Our go to happy place for breakfast, lunch, supper, dinner; any time of the day. Being a vegetarian, I especially appreciate the fact that Taco Bell offers to make any/all the items from the menu replacing meat w/ beans, which leave us with a lot of options!!

Quality food made the way it was supposed to, other taco bell's dont even come close to this one when it comes to portions size and hot/warm temps this store will impress you.

The young lady taking orders at the counter was super friendly. The food was up really fast and it was fresh. It's the smallest Taco Bell I've ever been in but it's cute. It looks at the surrounding hills/mountain side and the small town. This location is GREAT!!

Rolled up to the drive thru. Super friendly staff , food was hot and really good. Most notable part is that they were working short as someone failed to show up. 2 people running the show and they were still super nice! They deserve a raise for keeping such a great attitude.

I have only been to this location twice now. Both times i have it has been around 9pm on my way home from work . Both times i ordered a chicken quesadilla and both times it was amazing. I honestly can say I have not had a quesadilla from taco bell so good in years, it was so fresh. Who ever is on this shift and working does a great job. I even called and spoke with manager Tia to let her know they were doing a great job. If only the ones here where i live could get with it.

This Taco Bell is the only one I eat at. The others in the area are rather disappointing by giving out the wrong order or the food being cold when they give it to me. This Taco Bell's food is always warm and the orders are taken care of very quickly. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Super quick, clean, friendly service. Got a big order tonight and ended up missing a few things, but when I explained the few things we were missing, the staff was quick to help and quickly apologized. Very great staff. Happy to be eating here. Bathrooms were amazingly clean and we'll kept up. Keep up the good work guys!

We stopped at the Bath, NY Taco Bell on 01/25/24. The young man who waited on us was polite, professional, friendly & helpful. That is something you seldom see at a fast food location anymore.

Everyone was very friendly. I ordered my burritos made vegan and a lot of Taco Bells get confused, but this one had no issue and made them perfectly. The food was very hot, burritos were grilled to perfection, and the soda was deliciously carbonated. 10/10 best Taco Bell I’ve ever stopped at during a road trip.

Easy on/off I-86. Clean restrooms. Fast. Friendly. This is about perfect. Very rarely my food is made sloppily or order not right...but they always make it right. Really good management and employees. The difference here, between a four or five star is the friendliness of the people. Everyone has a bad day, or gets rushed, but they're always so nice here.

My favorite fast food store! Was there recently via drive-thru and always fun to meet a friendly face. Their workers have a fast turnover, so seeing a consistent person on a regular basis is not always easy.

I’m not typically a review person but I needed to come on here and say something. The young man that was working tonight was the only one in the entire store! However that did not stop him from providing an excellent customer experience, even under the pressure he still found a way to stay calm and locked in. Others left because they were worried of to long of wait, while we stayed as we got to the window this is when he explained the situation he was in. Even with a line brewing he still provided excellent service and I can’t say enough nice things about him! Definitely would recommend to anyone, this young man deserves a raise! He’s the definition of living Mas! Thank you for your excellent effort and hospitality!!

I had a great visit to this Taco Bell! The store was empty when I visited so the service was quick. The food was very good, I tremendously enjoyed the chips and dip as always and my alterations to the power bowl were followed very well. My favorite thing about the whole visit was the country music station that was playing at a perfect volume and the songs were so good.

Love this taco bell! Great pitstop for road trips and I am sure locals enjoy this place. Stopped here conveniently. They have free wifi and lots of parking + drive thru. Super speedy service and friendly staff. The food was delicious.

Always love taco bell but they lose a star for getting rid of my beef quasirito of making it an online only purchase or whatever it is (was told at one location you could only get them if you ordered on the app not sure why I can only do it that way but it's stupid and irritates me if its true)

It's a taco bell. They seem to keep it fairly clean. And of the few times I've gone, they've only once forgot an item. They staff is friendly enough.

Location was clean and orderly. Staffing was helpful and polite and the food was of good quality and apparent freshness and decent value. I would stop again.

Was a quick stop on the way home and I'm a lil leary about ordering the domino's locos because if they're just a lil stale it ruins the whole taco. My shell was loaded with Nacho cheese and was so fresh it crumbled when I bit into it. I was very happy with the service and the meal.

