Chuck E. Cheese Adventure World in Arlington is a play-focused venue, not a typical arcade. Many reviewers praise the cleanliness and friendly staff, especially the manager MOXX. However, some find it crowded, small, and expensive, with limited food options and frustrating game token costs.

Tip: Visit on a Monday morning for a less crowded experience. Be aware that this location is more focused on play areas than arcade games, and token costs for claw machines can be high.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Chuck E. Cheese Adventure World was an absolute hit with my kids! This visit was extra special because they earned it with 10 gold stars for chores completed, good grades, and 100% effort at their soccer games. It made the experience even more rewarding for them. MOXX the manager was fantastic she was energetic and friendly going over and beyond to ensure everyone was happy from employees to clients. Their $99 special for 6 kids for a birthday party you can’t beat. Especially for ages 3-7 years old this place is so fun, it’s less arcade games and more physical activity. So parents be ready to play! The areas are very safe and it was a blast for the whole family. The dip in dots is a lot of ice cream so if you’re sharing 1 that’s more than enough unless both parties like dip in dots. We shared 2 amongst 4: 2 kids and 2 parents. More than enough, we went on Thursday from 3:00PM - 6:00PM it was the perfect timing. Traffic began picking up at 6PM but we were leaving then. The games, rides, and activities kept them entertained for hours, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The ambiance is fun, lively, and perfectly designed for kids, making it a great spot for celebrations or a motivational reward. Seeing their smiles and excitement made every gold star worth it. Highly recommend for parents looking to combine fun with a little life lesson about effort and reward!
Very fun new facility. The adventure park is age appropriate for younger and older children. New version is more activity and play, than games for tickets. We just had a party there and everyone had a great time. I highly recommend the new Chuck E. Cheese adventure park.
My daughter and her cousins had a blast here. It can be busy and not enough seating especially when theres a birthday party there. We got a table and allowed a few other groups use our table as well. Will definitely come back again.
We went on a very busy Saturday and both my 10-year-old and 1.5-year-old had a great time. It was a bit smaller than expected and the tables were close together, but overall a fun experience for the kids. I saw lots of staff walking around cleaning and being vigilant.

We recently hosted a birthday party here and had a fantastic experience! The entire place was incredibly clean, which we really appreciated. The manager and the staff were exceptionally attentive throughout our whole party, ensuring everything ran smoothly. The food was good, and most importantly, our kids had an absolute blast! A huge shout-out to the manager for being so great. We highly recommend this location!
I took my 2 year old on a Monday morning and we had a great time. The staff was friendly and the facility was immaculately clean. There's an attendant who watches a locked gate at the front to ensure security. The playplace itself is well padded with 3 different levels and two big slides. Chuck E Cheese walked around and interacted with the kids while posing for many photos. Kids could wear their own socks as long as they weren't grip socks. I liked how we weren't forced to buy a pair of socks for this individual facility. We will be coming back in the future.
Great place for kiddos. The play area has lots of fun extras and they throw balls in there for the kids to bounce back and forth. Chuck E came out to see the kids a couple times. My daughter had a fantastic time.

Great place. Kind of small. No beer. Lol games are mostly claw machines. If you dont win you can purchase a prize. Pizza was decent.

I love that its not timed. You can stay as long as you want. They have a three level play area for big kids and a toddler area that's separate. There were employee disinfectanting the playarea while we were there. Ive never been to a playplace that did that. Its 20 for kids to get in and free for adults. If you have old chuck e cheese socks, bring them. They do require socks with grips on the bottom. You can also buy them there too. The food is not great. Disappointing to be honest. I suggest eating before or after going. Compared to other playmates we've been to. I would give it a 6 on a scale from 1- 10.
I took my 8-yr old for a play date for her birthday with a few friends. We arrived when they opened on a Saturday morning and stayed three hours. Kids had a blast. There were only two party tables occupied and the rest were empty. We ordered food around 11am, and all went well. So, my advice is to go early and if you book a party, book it for as early as possible. The 10am party goers seemed to be having a great time. We left home at 7am from our home out of town, and it was worth it. Plan strategically like you would if you were going to Six Flags. It’s not a place you just drop by and expect to not have a crowd because it is immensely popular.
My only complaint really is the top level. My daughter is 2 years old and I didn't want her going down the slides on her own. Going to the top level though is hard as an adult. The top level height is too low, and the heat was cranking made for an uncomfortable experience.
TLDR: Pro: Simple straight to the point — Pizza & play Cons: Cost and lack of attractions/arcade This was our second visit since they opened. Our first visit was 12/6 and it was for a birthday party. Today’s visit 12/30 was much better than the first. It seemed like things are running more smoothly with staff/operations. The food came out quick and was tasty. The staff was pleasant and was walking around keeping busy. They removed the dance floor and added more tables which made it more crowded (Keep that in mind if you have a party there). The play areas were clean and still in good condition. Overall nice visit but I’m giving them 3 stars due to the cost vs value. They will tell you at the door to keep your wristband and return later to keep playing but honestly that’s not an added value for me. I would rather pay less and do 1 or 2 hour passes. I paid $64 for a toddler and 5&7 year old and it’s hard to feel like it’s worth the money when they do not have a full arcade or additional play areas/attractions like Cheeky Monkeys (games/pretend play) etc. I think everyone should give it a go at least once but my kids prefer the regular Chuck E. Cheese over this new concept. Also I should mention passes/tokens etc from the regular Chuck E. Cheese do not work there and they told us we needed to turn our grip socks inside out (we had some from Chuck E Cheese). So regular socks only and if you do a claw machine you’ll need to purchase tokens there.
First time here, likely only rtime as it is not close to Denton where I live. Thus is a play zone, not a typical Chuckie. There are some Claw games but limited. The food is limited to snack food like pizza, popcorn, pretzel. No real food like fries, wings or salad like typical Chuckie location. For those familiar with Cheejy Monkies, then you will know. There are lots of sitting areas. This is a place where the adults sit and the kids run around.

