Why is it so hard to teach your employees how to build a burrito? I would like to taste each of the ingredients in every bite. Beans are guaranteed to be in every bite, but the meat, sour cream , rice and cheese are thrown on the tortilla only covering 10-20%. Simple fix... spread them out evenly!!!! I bought the $5 box yesterday...the cinnamon twists had only a hint of flavor and were dumped in on top of the rest of the meal (not in a sleeve). Employees can learn if taught....do random checks....that's your responsibility as a manager.

Incredibly slow service. The kiosks in the dining area were not working and no employee was at the cash registers, so I had to spend 5 minutes waiting for an employee to walk by to ask to take my order. Even then, they had me wait until they took an additional few drive through orders before coming back to the cash registers to take mine.

Well never got my food two people that ordered after me got theres before me. So I just walked out not the first time had issues. I talked to a manager about it before because its not the first time this has happened and some other issues with the staff. Well I guess complaining to manager is a joke now they see me walk in and they delay my food on purpose. I dont know but I will not go back.

Manager currently arguing with who's supposed to be cleaning the floor and who's supposed to be taking orders because no one is.... Tables are disgusting. We washed our own table. This happened June 30th at 1:30pm.

Absolutely horrible experience from this location! I took my daughter here for lunch as a treat after a tournament. Our food was cold. Literally, freezing cold. Got a two pack of cinnabon bites and they were still frozen inside! Not just a little either. Our tacos were also cold! I took a bite from each item from their cravings box and everything was luke warm at best - I asked my daughter how her food was and she said her taco was cold and upset her stomach. I took our order to the counter and asked for our food to be heated and was informed they didn't take it back, but would remake it. A fella remade our food, but in that short span both my daughter and I felt very unwell. The fella then asked for the first order, but the girl we initially talked to told us they couldn't take it and to throw it away. He wasn't very happy and even gave us a bit of attitude! We didn't eat much of the remade order. It's been a few hours since and we're both sick and have been since eating here!! We'll not be returning to this location anytime soon!

Always missing food and when I call the store they have an attitude about it don’t even apologize. I’ve ordered multiple times and I am always missing food too hard to count your items?? Food always comes messed up for the price not even worth it

Young male staff member made a demeaning comment about my appearance. Had a flippant conversation back and forth with the young girl who jokingly scolded him. I stood there shocked as I was nothing but polite waiting for an order. Manager asked how I was doing and didn’t do anything to reprimand his employees who just mocked me. Never again.

God damn 9:27 pm. Door says open till 10pm daily. Lady pointed at the drive thru and I told my vehicle wouldn’t fit and she still pointed at the drive thru.

My fiance took my daughter today for her 10th birthday lunch because it’s one of her favorites. No one was there at 11:20 AM the doors were locked. Hours were posted as normal and you could see online orders coming in from the drive thru window. I understand being short staffed but put up signs if you have to step away and or if no one shows have a manager post.

Food was very stale and poorly made, and beef tasted spoiled. I understand it's fast food but it was particularly bad. I'm not a google reviewer type but felt strongly something needed to be said.

Went through the drive through tonight waited a few mins for someone to take my order. Then a woman came over and told me to please hold on then immediately after told me to go ahead with my order. I tell her my order and then she asked me to repeat it. I told her my order again and then there was no response. She then again asks me to go ahead with my order. I told her my order 3 times. Get up to the window and I’m waiting and waiting for someone to take my money. She finally opens the window and asked me for my name. I tell her and she looks confused so I let her know I just placed my order at the window and asks me what my order was. I told her again and asked if she got the no tomato on one of the boxes. I hate tomatoes and she confirms we’re good. I sit there more than 10 mins waiting for my order only to get it and get home and both boxes have tomatoes so I didn’t even eat my meal. Do better and train your employees.
