the food was great with reasonable prices and the staff was kind and helpful. it did seem a little chaotic in the kitchen with orders so it took a little while to get our food. Sidra rectified the situation by bringing us free shakes and extra fries which was greatly appreciated. will be returning based solely on the atmosphere and wonderful customer service!

I was very impressed by the layout of the restaurant and then the staff members did an excellent job taking care of me, best of all the food was delicious. I really enjoyed the spices in the chicken. I also like how they had breakfast until two. We’ll definitely come back shout out to the staff. I wish I got their name.

1st timer for non breakfast. Had a chicken sandwich 🥪 extra pickles and mayo. It was 💣 The French fries were 💣. I saw they had cajun rice, I had to try it, just a small size. 💣💣💣 I could live on this rice! I went inside the restaurant was very clean & the young lady at the counter was very friendly.

Went here once on, I like trying new places! Had their grilled chicken sandwiche. Our female companions had the salad with chicken stripe. Delicious. Twice we've been here and we would be the first ones to arrive. This was a Saturday about 6:45 PM. Soon after we arrived there always seems to be a large amount of people coming in. Great place to eat. Just go a little earlier to beat the crowd!😎

The bo berry biscuits are delicious and worth getting again. The tenders weren't so tasteful but I definitely like their breakfast biscuits. The Mac and cheese was tasteful. The cobbler was not as good as the bo berry only because I wanted the pie crust texture compared to the biscuit but it is understandable. We will definitely return here.

You got to try this!! My first time and I am locking in as a new regular when I want a breakfast chicken biscuit. The chicken was a great size, moist and has a little spicy kick (to me). The biscuit was buttery, slightly crispy on the edges, fluffy and moist. The hash brown rounds are crispy and golden on the outside, cut thick and delicious. You got to check this place out is all I can say 😉

Food was great. And it was a good price. Service was perfect. And there is a cool patio.

My god the breakfast chicken biscuit was amazing... The biscuits and gravy were perfect. And don't get me started with the hash Brown's. It reminds me of my grandmas food and I absolutely cannot wait to come back for lunch!!!!!!!!. Y'all keep it up! Also side note I did not need to add anything at all for the food to be good. No salts, no hot sauce. No nothing at all. Just damn good southern chicken.

The chicken strips were tender and full of flavor crunchy. The warm biscuit was as heavy as a spare tire (thick and dense), and pared well with the meal. The steak-cut French fries were warm an well packed in my order. This location was very well manicured with a double drive thru, and clearly marked Entrance and Exit signs in the parking lot. The attendant was polite and attentstive.

idc what anyone says this place is delicious! i’ve always gone through the drive thru, but my food has always been hot & fresh and the chicken tenders are always crispy. i get weirded out by chicken very easily and they have the best tenders to me. the employees are always super nice too! i wish i would’ve tried this place sooner lol

Brand new restaurant. We decided to give it a try. The tenders were hot and freshly made. Best cole slaw around and the dirty rice was a big hit. The biscuits were like homemade. Sweet tea to boot. Our first time but we plan on coming back.

Very rarely do you see a place that has five stars and you think "this place actually deserves five stars." Bojangles is one of them. Think of it as a more high-end, cleaner and welcoming version of Golden Chick and chicken express. The staff were as friendly and helpful as Chick-fil-A workers, the ambiance inside of the restaurant was so clean and actually inviting, they were playing some old-time Billie Holiday jazz, everything was clean and bright. The food was absolutely incredible, sometimes you get fried chicken and it inevitably tastes of grease, the chicken was absolutely crispy in a perfect way, not like some other restaurants where the batter tends to fall off. Seasoned extremely well, the fries were also great, was worried they would taste like Chili's fries, kind of like cardboard, but they were seasoned so well it was my favorite part of the meal. Gravy seem to be cooked with bacon, tasted unbelievable. The staff were also super attentive, constantly asking us if we were doing all right and if we enjoyed our food, all the employees were smiling, laughing and having a fun time, which is indicative of the environment. I genuinely could not recommend a place enough, and my single visit has sold me on ever going to Chicken Express or Golden Chick ever again. The price was a little bit on the high side but you will understand as soon as you get in. Genuinely could not recommend this place enough.

Bojangles was a fun place for dinner. My chicken tenders could have been a little warmer, but they were good. The dipping sauces made this joint special. But what stood out the most, and I highly recommend you try…the blueberry cookie. Just get it and thank me later

Food was good and fresh. Biscuits were very good and breakfast until 2pm.

First time going. It was not bad but I may have expected more than I got. Breakfast menu seemed kind of skimpy. Maybe I need to go back for the lunch dinner menu.

Tuesday tender special a touchdown! Loved the Bo sauce. Ask for honey to put on those yummy homemade biscuits. Great staff inside :)

I really like the food and it’s so frustrating how they always get my order wrong. When I get home it’s too late. Now it was the peach cobbler and the spork, last week it was the ranch sauce and the straw so on. I also don’t understand why, if I order online, they wait for me to arrive to start working on the order. Wish they had more attention to detail.

Very cleans and staff really nice. Chicken sandwhich was phenomenal to me. But please with the mayo. Is this normal?? Put more or spread it out or something. This is ONE bite of mayo

Even let me sample the tender to make sure it wasn’t too spicy. The prices was very reasonable as well. We finished with the peach cobbler biscuit, and the blueberry biscuit. Very good ! Definitely will be swinging by this place again. Great job guys on Customer Service! And doing it with a SMILE!!

Food tasted ok but the tenders were small and the cup of coleslaw was only half full. The kid taking order was unable to answer any questions product related. The biscuits are very good but as we are eating you can see the young man making the biscuits with is long dirty looking hair swinging around over the table of dough. Very unappetizing! Likely not back to this location at least. I really wanted it to be good.