First time going to taco bell in long time, was not able to dine in because sign said " short staffed" so had to do drive thru. Got a chicken power bowl, was pretty good actually.

Good location for a quick bite. When we went yesterday, the 27th of August, it was kiosk orders only. Not sure if that's a permanent thing or not. Staff was still nice and everything was fast and hot.

I have NEVER given any fast food joint better than a 3* rating, but I'm going 4* on this specific Taco Bell location. I'm not a local but travel through this part of the country a few times each year. This particular Taco Bell happens to be the spot I'm usually passing around lunch time. Every time I go in, the place is spotless. Someone is always cleaning something. The bathrooms are clean. The counters are clean. Tables always clean. And the people working there have always been smiling and friendly. I assume that this specific Taco Bell is the reason why they won the Franchise Wars in Demolition Man. Good job, good people of the Bath, NY Taco Bell.

A quick lunch stop on the way home from Niagara. Food took some time to come to us although the place wasn't crowded. Perhaps there were more pick-up orders than dine-ins. Friendly staff, clean restrooms and plenty of parking.

Not bad. Great food. Service was alright and the food was out a reasonable time. Got charged 99cents for tomatoes was fine with that but God give someone more than 5 cubes of tomatoes when you charge them extra for it. That's the only real issue I had. Everything else was right and we enjoyed.

Taco bell has been a long time favorite of mine. The taco bell in bath is no different. Service can be slow at times,but over all it is not a bad experience . a shrewd customer can still get a filling meal for less than $10.00.

Usually a good taco bell, until I realized they're the only taco bell in 4 counties that doesn't serve breakfast? And apparently haven't for years? Get with the program, there's literally no reason not to. Having a dunkin next door is no excuse to have an alternate menu different from the nationwide menu that comes with the App. Really other than that I've never had an issue with the restaurant.

I was disappointed, was expecting food to be edible. In all fairness, I did not make it known that I was totally discusted. I have rated this exact Taco Bell in them last and the good was just amazing, I guess thats where the disappointment came in because I knew they are capable of better!

The service was kind of slow, the people making the food were taking their time chatting with one another when there was quite of people waiting. Also ahead of me a women had an issue with a rude worker and then you could hear the women working in the back cussing quite loudly and there were kids in the lobby. The workers just seemed like they were annoyed when they had to help someone out. The food was great tho!

Why is it so hard to teach your employees how to build a burrito? I would like to taste each of the ingredients in every bite. Beans are guaranteed to be in every bite, but the meat, sour cream , rice and cheese are thrown on the tortilla only covering 10-20%. Simple fix... spread them out evenly!!!! I bought the $5 box yesterday...the cinnamon twists had only a hint of flavor and were dumped in on top of the rest of the meal (not in a sleeve). Employees can learn if taught....do random checks....that's your responsibility as a manager.

Meh.... We had a pretty big order, however a good 25% of it was wrong or missing. Went back up for some of the missed items, but it was not going smoothly so we just counted our loses work the missing items. I'd probably skip this particular Taco Bell in the future.

Drive through line took FOREVER to be served at the window! Once there, I was handed what I thought to be the root beer I ordered. It was cola...yuck! When the gal came back to the window, I handed her the drink and asked AGAIN for root beer. She took it and disappeared for a few. She came back and handed me my drink and I left assuming it was finally what I ordered. Got home and took a slurp...YUCK!! It's still cola!!! It absolutely ruined my whole dinner!

DO NOT EAT THE STEAKKKK. my friend and I both got steak power bowls at complete different times (months apart) and they both made us horribly sick. Please fix this issue.

We didn't get what we ordered and the staff could have cared less but, finally made it right. Very little meat in the tacos. There are better places to eat in Bath.

We went through the drive through, only one vehicle in front of us and it took almost ten minutes for them to get their order. When we finally got ours there weren't any sauces that we requested, my burrito was cold and did not taste like or look like it had any beef in it. Unhappy as we were driving away

No large cups. No fries. Diablo sauce only. No outdoor garbage cans. $25 for two people with those negatives on top, never again. Only went because my friend wanted to. Staff was friendly, or it’d be one star.

