Great ppl and fast service

it was a nice and clean environment and the soda machines were working perfect on those hot days, Lupita helped me out with my orders and she took care of it right and made me feel like i was at home,shes amazing,extraordinary,polite, and AWESOME! will definitely be dining at this spot again 🔥 i always get the best visits here.

They really step up their game. Food is fresh and made the way I ordered. The level of service I received was great. Staff is hard working and fast. I truly appreciate the morning crew. They always get it done right.

When I entered this Carl's Jr I was greeted with a genuine hello. My order was taken with no problem and the service was fast. For the employee that was there this morning, well done. Update 10/14/2025: The people at the counter was very nice and the service was fast. The only issue was that I thought the place was closed down, I was disappointed. The next day I walked by and noticed that there was someone behind the counter. The sign above the drive-thru made it seem that this Carl's was closed, happy to say that is was still open with happy staff. Thanks again.

Ive been here since they opened this Carl’s Jr at this location plus its rare for me to write reviews as well. Anyways, I am giving it a 4 stars because of the employee named Lupita. She had a really bad attitude as soon as we went it. Whenever I ordered she would roll her eyes and when she gave us the order, 2 orders were wrong when we told her what we wanted, same happened when I ordered to go. I dont know if she was having a bad day but someone needs to tell her something.

I used to love Carl's junior food chain but this time was different. First of all their hamburger didn't taste as it used to be secondly they didn't have any promotion. Also potato french fries 🍟 didn't look good. There were lots of French fries 🥖 with dark spots. Finally when got my order they just handed to me without a tray. I guess they just took the trays out of service. I had to eat my burger on a piece of paper. Didn't feel good.

The service was OK but when I order my double cheeseburger, I only got it with onions and pickles with no lettuce no tomatoes and then I order some onion rings and they give me r french fries and the lady give me attitude so I will not recommend guys to go there to Carlos Jr I don’t like it. It taste horrible and I don’t think I’ll ever go back again

About twice as expensive as others carls for some reason. They set their own prices you can see on the menu that they change them frequently. Don’t come here, this may be the most expensive carls in socal.

Waiting 20 minutes to get service, they see me standing here and asked if gonna get help. But they ignored me and continue to pretend to wipe off the same table for the whole time. They still have 2 hours before they close. They do not care for the job. When they finally took my order over 20 minutes after I showed up they tried to take my order wrong to give me the leftover stuff they have had sitting for ever. Do not recommend eating here and if you do I highly recommend you triple check your order with them before and after you order.

we had a few minutes before closing and was told we had to take our food to go.. i thought as long as we made it before closing we can stay and eat in the diner?? guess not. so fyi just go to subway its healthier and is 24hrs. the cashier was rude , maybe because my order was i guess too complicated that she got aggitatded. Then since we were told we couldnt dine in we left with our food just to find out they messed up our Order. -so freakn unsatisfied!

After hearing 2 employees talking about meat being opened and left out at least overnight but to cook it up anyway, I decided I’m not hungry after all. Disgusting and beyond gross. I wonder how many people have gotten sick from eating at Carl’s Jr.