I was quite relieved that there's not a farm that feeds the chicken hot stuff to make itself spicy, that it takes seasoning to make it spicy. I came home and discussed this with my dog, now we are both kinda puzzled. Kidding aside this place was good chicken.

Let me start off by saying the food is great. I have been to this location 3 times and the food is always worth it. I do recommend going inside though. I have gone here twice and have gotten gone to find my order was wrong. I have been charged for items that are not in my bag. You’re kind of rushed through the drive thru so you done really check your order. Today I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, it may as well been a crispy because it was dried out!!!! Why would you serve this to people? My fries tasted as though the tip fell off the shaker and drenched them. My experience has been ruined and I’m over them.

The food was decent, it was just cold. If they ask you if you want to wait for the rice to be ready, don't wait. Just take the substitutions. They left the rest of my order out in the cold while I waited for the rice. On top of that, my dipping sauce and my other side item was missing. Their phone was unplugged when I called, I imagine because I'm not the only one with an issue with their order.

REVISED came back to get the breakfast chicken biscuits....excellent and certainly worth a trip...the potato rounds good...great value for the price...will be back for dinner...but want to revise to be fair if just a bad day...would still suggest chicken biscuits for entire ...perfect for smaller appetite......................Brand new...saw signs everywhere about Carolina famous Bo Jangles chicken and biscuits have arrived...so drove 14m to try...walked in big impressive picture window of a worker making fresh biscuits...lady in back said welcome in..manager in empty dining area loudly on cell...she did after 2m go fuss at worker to come take order.. nice sweet smile and said what can I get you...I pointed 👉 to the menu said...never been here like to try a chicken biscuit...SORRY WE ONLY HAVE THEM FOR BREAKFAST...WANT A SANDWICH....sitting in my truck...No I only wanted to try...what had seen advertised all over my FB...not happy heading to next door Chick-fil-A for a snack it 4pm ...Texans may be a little picky but seriously

My friend starts near this location. We went in to order. I was going to order the salad. A customer had came in and ordered it while I was waiting to put my order in. I saw the salad. It looked like it was for a small child. The guy left and came back and asked was that all the salad and meat he would get for the price? The young lady behind the counter said yes. Me and my party left and went across the street to Chili's bar and grill. We won't be back.

The food here is great, service is normally great. This last visit they gave me the wrong food for one of my orders. I went back with the bag of food and receipt and they told me then, that they were out of the item I ordered and they just decided to give me something else in place. If it was for me it'd be whatever, but it was for a picked eater and the item the didn't have was what they were out of. They told me they could make for but it'd be 10 minutes. 20 minutes later I had to go back to the counter to check on it and they told me 7 more minutes. About 15 mins later they had my missing items, but all the other meals were cold by then. I had to reheat everything when I got home to feed my family. Very disappointed in this last visit. The manager didn't seem to care at all.

I was really looking forward to this location opening, and I don’t know if it’s a new management issue or what but this food is NOT fresh like other locations. I thought it was just a one-off but it’s been the same consistently the past few times I’ve ordered. The chicken is tough like it’s overcooked but the breading is NOT crispy, so I’m guessing they’re probably making them early and selling them through the morning. Just gross, soggy breading, which is what happens when you let fried chicken sit. It’s just a massive difference in quality from the Euless location, we’ll probably just go back there if we want Bo’s. Edit: their identical canned responses to each negative review REALLY SHOWS how much they care about business. Get new management.

Tried 4 times. Order wrong eveytime. Keep getting ugly rice. Still want mac/cheese No silverware. No straw. Charged for extra sauce on 4 pc combo. They always seem rushed, yet 2 cars. Unorganized.

Ordered a 4 piece strip at this location and only one of them was fresh, the other three were cold to the touch and tough as though they'd been sitting out for a while. Fries are also never crispy no matter the location.

I can’t give a review of the food because I never got a chance to try it. As I was on the phone talking with family about my choice, and the server never acknowledged me or asked how can I help. I was not at the drive through I was in the store. I knew the server saw me, because she had to come to the counter where I was standing on the opposite side and pick up a cup. I was really excited to try their chicken and biscuit 😋 I went across the road to Chick-fil-A👌🏾

Had dinner with my wife at the Bojangles on Central in Bedford, TX, and was extremely disappointed. The manager and two staff members were sitting at a table playing loud music from a phone and using profane language. It was very frustrating trying to enjoy our meal while their music competed with the store’s overhead music. This behavior is completely unprofessional and reflects poorly on the management. I hope corporate addresses this issue.

I did not enjoy the food it was cold. We did not like the tenders or fries. We did like the biscuits and the sweet tea.

Wow gross!!! Cold and forgotten. We were the only people in the diner in and they forgot our order. Once I received my meal it was Luke warm and tasted microwaved. First and last time I'll be eating here.

During the rush hour around 1 PM, just a total mess with significant delays in the restaurant. The wait time for food was approximately 30 minutes. 15 minutes in line to place an order and another 15 minutes to receive the food. Due to this extended wait time, I have decided not to return to this restaurant. I believe a 30 minute wait is just unacceptable.

There was 1 car in the parking lot(which was the workers), no one inside, and no one in the drive thru BUT US. And it took them 12 minutes to get us our food. Like what…what else could you possibly be doing????!

Food is good however im not too sure they are being clean here, upon arrival i went into the mens room and there is no soap in the dispenser, (its fine i guess) however after watching the gentleman making biscuits leave his post and go to the restroom is when realization set in. I guarantee this employee has was not properly washed. Do what you want with the info
