Wonderful place. Staff was incredibly friendly. Customer service was above and beyond. Nice clean restaurant. Wings and fries were perfect. Unfortunately the shrimp was over cooked was too tough to eat but accidents happen and we would eat there again. My kids also loved the Boba and the staff even let them taste test the Boba so they could decide on which one to pick. We'll be back 😊

This place is amazing! Absolute best customer experience! They are there to serve you and serve you well with some great food for the money! If there is a place to get your money's worth, this is it! I'm always super excited to visit while I'm on that side of the city!

Happened to see this place and their boba offering drew me in, it was alright. Pretty basic food offerings, lots of seats inside. Outside parking is a PITA as is typical in this area.

First time having Cafe Crispy. The restaurant wasn't busy at the time. It was clean,nice atmosphere, and friendly workers. I had the 3pc whole wing w/small fries and 2 donuts. Everything was hot and fresh and I enjoyed it.

The Mango Smoothie was good but the wings and fries were nothing to brag about. I tried the Alabama white sauce dipping sauce and it was bland.

The chicken tenders tasted like fish sticks. Very thin, no seasoning, breading falling off. Basic crinkle cut fries needed salt. The coleslaw was really watery. The staff was very kind though and the place looked clean.

Went in at 5 o'clock on a saturday and the place was empty and dead silent, not even music paying, so the atmosphere was already uncomfortable. I ordered thai tea and the workers weren't that friendly. He wasn't mean, but he just wasn't welcoming. It also took super long for the tea to be made. There was nobody else there and it was an easy order but it still took almost 10 minutes to make. I work at a boba tea shop and it takes no longer than a minute to make. When I got the tea, it wasn't even that good. The tea itself was ok. It wasn't very rich or flavorful but it wasn't disgusting. There wasn't enough ice in the cup so it was lukewarm. The boba itself was awful. It was too squishy and obviously hadn't been cooked right.

The Boba tea was too sweet, and the Boba itself was poor quality. We got the shrimp and chicken plate, but the shrimp and chicken both tasted old and the shrimp did not have the poop line cleaned out. Our cashier was very polite however.

Paid roughly 7 dollars. Get 4 chicken tenders fries and a side of coleslaw. Chicken caste ok fries are alright. Can't swap sides. When you order the Chicken Basket you would assume it comes with a drink but sadly not. Didn't have ranch at the time. Which is popular enough for a dipping sauce. Also super side portions look at pictures. The server seemed standoffish at the beginning but when I asked for a water cup he was hesitant to give me one. (The Sprite didn't come with the meal)

Have no clue how this place has more than a 2 star raiting. The environment was extremely unclean, boba tea was okay at best, chicken was freshly cooked, but again, okay at best. None of it was worth the money. The dirty environment ruined the whole experience, and makes you question the quality of the food and drinks. The bathroom was nasty, has no toilet seat, the soap is watered down, and the towel dispenser gives you maybe 2 inches to dry your hands off with. Only good thing I can say is the chicken pieces you get are huge. Won't ever come back here, very unclean and unkept.

I definitely had a bad experience!! Ordered online and picked up the food for my child who was at the hospital!! Well, her tenders were not done, they were so gummy!! Tried calling but no one ever answered the phone!! Tried again the next day and the guy answered but acted like he could not hear me!! They will NEVER receive my money EVER again!! I could not go back that night because they were closed and the next day, I was still at the hospital with my child and could not leave her there!! ​
