After the longest time, I have enjoyed Subway this much. They followed by customization perfectly. And the price was reasonable for the footlong. The guy was very friendly. Everyone, go to this Subway. They are very generous with the customization.

Had subway a lot of places this is my favorite place to get a sandwich. Mr.Cruz is the best worker that I have every dealt with in subway. Thanks Mr.Cruz for always taking care of me and my family you deserve a raise.

They messed up my Uber eats order. When I called and asked about the missing items they said I can come and pick them up!!!! Did I order Uber eats so that I can then go and pick it up?? Are you kidding me? The only reason they are getting two stars is because they are refunding me for the missing items.

Don't order delivery or you'll get a half empty sandwich.

The worst place I have ever been to. I told him I wanted to make my own , I asked him for bacon and he gave me meatballs I told him I did not want that and he just took them off but there was sauce everywhere

Got a prepaid card for xmass went to get a sandwich activated it right in front of the cashier as she waited for me I swipe the card it said approved cashier said no the ticket didn’t come out so it didn’t go through and charged me again .. before leaving the store I check my card and she charged me twice I tell her this as well as let her hear it off the card itself she still tells me no she didn’t do it .. when asked for a manager I was told they are never there .. as soon as I called the police they found the manager and gave me a refund … never going back there again they are shady

Served me a flippin roach in my food. They didn't offer compensation and simply didn't care. They brushed it off and should be checked by the health department.

Food was cold I paid for extra cheese n meat he gave 1 slice said I paid extra cheese was had the nasty attitude slam the sandwich down on table I will never go here again

The girl behind the counter was on her phone the entire time was not sure who she was talking to me or her phone then she tried to give me 2 scoops of tuna in my sandwich... and managed to tell me there are no managers in the store they basically do what they want ... never going there again

I ordered a foot long tuna with lettuce tomato onions banana peppers and dill pickle. The guy at the counter could careless that I was there. Anyhow tuna barely put anything on it. I am like fine I will get my veggies like I use to get it. Small gross looking tomatos barely any. The cheapest thing is the lettuce putting a few pieces of shredded lettuce. Onions could you spare it. 4 dried out pickles 3 small pieces of banana peppers. I ask for more peppers and pickles only 1 pickle and 1 destroyed banana pepper ripped apart In 2 pieces as extra. Just under $12.00 for this sad sandwich. It was a waste of money and also disgusting. I didn't even finish it. I will never go to a subway sandwich shop ever again. Terrible quality and service very mediocre. No wonder this company is failing.
