The workers so super busy!.... With seriously talking, discussing about iPhone plugged more than to have good services to customers those waiting in front of them! Stop discussing, talking, buying, keep working first all ladies... y'all. Very bad cheap service! (as your food).

I bought the 8 piece mixed tonight 4/30/25 the biscuits were great. The mashed potatoes were great. But that chicken was very bland, no seasoning, no flavor at all.. All i could handle was 1/2 of a wing... Husband could not eat it at all as it was so tough for him to eat.. It had been sitting for awhile.. All they had for anyone to order from was chicken , mashed potatoes and the biscuits they said that is all they had fixed up....Will not be back.. I love my chicken but this was very gross

I used to go here weekly and spend about $12. However this Church’s stopped selling Iced Tea a while ago (2 visits no Ice Tea) . So I will never go to this Church’s here again. I instead just tried Popeyes at Lamar & I-10 for first time which sells Ice Tea. Hopefully someone will letthe Church’s manager know this was a bad decision ! John Berner-Houston

This is the absolute worse location I have ever been to. I ordered my food online at 7:01 to be exact. It is now 7:43 and still no food and the staff is arguing amongst themselves because apparently one of them didn’t tell the cook to drop our chicken in the fryer. I was told it was going to be 16 minutes. This staff is so unorganized and no communication.

Don't bother, another review said their chicken was indescribable! That can be said for mine, the chicken wasnt cut properly before cooking, biting into what i thought was a thigh and got spine bones!! They didnt have mash potatoes or mac n cheese, so i ordered fries and they were soggy, my biscuit was the size of a quarter, didn't rise. Very disappointed! Accept food shortage at near closing time but not at lunch time! Management ya needa get this store in order asap. So sad.

Going downhill. Each time I’ve been in the past year, the food quality had been worse and they lack standard products such as spicy chicken and cole slaw. This time, on September 23,2021, they only had regular chicken, no wings, and not fries and okra. I bought the “special” for 6 people. I received one small packet of okra and fries. Enough for about 2 regular eating people. The last straw was that the chicken was old. Dried out. See attached pic. This is a chicken breast that looks like jerky. Had to throw it out.
