a whole lot better! The full staff from Friday February 13th is a joke literally
i spent $700 on a party and the service was trash. it was a waste of money the for the party package just buy the day pass and bring a cake.
They want to charge my daughter who is 16 who only came to help me with the kids and my 6 MONTH old child $20 each when I only came to take my 5 year old and my 3 year old. They wanted to charge me $78.
Never ever plan a birthday party at this place, It was horrible no host had to go order our own food that came with the party package. It was way over packed there was more teenager’s then kids.Never again.
All of the art used at this business is AI generated. I will never support Chuck E. Cheese in any way ever again.
Booked for a party and no one has reached out. I’ve contacted store number and no answer.
Very bad management, no air conditioning, rode workers and manager Melanie very very rode and unfriended.
Highly disappointed, I do NOT recommend
Just horrible lol 😆
Horrible experience!
Customer service service negative !!! This is a Kids Empire!!! Pizza horrible from the store frozen dept!!! And we all know Chuck E. Cheese’s pizza was a hit! I don’t who idea this was ! A small apple juice 3.99 popcorn 4.00 didn’t nobody care to ring me up sending me back and forward like a robot
I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I paid $300 and even had to put down a deposit twice, yet almost nothing that was promised was actually done. They did not follow through on what they said they would provide, and the overall experience was very unprofessional. On top of that, the staff was rude and dismissive when I tried to address my concerns. Instead of taking responsibility, they were unhelpful and made the situation even more frustrating. I would not recommend this business to anyone. Save your money and book with someone who actually delivers what they promise and treats customers with respect.
Playground cool. Very big kids did enjoy it. But as well chuck e cheese is known for the arcade games. Which are here... BUT THEY ARE 30 COINS EACH!!!! 30 IS THE LOWEST 80 BEING THE HIGHEST. How is it i got 100 tokens for 10 and got to play 3 games.... Since when? And why????? Oh also on a Tuesday they ran out of pizza at 2pm???? It's Thanksgiving break wanted to take kids to something new just to experience this. Im from plano. Honestly not worth the drive. Stay to my local chuck e cheese the original
Kids loved it. It's an indoor adventure style park. But for kids. No arcades. They have a couple of claw machines that's It. It's mainly for running around etc. It is very big and much room. And they also have a 0-4 year old area..... Update on review. I guess when we went it had just opened. Unfortunately it is extra crowded. When we went they kept everything clean. They even asked for you to remove your shoes. Now shoes are allowed inside. Place smells and is no longer well kept. We decided not to come back Be warned
So they have a giant sign advertising two parents free with a child on the all day pass. My partner bought the pass. I was looking after our daughter and didn't hear the total. Before we left my partner showed me the receipt and we had been charged a fee for an extra adult. I was frustrated and went in for a refund for this misplaced fee. The girl behind the counter argued that I was not an adult attached to our child. I pointed put that gay people exist. Even if she wasn't aware of that, she literally asked my wife if we were all together, so she’s a bad listener too. Don't let them steal from you
Staff was indifferent. Had no options to even purchase water (claimed they were out) and their basic "game" card only allowed for one game to be played....minimum card is 50 points but lowest game is 30 points. Kids enjoyed Urban Air better.
Just a big playground. Only 2 arcade games. I purchased an ultimate birthday package for 8 kids. We’re not allowed to purchase additional cups unless you pay the $36 for additional kids and you cant bring in cups. This place is too expensive to be so boring.
Entry fee? Really? No games only claw games. My 7 year old son was extremely disappointed. He’s been looking forward to this experience. We were in and out in 30 minutes and spent over $60 ($21 entry, $25 for a card, because he didn’t want to leave and try the same claw game, another $20) Never again, we won’t be back. When trying to leave they lock the entry and exit doors which gave me a mini panic attack.
This is not what is claims to be. They wouldn't honor our Gold Membership and kept telling us they advertise Chuck E Cheese but aren't affiliated with them. There is a play place, it is bigger than the other locations, but we were all disappointed...especially the kids. It is honestly a joke. We ended up having to go to our local Chuck E. I would not recommend this location.
Too small of a place, not enough seatings becuz all the tables they reserve for parties only and non party have nowhere to sit when its busy. Thats soo rude of them to not allow you to sit there. We pay admission fees too not like its free or cheap to be mistreated like that. Not worth 19.99 when cheeky money have a huge playground with different settings for kids to play and lots of seatings. Parties have their own private room space.
not worth the money 19.00 per kid on the weekends it’s way to many people place is so small. next time i will try a weekday I waited 1 hr for pizza no one said anything they said there was only 1 person there over 18 who can cut cheese then to get the pizza it was nasty. my kids didn’t like it my daughter said school pizza taste better
Extremely bad customer service!! Why are investing so much on your marketing when you don’t know how a good customer service is done?? I’ve been trying to reach out since 2 weeks to arrange a birthday party but no response at all!!! I live far away that’s why need to gather some details before but ended up getting no response and even their calling voice mail box is full like wow…
This place is small to be called adventure what a bunch of bs and definitely not worth 21.99 should be free to walk in and play it's nothing but a big version of a McDonald play land...