Had a quick order with two items. Ask for Fire Sauce. Did not get Fire Sauce. Went back I got hot sauce sauce instead of Fire Sauce. Then there were no napkins in the bag. If you use the drive-in before you pull away make sure that everything you ordered is correct. Order the nachos box. There were literally two little pieces of shredded chicken on it. They don't pay attention to what they're doing here.

Incredibly slow service. The kiosks in the dining area were not working and no employee was at the cash registers, so I had to spend 5 minutes waiting for an employee to walk by to ask to take my order. Even then, they had me wait until they took an additional few drive through orders before coming back to the cash registers to take mine.

Well never got my food two people that ordered after me got theres before me. So I just walked out not the first time had issues. I talked to a manager about it before because its not the first time this has happened and some other issues with the staff. Well I guess complaining to manager is a joke now they see me walk in and they delay my food on purpose. I dont know but I will not go back.

We pulled through the parking lot to see what looked to be all of the employees sitting on the curb smoking. Went to the order screen to be told by a girl with a headset 5 feet away smoking. “ our systems are rebooting we cannot make food for 20 minutes “

I usually get extra things on my burritos and pay for it. But this place is the worst. They never and I mean never add them. I will go out of my way to drive to Corning to get what I order. Poor management, and work ethic. I just onions and red sauce, is that to much to ask?

We ordered online and customized our tacos. We ordered without lettuce and the tacos were full of lettuce! They also forgot to put one of our plain Gorditas in our bag so we drive back around through the drive through. We explained that we would like it plain and when they gave it to us it had lettuce and ranch sauce on it. They made us another one and while waiting we checked the rest of our food. The outside bag was ripped and the meat was thrown all over the taco so much so that the paper was ripping. They also didn't include our soda. When we reminded them, they handed it to us with soda all over the outside the cup. I am posting 1 star because there isn't an option for zero. Staff was friendly, but had no idea how to do his job or pay attention to detail. We explained to him twice what a plain Gordita looked like then he came back to the window to make sure there wasn't sauce on it.

What a joke this was!!! How first the speaker for the drive thru doesn't work! Then they have no dad!!! Then they have no refried beans for the burritos!! Freezie machine has been down for months, they ran out of Pepsi, Baja Blast, and tomatoes! The cook in the back yelled out, "Soon we will run out of stuff to make tacos!" Although, the staff was friendly and the food I had was good and hot, they always seen to be running out of food every time I go.

Came in a few days ago. This place is extremely rude. I asked for names of everyone that gave me dirty looks because I am appalled about how I was treated. I asked a simple question about the burritos and was given rude stares and condescending tones. The girls name was Christina and I spoke to the tall manager Matt about it. I want this to be took very seriously I saw these people making my food incorrectly ON PURPOSE. something needs to be changed about this establishment especially the people they hire

Complete disaster. Half my $73 order was missing. So I called and a gentleman said to come down. It was right before they closed so I rushed down just to be told they're closed and the guy never said to come down. So now 2 out of the 4 people I ordered and payed for aren't eating . I hope a manager sees this and figures out who's responsible . Do yourselves a favor and don't bother.

This is the third time that we have tried eating at this location. We order in the app and pickup in drive thru, well each and every time we are missing meals or items in a combo, when they said they have it all in the bag. I have been fooled three times by this location, never again.

Took a road trip to Watskins Falls on the way stopped at this location for some food. EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE, OBNOXIOUS, and UNPROFESSIONAL. Actually they were very racist to a single South Asian women. One employee stated his name is “MATT” and when asked what is the managers name he said “her name is also Matt”. Then he stated that her name was “Melanie” after refusing to give me a proper name at first. Long story short, my Crunchwrap wasn’t made correctly, and Quesadilla was burnt to ashes that my son couldn’t eat it. Requested another one and she threw it in the bag like she was doing anyone a favor! It’s your job to treat your customers with some respect working as a fast food manager!! My best friend is a corporate lawyer and she will be reaching out and making sure this discrimination is addressed! No racism will be tolerated anywhere!! If you’re traveling and do come to this location…I request to write a review!!!!

