I'm not gonna lie, when I first walked in, I was super disappointed at how skimpy everything looked. There is chicken soup, noodles, 2 pasta sauces, a salad bar, and only 5 trays of pizza, 3 dessert options. I was pleasantly surprised at how well they kept rotating the pizzas. Every few minutes they'd roll out fresh pizzas and announce it for everyone to hear. I also got the chicken wings, the sauce had a nice flavor, and the meat itself was normal. Overall, a great experience for a Cici's Buffet, well worth the price.

Good selection of different pizzas. We love buffets and thought this was pretty good for the affordable price. We also got some wings - garlic Parmesan. Wings were done pretty well. Some of the pizzas were a little skimpy worth the toppings and cheese. Location was a little sketchy. Service was just ok, not everyone understood simple requests very well and was hard to communicate at times. Did a good job and making sure tables were clean if used plates, but attitudes of workers were more on the emotionless to negative side. Overall, this place was ok.

I'm not really a big fan of Ceci's. When it comes to pizza I love the sauce. My favorite is Mr. Gattis, the best pizza in town. But that's a Austin restaurant

My daughter and I decided to sit and eat here for the first time. She ordered wings, and we were there for almost 45 mins. The little beeper never went off and the workers were so lazy they couldn't even bring out to her or at least signal to her. Wont eat here again!!!!!!! Place was dirty and so were tables. Could have been alot better than what it was!!!

It has always been a hit or a miss with cici’s pizza. Sometimes its good but today it was really bad. Dough was overcooked and very hard, toppings were not uniform. Some slices had too much olives while others had none. Same with mushrooms. Will try a different pizza place next time for my weekly pizza night

Be aware! The cashier talks badly about you in Spanish. What he didn't know was that I knew he was talking badly about me. You want to berate me and take my money? Nope! Never going back. Cici's hire respectful people!

Saddest experience in a Cicis pizza location. Pizza was cold and stale, the pasta was still hard from not being cooked correctly, and desserts were hard as well. A refund would be greatly appreciated.

My wife, my daughter and I walked in with a coupon. We ordered a large pizza. We received our pizza and right before we were about to enjoy the pizza the manager kicked us out. He said “this is a buffet, we don’t do orders for dine in” “to go means to go”. He proceeded to question if we knew what to go meant… the coupon we gave them said nothing about to go only. Mind you, the place was at 5% capacity at best. In other words no one was there. Plenty of seating space available and we got kicked out of a place we purchased a pizza at. My wife is 8 months pregnant and we have a 16 month old. The pizza was pretty good though.

First of all, I would like to say about this restaurant the manager was very disrespectful towards me and my son. Oh awesome he was violating my rights towards disable. I this restaurant has been the worst. He took away the cup of water and throw it in the floor. It was very disrespectful, unprofessional, and I give a one star on this restaurant.

Unreal... you post closing hours at 10pm... I show up at 927, handicapped ... takes me a few mins to get inside. Then I stand there for 3 mins waiting for a cashier... oh sorry were take out only after 930!! Buddy, there's tables with people eating, kids screaming and crying ... you just discriminated a handicapped human who would've eaten and been out in 15 mins. Unbelievable and sad to treat people like this ... its 2025. GFY!

The customer service was not good I find something dirty in the pizza. I already take a picture and submit the picture to the report they sell not giving away for free They should give the ketchup with the pizza even they charge me five dollars just won the range. I never see that someone selling ketchup in range.
