Tinest Bar in Texas Austin Reviews
Favorite bartenders in the in tiniest bar business <333 you know who you are :)
Not nearly as chaotic as 5th Street. Great location, great atmosphere. Chloe is very personable, and friendly. Everything you would want from a bartender.
Chloe did an amazing job making this feel like a personal experience. She gorgeous and awesome. Gave great recommendations for stuff to do in Austin
From what I remember, drinks were around $8-9 which isn't bad at all. I don't think you can go inside the bar, only the bartender is there serving drinks. They have outdoor seating on the side of the bar with fans and TV's
My boyfriend and I were looking for a quick bar for our first time in Austin. We didn’t want anything too crowded or rowdy. We found this place and it was amazing! The bartender was extremely friendly and funny, the people were kind, the drinks were amazing and tasty. It was inexpensive and the drinks were fun flavors too. Very clean and neat spot. Plenty of street parking but I’m unsure how crowded it gets on a weekend. I got multiple drinks but the tiny disco ball was my favorite and had edible glitter ❤️ Must try this place!!
The tiniest bar in Texas is awesome! I had a great time. The drinks are really delicious and varied. They are really small and have a great outdoor patio. The bartender Jai is really great and adds a lot of fun to this already fun place. There’s two food trucks nearby too! Just in case you’re feeling that drunken food craving!
Super cool atmosphere. The idea of everything outdoors with 2 food trailers a stage comedy night was Great. Went with my partner and sister in law for first time met a friend there. Was great for all of us. Met new people everyone was super friendly and outgoing. Will definitely be back. The bar is definitely "TINY" LOL 😆 🤣 😂 😆
We visited this bar because it was mentioned in somebody feed Phil. Not a great beer selection, I guess the refrigerator is tiny also. I love the name and the concept. My Lager was pretty cheap. Not a good place for beer snobs.
This place is extremely rough! They need to spend like a minute to do a quick dust and that would make a big difference. 0 cleaning is done outside. Other than that it’s a great spot.
Technically not the tiniest bar in Texas. It’s just a name. But a name that makes you want to visit regardless! Small kiosk with variety of shots available. A few cocktails, few beer options including local ones. And two food trucks in the same area, they share a common seating area. One is a burrito place and the other some kind of Middle Eastern. Both close a lot sooner than the bar does. The bar has an outdoor patio to sit in too, (no indoors area) with a TV with the game on. And an awning to protect from the rain. Pretty decent overall if all you want is a quick drink and some casual, relaxed ambience.
I been a regular here for years, I was just refused service, back when Hannah and Barry was bartending. I even tipped Barry $20 the last time I was here. The bartender said I got into an altercation with hunter, last time I was there hunter bought me shots with his gf Sydney which is crazy the bar has gotten downhill anyway with less chess tournaments the password to the Wi-Fi is 88888888 and the owner wouldn’t speak me on the phone when the bartender was speaking to the owner when I was present she said I had to leave I said I’m okay she called the cops then I left. Just a negative experience after coming here for so many years.
The most expensive drink Ive had in Austin. Ive been here a hand full of times and never had this happen. So I assume this review will only be relevant for a few months. I ordered a whiskey and water, then realized thats a drink and asked for the 2 drinks separately. The "bartender" pulls out a dixie cup and pours half an ounce of jack into the cup and says that will be $8. That's so bad I started wondering If this "bartender" had it out for me specifically and singled me out for some reason. Ive never seen that done in my life. I will definitely not be ordering any more drinks from here. The crowd around me beer's looked fine. So maybe this is more of a beer bar? Definitely the most out of ordinary experience Ive had with a bar so far.
In a city built on being weird and being free, this outdoor, non food serving, dive bar patio that gets very little traffic, wouldn’t let me have a beer on the patio because I had no shirt on. Not a soul there lol. I used to go here and it’s a cool place, but, your whole thing is a funky weird vibe and you’re tripping about no shirt on a beautiful day? Whackest thing I’ve ever seen in this city. Go here and you’ll understand what I’m saying.
