Katy was holding down the bar by herself! She’s quick and in point with our whole order. Definitely good vibes. It is a small area though, but we were allowed to walk out.

Not sure what the issue is with people and their low ratings. It’s an airport bar that serves decent local brews. You sit. You drink till your flight. You leave. What more does one need. Didn’t eat but they’re part of a mini food court so there’s food available if one needs.

32.50 USD for 1large beer and 1 half draft beer! The Bar displayed no prices and every client flying at AUS airport get very much defrauded as you have to pay the prices then told after . i don't mind to pay a premium for airport drink but this is disgusting! This is very dishonest!

I hate 1 star reviews and I guess none of these reviews really matter, but just to put info out there...when u get through the nightmare of check in and security you just want a beer. This was the first place we saw... bartender was less than friendly, almost bothered and bored we were there... even when I'm tired I'm very friendly. It's needed when traveling people are tired...and then 27 dollars for 2 beers in plastic cups. That's higher than prices in Norway known for high alcohol prices. Absolutely ridiculous. Will never go here when we fly through.

I recently was at this place and the bar tender was very sweet but took her time trying to cash people out. Allow at least 15 minutes just to cash out. She also added $7 more to my tab when my debit charge came through!!! Trying to reach someone at bar to dispute extra charge, but can’t get through to anyone. I travel a lot and suggest that everyone save your receipts and double check your card charges when they come through.

The bar tender is stealing from the company, I even gave her a $15 tip and she changed my bill to give herself a 199% tip, $23 on an $11 tab and printed a new receipt and Signed my name again, I am disputing the charge,

The bald bartender is the reason why this place is rated so poorly, he is a complete jerk that drives away customers. He drove me and two other people away with his nasty attitude. You're a bartender bro, not a king of anybody's world. He was aware of how rude he was and wouldn't give us his name because he knew the bad review was coming. Replace this guy and you'll be better off!