My kids LOVE CEC! They love the tiny trampoline and slide area. So when we heard that this place was just a larger version of that, we were extremely excited to try it out! We have been gold CEC members, probably for as long as the membership has existed. We have had about 4 parties there with my kid being 7. We tried adventure world.. first I asked if I received any kind of discount for being a gold member.. the young lady up front looked at me crazy and said, THIS IS NOT CHUCK E CHEESE, this is only sponsored by Chuck E. Cheese.. hmmm what!? Ok.. seating was definitely tight.. food was limited but I ordered a pizza. The slices all looked different sizes which was a red flag for me.. BUT, my 7 year old and 3 year old really enjoyed it..
Play area was great,1st time here. But very crowed. Not a lot of area to sit. When you do have to get up it's hard to walk around cause there is too many people in one small area. Needs more food options not just pizza, nacho, popcorn or pretzel. Eat before you come if your looking for a meal.

Cost 20 per child 2 adults enter free. It doesn't have as many games as original chuck e cheese. Has big play area for kids to run and slide.
It is a great idea to you but when we went there, there’s several things I should change to make it worth actually going there One, we can’t use our membership passes that we pay every single month at the adventure world that’s the only reason why we take our kids every Friday to Chuck E. Cheese for entertainment because we can save money to do so And because we can’t use our app, we don’t get our discount food like the other locations even though there is more variety of food. The prices are not worth it. We also get free playtime in points on our cards. Every time we go to the other locations because of our membership, our cards did not work at this new location and the kids were confused and we could not stretch another thing we had to pay full price for. We have four kids we pay 29.99 every month we save quite a bit of money at a normal Chuck E. Cheese location. We go there every Friday we’ve been doing that for the last three years. I don’t think we will be going back there maybe once in a blue moon, but I would consider changing to where our memberships will be acceptable in our App work there otherwise I really love the playground. my kids have such great amount of energy it let them war themselves out better. I just wish it was more easier to get to. We don’t ever go to Arlington because the traffic but at least the kids had fun. We are just not gonna go back there all the time.

The pros: it’s clean, they let you bring outside food in, the kids played hard, Chuck E. Cheese the character was a hit. One child admission cost $19.99 unlimited play time but you’ll tap out after two hours or less. The Cons: this place is not situated to handle the crowds of people at peak hours. The whole time we were there, lines of people out the door, not enough seating, people on top of people. The facility itself is really about half as big as it should be. The concessions are basic, no fountain drinks, no ice, no cups $2.50 bottles of water. No salad bar like regular CEC. Basic cheese or pepperoni pizza only and concession stand fare like popcorn, pretzels, nachos it’s all a big step down from regular CEC. There wasn’t a system for tagging kids with parents either. Pure mayhem at the front door. People in line made the poor lady working there cry. This is a security disaster waiting to happen, wait and see. In summary: I would consider buying a season pass if they had one (which they don’t) and come back during non peak hours just for the gym playtime for the kid. I would not recommend booking a party here on a weekend or during peak hours as you’ll risk not accommodating your party with an on-time space.
👎This place is absolutely terrible. My 4yr old granddaughter fend 3 times on other kids beating her down; absolutely horrible 😤 Natural instict led her to hit back but ended on the ground. And you as a parent? Cannot fit in there to grab your kid and help her. The place itself is a madhouse, loud and frantic. Bathrooms are dirty. No military discount and claim to be Chuck & Cheese. And my way out, 3 Arlington Police cars at the entrance🫣
Not from this area so when I seen a bigger and thought better chuck E cheese I was like yeah sure let's go. Unfortunately this place is bairly sub par. Its tight and cramped, parties are right ontop of each other. The games are lame and all full of the same prizes. When asking the manager to put some of the shelf items inside the machine she refused saying "We cant open the machines while people are in here" as if someone's going to rob a claw machine game of its toys. Its quite comical considering there are whole stores in the area with nothing but claw games and they open the machines all the time with stores full of people. But I guess the manager would know their crowd better then me and if she thinks so little of her community, that speaks volumes to me. Won't be returning.

