The Burrito Shoppe Bloomfield Reviews
Went here last week. Got the chimichangas. So good. Best spot on Staten Island. Music good. Food good. Went on 3/1/25
First time there recently. Down to earth eatery with great tasting food. Real Mexican style menu. Not Taco Bell. Just good food for great prices. Planning a new trip and I'm on the other side of island.
Every week we go to the Shoppe to have a burrito bowl which is delicious, can’t even describe how much! Best Mexican food I tried so far not only in Staten Island, but in the city! The prices are great considering the size of meal they make! Super friendly; one day we came late, they were closing, but they opened the door. Love this place! Nothing compares to it.
Coming from San Diego this place has surprisingly good burritos
This place is really good, the prices are good, and the food is seasoned good 8/10
Check and subscribe to my youtube vlog ABORICUALIFEINUSA! Nice mexican place.they have many plates.you can choose many combinations including guacamole steamed onions steamed carrots and many others variations.the staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean.the prices are a bit high but the food was good.if you are in staten island you have to try this place.
Family place both for customers & the staff who treat you like they're serving family. Plentiful portions & good quality. Very reasonable pricing especially considering the quality. Atmosphere is not the emphasis, it's just the food, no alcohol. Very close to the ferry & the St. George theater.
Ordered from here a few times. First time I ordered ,the food was AMAZING! Second time, it was okay. Third and fourth time it tasted like the ingredients weren't fresh. Chicken tasted old . Going to stop ordering from here for a while. Don't want to get sick..... The delivery drivers are great though. Very polite.
HORRIBLE & RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DIRTY SERVERS! I used to frequent this place only when certain workers were on duty. They are all gone and it went from acceptable to DISGUSTING. They rob you as they charge what they wish from day to day and the portions are inconsistent. The food is dry. The women behind the counter seem dirty...fixing their undergarments and shorts and then serving food. The floors and tables are sticky as well. I have tried to give it another chance but walked out several times. It's a waste of good real estate.
Inconsistent food quality which seems to have gotten worse over time. Uncaring service. Seems cheap but then charges extra for simple things like having salsa on the side of your burrito. Worse than a chipotle.
Food is bland and under seasoned, & the chicken was chewy. I got a burrito and he filled it with nothing but rice and was cheap with all the other ingredients! The small lady in the front has the nastiest attitude. I’ll never go back again!
The cashier lady with the mold always made slick comments about what I ordered in Spanish not knowing I speak Spanish and understand everything she’s saying. I guess cause I ask for some stuff to be removed. Never went back again after my boyfriend caught her talking about me and responded back in Spanish.