I booked a birthday party, I upgraded everything and I ended up paying 300$ which it didn’t make sense to me at all because they were charging me for every person that would show up when they had been already “paid” for, for any additional guests it said I had to pay 5$ and they charged me 10$ for each person when that’s not what the online package said, anyway, no soft drinks for adults, the party helper was nowhere to be found, no decorated tables like it said, it was just ridiculous, what matter is that at least my kids had fun but what the heck, there’s just little kids working there, no adults, someone mature who you can speak to at all, please do not recommend you booking parties, everything was such a mess and not what I expected for what I paid for.
I called and was told all booked up but have open seating. The place is too small, kids (teens) are running it. No communication, I don't even know what I paid for cause the baby (1) couldn't do anything. More adults then kids. Again place to small. Group has to come together. If late wait time is a hr or longer. So be ready for the run around but the kids still may have fun. Food (trash) nothing like the chunk E cheese pizza. Cheese or pepperoni for 9 or 13 dollars and is not worth it. But the kids may have fun.
👎This place is absolutely terrible. My 4yr old granddaughter fend 3 times on other kids beating her down; absolutely horrible 😤 Natural instict led her to hit back but ended on the ground. And you as a parent? Cannot fit in there to grab your kid and help her. The place itself is a madhouse, loud and frantic. Bathrooms are dirty. No military discount and claim to be Chuck & Cheese. And my way out, 3 Arlington Police cars at the entrance🫣
Not from this area so when I seen a bigger and thought better chuck E cheese I was like yeah sure let's go. Unfortunately this place is bairly sub par. Its tight and cramped, parties are right ontop of each other. The games are lame and all full of the same prizes. When asking the manager to put some of the shelf items inside the machine she refused saying "We cant open the machines while people are in here" as if someone's going to rob a claw machine game of its toys. Its quite comical considering there are whole stores in the area with nothing but claw games and they open the machines all the time with stores full of people. But I guess the manager would know their crowd better then me and if she thinks so little of her community, that speaks volumes to me. Won't be returning.

Avoid this "Adventure World" Save your money and go to a regular Chuck E. Cheese I took my two boys here today for my son's 4th birthday, and I am beyond disappointed. I'm really not the type of person to just bash a local business, but our experience was honestly awful. They advertise "2 free adults admissions per child," but when my parents arrived just three minutes after I bought the passes, the staff refused to let them in. They claimed everyone has to be present at the exact moment of purchase. When I pointed out that this wasn't stated anywhere, the cashier rudely told me the "rule" is on a QR code on the receipt. Who is checking a QR code for entry rules after they've already paid? It felt like a total scam just to squeeze more admission money out of us. The issues didn't stop at the door: • Zero Seating: Every single table had a "Reserved" sign. They clearly overbook parties, leaving day-pass holders with nowhere to sit. They literally expect the adults to stand the entire time. • Limited Food: The food options were incredibly thin. • Poor Service: Most of the staff are teenagers with major attitudes who clearly don't want to be there. If you're looking for a fun day for your kids, save your time and just go to a regular Chuck E. Cheese. You'll have a much better experience, better food, and actually be treated like a customer. This location seriously needs to work on its customer service and transparency. Save your money and go elsewhere.
This was my first time taking my kids here and I hosted my oldest son birthday party here. We did not feel welcome nor did I feel I got my moneys worth. I understand I ordered the basic package but I did not think lack of communication came with it. When I first got in it was like the employee made sure to get my payment once she got that I was on my own. Although I knew what was included in my package I had to remind her about the ticket master and the way she kept telling my son it was time to get out just did it for me. To be honest I would never host another party here as I did not like how I had to remind staff of what was next. I just believe when you are paying for a service great customer service should be included. The fact that I am 8 months pregnant and to be asked to greet my guest at the door to give them a wristband was absurd. It was like staff remembered I had to pay or remembered to tell my guest had to have a wristband but didn't think to ask me if I was ready for the ticket master or ready for my sons cake. I believe my children had a great time and I am thankful for that but I would never spend another dime at this place. The regular chuckie e cheese is ten times better at least the staff are attentive and take payment AFTER your party instead of before like you are going to run off on them.
Went here for my grandsons birthday Saturday…we had a big crowd. But my issue is that they said 1-17 u have to pay the 19.99 and 5$ for each adult just to get in. We had 4 infants/babies under one who were not playing and they still made us pay 19.99 for each of them! And the pizza tasted like cardboard…you know the pizza is bad when a 3 year old says it taste funny. I really expected better quality in food but also being charged for babies under 1 is ridiculous! Truthfully needs more space between tables to congested when partys are going on. Restrooms were nasty and stay close to your kids because other people’s kids like to put hands on random kids and not a parent in site to correct them.
