Myungrang Hotdogs Berkeley Reviews
The staff were extremely friendly. I ordered tteokbokki and a corn dog with potatoes and topped with lots of cheese. The tteokbokki and filling but I had to try their corn dog! The corn dog was crispy outside and very moist inside. I would definitely go there again. Next time I will try other corn dog flavors.
So glad Myungrang is in town! I tried their mozzarella and sausage hotdog with a potato crust, along with the rose tteokbokki. The hotdog was good, though not particularly impressive, but I really enjoyed the tteokbokki. It might be a bit too spicy for some, but for me, it was just the perfect level of heat. Will come back to try their taiyaki.
they were so nice and gave us free taiyakis for the kids !! great service and quick
Came to Berkeley to check out the college and spotted a Myungrang Hot Dog. I remembered trying this out in Seoul—it brought back fond memories. My nephew and daughter loved the hot dogs, and the staff gave them pins.
Inspired this new business by accident while looking for food. It is authentic Korean street food. The Korean hot dog was crunchy and delicious, we order the 2 half mozzarella and half sausage and it was perfect. My friend had the ttetbokki and it was creamy and spicy. This will be our go to spot for Korean hot dog.
Taiyaki had that perfect mochi texture with different fillings available. Perfect for a night snack before night study
One of the best Korean hot dogs and Taiyaki’s in the bay!!! Highly recommend to check it out.

Haven’t had a Korean corndog since living in LA. Maybe there are some places in SF with the corndogs, but it’s nice to have one near campus. Very tasty. I would be happy if they had an option of some powdered dry seasonings. Nonetheless, I’m currently eating one and thinking maybe I should have bought two. 🤣🤣
The hot dogs were so good! Same as the one I got at Myungrang in South Korea. Highly recommend!!
I loved the food! Such kind workers and I tried to nutella taiyaki, so delicious :)
such kind people, super generous service !! i love myungrang — the squid ink mozzarella has my heart
The best place to go after late night studying! So glad to have tried this place out with all of my friends. So many people were enjoying their food; I couldn’t wait to get my hotdog. It tastes just like the hot dogs in Korea! Korean-approved :) The nutella taiyaki is an amazing sweet treat to have after the hotdog. Thankful for the great customer service.

Top dog is cheaper and a lot more flavorful. The taste of this dog is like hiking to the top of a mountain to see the beautiful surrounding countryside and finding the entire thing surrounded by clouds. It’s not bad, it’s just not there.

I’m extremely disappointed in the service this location has. It was my first time and i will not return. The women working didn’t even acknowledge me when i walked in. She wasn’t welcoming and when i asked for my sauce, she tossed it across the counter and turned her back to me and walked away without saying a word. I will not return because of this experience.