Avoid this "Adventure World" Save your money and go to a regular Chuck E. Cheese I took my two boys here today for my son's 4th birthday, and I am beyond disappointed. I'm really not the type of person to just bash a local business, but our experience was honestly awful. They advertise "2 free adults admissions per child," but when my parents arrived just three minutes after I bought the passes, the staff refused to let them in. They claimed everyone has to be present at the exact moment of purchase. When I pointed out that this wasn't stated anywhere, the cashier rudely told me the "rule" is on a QR code on the receipt. Who is checking a QR code for entry rules after they've already paid? It felt like a total scam just to squeeze more admission money out of us. The issues didn't stop at the door: • Zero Seating: Every single table had a "Reserved" sign. They clearly overbook parties, leaving day-pass holders with nowhere to sit. They literally expect the adults to stand the entire time. • Limited Food: The food options were incredibly thin. • Poor Service: Most of the staff are teenagers with major attitudes who clearly don't want to be there. If you're looking for a fun day for your kids, save your time and just go to a regular Chuck E. Cheese. You'll have a much better experience, better food, and actually be treated like a customer. This location seriously needs to work on its customer service and transparency. Save your money and go elsewhere.
This was my first time taking my kids here and I hosted my oldest son birthday party here. We did not feel welcome nor did I feel I got my moneys worth. I understand I ordered the basic package but I did not think lack of communication came with it. When I first got in it was like the employee made sure to get my payment once she got that I was on my own. Although I knew what was included in my package I had to remind her about the ticket master and the way she kept telling my son it was time to get out just did it for me. To be honest I would never host another party here as I did not like how I had to remind staff of what was next. I just believe when you are paying for a service great customer service should be included. The fact that I am 8 months pregnant and to be asked to greet my guest at the door to give them a wristband was absurd. It was like staff remembered I had to pay or remembered to tell my guest had to have a wristband but didn't think to ask me if I was ready for the ticket master or ready for my sons cake. I believe my children had a great time and I am thankful for that but I would never spend another dime at this place. The regular chuckie e cheese is ten times better at least the staff are attentive and take payment AFTER your party instead of before like you are going to run off on them.
Went here for my grandsons birthday Saturday…we had a big crowd. But my issue is that they said 1-17 u have to pay the 19.99 and 5$ for each adult just to get in. We had 4 infants/babies under one who were not playing and they still made us pay 19.99 for each of them! And the pizza tasted like cardboard…you know the pizza is bad when a 3 year old says it taste funny. I really expected better quality in food but also being charged for babies under 1 is ridiculous! Truthfully needs more space between tables to congested when partys are going on. Restrooms were nasty and stay close to your kids because other people’s kids like to put hands on random kids and not a parent in site to correct them.
Staff was indifferent. Had no options to even purchase water (claimed they were out) and their basic "game" card only allowed for one game to be played....minimum card is 50 points but lowest game is 30 points. Kids enjoyed Urban Air better.

I called and was told all booked up but have open seating. The place is too small, kids (teens) are running it. No communication, I don't even know what I paid for cause the baby (1) couldn't do anything. More adults then kids. Again place to small. Group has to come together. If late wait time is a hr or longer. So be ready for the run around but the kids still may have fun. Food (trash) nothing like the chunk E cheese pizza. Cheese or pepperoni for 9 or 13 dollars and is not worth it. But the kids may have fun.
Playground cool. Very big kids did enjoy it. But as well chuck e cheese is known for the arcade games. Which are here... BUT THEY ARE 30 COINS EACH!!!! 30 IS THE LOWEST 80 BEING THE HIGHEST. How is it i got 100 tokens for 10 and got to play 3 games.... Since when? And why????? Oh also on a Tuesday they ran out of pizza at 2pm???? It's Thanksgiving break wanted to take kids to something new just to experience this. Im from plano. Honestly not worth the drive. Stay to my local chuck e cheese the original
Kids loved it. It's an indoor adventure style park. But for kids. No arcades. They have a couple of claw machines that's It. It's mainly for running around etc. It is very big and much room. And they also have a 0-4 year old area..... Update on review. I guess when we went it had just opened. Unfortunately it is extra crowded. When we went they kept everything clean. They even asked for you to remove your shoes. Now shoes are allowed inside. Place smells and is no longer well kept. We decided not to come back Be warned