Went in to place an order, after waiting a while flagged a worker who said he couldn't take our order being he didn't know how to work the register, I said we were paying with cash he said the manager would have to come do it.

Went to this location over a year ago. I like Taco Bell but you should avoid this location. The cheese on one of my orders was not melted completely and they gave my husband the wrong order. If we weren't in a hurry, we would of went back and demanded them to make it again. Will probably hit one of other fast food joints instead when traveling through Bath.

A group of us ordered ahead with the app. We get there and use the drive through to give them time to make the order. We wound up waiting in the drive through for twenty minutes after getting to the window even though we ordered 15 minutes before we got there. They messed up the whole order and our food was cold. On top of all that they wouldn't answer the phone when we called to complain. It was a very disappointing experience and a place I will not go back to.

Afternoon, 12/12. Ordered 1 Burrito Supreme and 3 Dorito Supremes. I pull up to window. Visited with guy. He put sauce in bag. Rolls it and hands it to me. I declined the receipt. Drove off to Arbys and Wegmanns. Dog on console. I finally get home unload. Open my bag. There are 3 Burritos, not one, and no Tacos? I attempted to call the store until 7pm. Phone just rang? My card was charged $15.36. City needs to ticket this business for bagging waste. Perry.

I went to the bath location about 7:30 pm waited over 5 minutes never was acknowledged. There was no one else in line and they had messed up other customers orders in the drive thru and were socializing with one another rather than even saying we'll be right with you. For these reasons me and my family left.

By far the worst experience I've ever had as a consumer. Not only did the manager call me, a 46 year old woman, "sweetheart" in an extremely condescending manner but he made fun of the fact that my children have a food allergy and needed fresh gloves. Never in my life have I had a manager treat me or my children in the manner. Please be warned this whole establishment is toxic!

Waited for about 20 minutes or more for a luxe box and one taco. 3 people working. 2 were in kitchen. Looked like one of them didn't know what they were doing and moved at a snails pace making the orders.

Manager currently arguing with who's supposed to be cleaning the floor and who's supposed to be taking orders because no one is.... Tables are disgusting. We washed our own table. This happened June 30th at 1:30pm.

Absolutely horrible experience from this location! I took my daughter here for lunch as a treat after a tournament. Our food was cold. Literally, freezing cold. Got a two pack of cinnabon bites and they were still frozen inside! Not just a little either. Our tacos were also cold! I took a bite from each item from their cravings box and everything was luke warm at best - I asked my daughter how her food was and she said her taco was cold and upset her stomach. I took our order to the counter and asked for our food to be heated and was informed they didn't take it back, but would remake it. A fella remade our food, but in that short span both my daughter and I felt very unwell. The fella then asked for the first order, but the girl we initially talked to told us they couldn't take it and to throw it away. He wasn't very happy and even gave us a bit of attitude! We didn't eat much of the remade order. It's been a few hours since and we're both sick and have been since eating here!! We'll not be returning to this location anytime soon!

Young male staff member made a demeaning comment about my appearance. Had a flippant conversation back and forth with the young girl who jokingly scolded him. I stood there shocked as I was nothing but polite waiting for an order. Manager asked how I was doing and didn’t do anything to reprimand his employees who just mocked me. Never again.

My fiance took my daughter today for her 10th birthday lunch because it’s one of her favorites. No one was there at 11:20 AM the doors were locked. Hours were posted as normal and you could see online orders coming in from the drive thru window. I understand being short staffed but put up signs if you have to step away and or if no one shows have a manager post.

Went through the drive through tonight waited a few mins for someone to take my order. Then a woman came over and told me to please hold on then immediately after told me to go ahead with my order. I tell her my order and then she asked me to repeat it. I told her my order again and then there was no response. She then again asks me to go ahead with my order. I told her my order 3 times. Get up to the window and I’m waiting and waiting for someone to take my money. She finally opens the window and asked me for my name. I tell her and she looks confused so I let her know I just placed my order at the window and asks me what my order was. I told her again and asked if she got the no tomato on one of the boxes. I hate tomatoes and she confirms we’re good. I sit there more than 10 mins waiting for my order only to get it and get home and both boxes have tomatoes so I didn’t even eat my meal. Do better and train your employees.
